but it is better that you check hotel terms and conditions before you go.

we booked three rooms and one of our family member lost the key of their room. hotel charged Rs10000.00 for the key replacement.
its an ordinary double door lock. I'm pretty sure it is not that much expensive. so it is better you check with them on everything before you get there.
Amount they charge in a key lost is not mentioned in their hotel website or FB page.
so, there may be other hidden charges as well..
so ,, stay alert guys.
