We rested here for 9 days. The staff are nice. Rooms are more or less clean and cleaned regularly. 5 stars, of course, is not here, but I think this is typical for all local hotels. Moreover, the cost of hotel accommodation is also much lower than 5 *. The food is tolerable, the choice is large, so you can find something to your liking.
We only had breakfasts and that's great for Sri Lanka. We went around all the establishments near the hotel, ate all seafood, and the prices were very pleasant. I especially liked the service of the cafe opposite - The Cod Father, the guys tried to please us in everything, they fed us very tasty, we visited them several times. There is also a good cafe Snapper nearby - everything is also good and quite clean there.
The hotel area is well appointed. There are rarely more than 6 people on the beach, and more often there is no one. Most sit by the pool and drink beer with burgers :) Chipmunks run around the territory, sometimes lizards and a lot of crows fly.
The hotel rooms are not the most recent renovation, but quite decent. The staff is polite and smiling.
In general, you need to go to Sri Lanka for exotic, delicious food in local cafes and the ocean.
