I do not recommend bad food and lazy staff never again !!!!

It's the worst resort ever.first I went to the lobby to get some liquor, they said you have to go downstairs to the other bar to get what you want, so i show them that i have an American passport still doesn't care. Second We called 3 times to get some ice at the room, the first time we called it was 5pm we got it 11:10pm, every time we call they answer the guy on the way to the room. Third the AC wasn't working well so we called the reseption, they were so respectful and they sent someone to the room right away but they didn't fix anything. The guy told me we gonna check it upstairs then we will get back to you and he never show up back.

An unusual hotel, cascaded in the rocks - I liked it. 1st line. The views and the sea are amazing! Suitable for a comfortable family vacation

I'll start with the best. The hotel is quite interesting and has its own features that distinguish it from others. Rooms are spacious and with beautiful sea views. Also, each room has wireless internet (although the speed wants the best). It is worth noting the presence of a coral reef, but unfortunately more than half of it is dead, and the remaining is not preserved at all. This is where all the wonderful sides come to an end. Let's start with the reception; it is not possible to break cash, and if possible it will be taken to a suspicious person who is trying to push you counterfeit money. Next is a taxi; have their own company that wants $ 25 per trip on average, when uber for the same trip takes $ 5. They use the fact that they do not allow cars except their companies, and the checkpoint itself is almost 2 kilometers from the hotel. Regarding numbers; cleaning they have not seen for a long time, and especially wet, in short, just dirty. It is also worth noting the tour of operators; markup for almost 100%. Do not pay attention to what you will be told, as they say, divide in two. Regarding beach recreation; we have three lagoons for swimming (safe), two artificial and one natural pressure. That's all, the latter looks like an anthill, so at your own risk you can make your way to the sea on corals and rocks in other places. To sum up, not everything is so bad if you close your eyes to the reception staff and tour agencies. The workers themselves on the beaches and pools are just great for what they thank, especially the man who works at the pool with Jacuzzi (of which only a couple works, and it's somehow difficult for others to just stand covered). The hotel is worth once. Except for some people.

A super nice holiday complex with nice staff. At the end of February and beginning of March the temperatures are ideal.

Really something very nice and well maintained. The long and the views are unbeatable. The only thing that is not so good, are the sellers in the small shops which are very nicely integrated. Very pushy and fully covered prices.

Cool place for vacation of mid year and kids was very happy there

We are currently on holiday here & have to say the most disappointing 5* hotel we have ever stayed in! Do much of it is closed for refurbishment (including all of the 6 specialality restaurants) we would never have booked an all inclusive hotel with only a buffet restaurant for 2 weeks (there is 2 buffet restaurants) but they serve exactly the same food fir breakfast & dinner & only one if them is available for lunch!
You now can't walk around the whole resort without having to take diversions & this believe is not an easy task even for an able bodied person, it is a naze! One of the infinity pools is no longer one as it is sheilded by trees, obscuring what was amazing view because of the building works! I was also asked on several occasions not to take pictures, why we have no idea!! We booked this nearly a year ago after much research & are bitterly disappointed on our 1st return trip to Egypt for 3 years to be treated as if winter guests are unimportant!!!

Were at this hotel in September. I was very worried a lot of reviews were not very good lately in connection with the caronovirus. But I really wanted the sea) the hotel itself is of course very beautiful and huge). When I read the information and reviews, I thought that everything is ok big, not small) but did not take into account the fact that the temperature is over 40 and even more in the sun. And ladders ...
We were immediately moved to the 3rd building. Number of course so ... The telly did not work. The shower was falling apart, although the sea was visible from the shower) this is a plus) they did not arrange separate beds, I was all docks with my husband). Problems did not seem to refuse to solve fussed but useless. In general, the next morning I went to the reception and we changed the room and the building). Although everyone wrote that building 3 is the best and at the reception they said .. As soon as we entered the new room, we realized that the rest was getting better . the room has been renovated and the view from the balcony is simply empty. Router in the room). Internet is basically all over the hotel. I bought a SIM card at the airport and I didn't have to. The sea was visible from the bed. To tears) . Everything was high. And the reception is closer and more convenient. Even the first day until we got used to the size of the hotel did not wander a lot, but then we realized how to get to the places we needed better and faster.
I would also like to note the most important thing for me in Egypt was coffee. There was good coffee, which will also be brought to you) . Tale ...
Now about the sea for which I was traveling. The first impression was not very good. You see the sea and you cannot enter it . Stones, pits ... The Royal Lagoon which many people wrote about is also not an option. We found a way out. Swam in the lagoons and swam from them to the reef.
The reef is fabulous) huge, lively, incredibly beautiful. But to say that there are not many fish there ... In Sharm we had a small reef and not very much, but there were a lot of fish. Although here the fish differ in size. I have not seen such big surgeons) brr ..
The food, I would say, is standard as elsewhere. Although I was very surprised at the breakfast with "edible" sausages and the cheese was tasty and hard) there is a lot to choose from. I didn t really like a weak lunch as fast food. Dinners are also good mashed potatoes, delicious and a lot of fish, meat, in general, do not list everything. Wine is not strangely tasty everything. White, red, pink. The beer is good)
We ate ice cream every day after dinner) delicious mmmm .. yum.
I liked the pluses and minuses. In principle, everything went well) the rest was a success. If everything were open and the service was rooting there as expected and not in a reduced mode from quarantine it would be 100% at all.
It's worth going there. Very nice and pleasant to relax.

Expensive but worth visiting

We started from here for a trip. It is very secluded, but quiet. There was still a lot of construction. The access to the sea I did not like it so much.

There is a lot of renewal going on right now. Currently but very discreet. The architectural style and the rooms are very spacious. Due to the patio layout all with sea views. Also important - the entertainers are not intrusive.

Accommodation was beautiful, but the food could be better.Otherwise satisfied

Am I in the wrong movie .... yes, apparently. At the time of booking I was warned that due to a build-up for celebrations might have visual limitations. What happens here, however, is indescribable. I spend my holidays on a construction site. No problem, the construction would be only during the day. But hardworking as the Egyptians are, is actually built late into the night. Unfortunately, I can not laugh about it anymore. The hotel is an absolute NoGo. I would just like to give only 0 stars, but not, otherwise I can not send the rating.

Food could have been more varied.

huge hotel resort ... but there is regular transport by open minibus ... nice beach, but necessary water shoes - coral bed ... but coral rif is just a few meters from the beach - the possibility of watching a lot of fish in front of the hotel ... the only downside (advantage?) is the location of the hotel - it is practically alone in the middle of the desert and there is nowhere to go outside of the resort (just by car or Taxi) ... but the lobby bar is not where air conditioning is there and there is no unpleasant heat - even large fans spread across tables ...

Very nice and massive design of the hotel, good rooms, there is wifi in each room, full minibar and good cable TV. the first impression was good, but gradually dissipated.
CONS. -
-Well, very few sunbeds on the beach constantly had to look for a place.
-Very noisy air conditioner in the room to sleep is not possible cracking buzzing creaks and so on. you can be scared at night, like in a horror movie, if you have small children, there may be moral trauma.
-Restaurant in the hotel lobby do not recommend always not enough food and have to constantly stand in line, it is better for breakfast and lunch Go to itternational a lot of food and no queues, for lunch there are dishes from the chef and barbecue, chicken, fish and pachti, pizza td.

Went there for a day to look at the hotel. It's a dream of a view and the rooms are awesome. Pools are very small and few are. Please pay more attention to the fact that the permanent reservation of the lying which is actually prohibited is also observed. Great service, great offers of food and drinks and class cocktails. Note, I must say that for my taste a hotel for adults or young people. I always supervised my child because it is a little dangerous on the sea or in the sea to leave a 9 year old alone.
So if you want to be on the beach, I would highly recommend the hotel if you want more pool I think the hotel is less suitable. We'll definitely be there.

Great rooms, the service is not intrusive as is usually the case in Egypt, very nice and do not count on tips. Beaches are very nice. A week, as we returned from Hurghada, rested in this hotel, they did not choose it ourselves, initially they had to go to Meraki, but there were some problems with it in Anexa and we were settled here.
The hotel is five stars, but up to 5 it is oh, how far, it is a maximum of 4.
Cons:
1- this is a huge territory in which you will wander for the first couple of days until you understand where everything is, despite the fact that the territory is with ascents and a bunch of steps. Especially, if you're unlucky, as we will be accommodated in the distant 7th building, then all locations will be far away (restaurant, beach, swimming pool), in general, at least 15 thousand steps per day are guaranteed to you. They give the truth a black and white map, but it is very conditional and incomprehensible (
2 is the beaches. There are many beaches throughout the coastal zone, but all calls into the sea are simply dangerous, stone and with dead reefs, even special slippers do not always help. But still, it is better to buy them right away, because on the very first day I cut my leg very badly on them and I also had to spend money on pills, a patch, iodine, etc., since everything is paid in the hotel's medical center! There are no pontoons where one could dive immediately to the depth. There are 2 lagoons, but all people only swim there, so it is very crowded and cramped.
3-beach towels and their uses. They give you towels in the room and you go to the beach with them every time and, accordingly, take them from the beach, this is very inconvenient, especially when the room is far from the beach, you constantly drag around with it. And another inconvenience that occurs because of them is that people leave these towels on the sun loungers in order to book them and leave, they may never come to the beach, but the lounger is busy (and you can wind several circles along the coast zones to find where you lie down.It would be easier if towels were given out on the beach, on a card and after sunset they were collected.
4-no 24/7 bars! On the beach, bars are open from 10 to 17, and then not all, and not everyone has a full range, one may have a milkshake, and the other may not (something like that. And in the restaurant the bar is until 24. Although they declare around the clock ...

The cuisine is normal, there was no particular abundance, everything was standard (pasta, meat, fish, vegetables). The fruits are very sparse, I wanted to eat some local sweets, but they were given mainly apples and pears, sometimes melons and grapes, nothing at all. There is no food at all on the beach in the bars, so you have to go through the whole hotel for lunch to a restaurant so as not to be hungry.
There is animation, again, at 4!
The territory is deserted, only several types of palm trees are green.

Just back from 10 day stay & all i would recommend is SIGNPOSTS! The resort is huge & we constantly got lost on the first couple of days. The hotel was spotless & thanks to our cleaner (room 3223) who was very kind & friendly. Also thanks to the reception manager who was especially helpful on our last day, when we had a late check out. Would return for a holiday here. Oh & SIGNPOSTS!!!

Great hotel, great service only that "free" Wi-Fi does not deserve its name. The supply was miserable and only available near the pools and lobby. The data rate was so bad that some of the smartphone did not log in at all.

We were thrilled and are of the opinion that the hotel presents itself worse on the Internet than it actually is. The food was very tasty and the offer is apparently always being expanded. The staff was 50% very nice and attentive but unfortunately also 50% rude and unprofessional.

The best thing about the hotel is the reef right on the beach. Just get in the water and go snorkeling.

Unfortunately, at the time of our visit, some construction work was taking place on the hotel, unfortunately also at night. But this improvement would be a reason for us to try the hotel again in one or two years.

A few more pool chairs would be desirable, as well as a map of the hotel for better orientation. There is also room for improvement with the shisha coal ;-)

Rooms are spacious and great, wifi doesn't reach most rooms. Incredible views and a huge amount of food offerings, however not all the food offerings are good.
