Very good and friendly service, great house reef for snorkeling and diving, very quiet location.

We had a super nice two weeks! Very spacious, beautiful and exceptional facility. The very large room was in the same stile, great! Very nice, courteous staff, especially beach boys at Beach 3 and associated bar, as well as the waiters.

The territory is healthy, well-groomed. The staff is a little lazy) Children have nothing to do here. Adult hood !!

Fantastic hotel with total relaxation. Set aside for itself but the hotel is large and reminiscent of Italy with its own little harbor. For those who just want to relax, get away from it all, read good books and enjoy the sun, this accommodation is perfect.

Nice hotel, a small town for itself. Food very tasty, repeated. Mottobuffets weekly repetition. Breakfast was enough, a bit more cheese and sausage would be desirable. Leaving the hotel with a self-chosen taxi is complicated and nerve-wracking. It feels like Fort Knox. Super house reef. Conclusion after 10 days

Perhaps the nicest Resort in the area. Incredibly nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, fast room service, a beautiful coral reef on the doorstep and a wide choice of different well-kept restaurants. The staff recognizes you time and time again and even remember your name and chat with you. Nothing is missing! The resort is very large so there is a chance that you will get a room a good distance from the lobby and the beach, they have a shuttle bus as a solution for this.

Nice, large hotel area - high category. Beautiful beach. All rooms with sea view (at times quite new, others a bit worn)! In the restaurants should be something for everyone, good food (not premium but good). We also got a new room when we complained about the construction noise. If disco is (Monday, Wednesday & Saturday) you will hardly sleep until 03:00 (the bass penetrates many rooms) Unfortunately, some employees are unmotivated and the general aversion to tourists is directly felt - especially those who want to drink alcohol stupid sayings or is "not understood". Drinks are certainly not to be recommended-miserable cocktails, beer and wine do not taste, even coffee drinks are so "so" .... The "shops" on the area are z. unfortunately rip off, conversion rates in euros 15% surcharge loose times! Ansich a great facility but with serious deductions to diminish the experience.

A wonderful resort and a return to the beautiful nature, it is characterized by calm and scenic, and the level of eating above the excellent.

Absolutely great hotel area, very friendly service and all inclusive, which really can call themselves, breakfast from 05:00 o'clock, midnight snack until 03:00 o'clock, in the afternoon ice and cake, drinks are filled up even in the room daily

Am currently in the citadel and must say the hotel is a dream right on the sea and perfect for snorkeling service is always friendly and helpful little improvement could possibly the wireless network for people outside the lobby times to surf I recommend a SIM card at the airport to buy

Very nice spacious well-kept hotel. Very good food and especially nice was the Cafe Mozart, which was open in the afternoon. Those who prefer short distances should book in the main building. The two lagoons are good for snorkeling and suitable for diving beginners. Even if the lagoon was created artificially, many fish are found even at shallow depths. And there are no waves or red flags in the lagoon. As a diver we found it particularly nice that the beach bar is right at the entrance. Put on your equipment, dive or swim along the lagoon to the harbor entrance, dive right down to the sea over beautiful corals for about 15 m. This place is definitely suitable for beginners.

The hotel definitely deserves attention. Very beautiful architecture, decent food, gorgeous sea: there is a living reef, 2 lagoons where there are no waves and one sandy entrance.
The rooms and restaurants are being updated. New furniture in the lobby and restaurant. In general, it is clear that the resale of this hotel was good for him :)
My personal opinion about the settlement is definitely 1-4 buildings. The rest are far away, but a bus is constantly running around the territory.
The staff are very attentive and completely unobtrusive.

Special Special thanks to Ali Bubu in Shisha bar. Will never forget this man, his energy, humor and service . Also thanks to Valid in Lobbybar for his perfect service. But I also thanks the rest for a 93% perfect vacation. PS,, I do Not reccomend the snorkeling tour. Waste of time and money . Dont forget to negotiate the prices. NO problem to come under half . We will be back

Great and pleasant hotel, which you can visit again. Long ways, but with shuttle service. Food very good. Currently many renovations, are currently being built several new restaurants. Room was very good.

It was awful experience, the hotel building is amazing but the staff and managment are extremely un professional.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the hotel. The food was mediocre unless the Moroccan restaurant was great. They offer the same menu there every day. The waiters were only 90% friendly if you gave a good tip. Sometimes some of them were pushy exaggeratedly silly. Our rooms were getting old. We exchanged the first one right after the first night because there was a large construction site in front of the balcony, even though we had been given the room as a hotel bonus for us on arrival at night because we were there for the first time. We felt totally screwed. In the feeder bus only the hand would be held up and suggested to save and come again, otherwise they would emigrate to Germany. Very funny ....

I would give 3 stars however I will stay with 4
A hotel like a hotel
The food is quite tasty there are various restaurants to choose from so nothing to complain about
The view from some rooms is great directly on the sea
Only the rooms on the lower floor in the rear buildings, i.e. 6, 8 and 7, may not see the sea

The only downsides are the service (especially the one at the front desk) as a lot of people only run for money
From the service I will have to praise the bartender who works in the bar at the end of the beach and in the Asiatiq restaurant and Osame who is a really nice and great cleaning boy in building 6 on the upper floor
Another downside is that we were given a room other than what was ordered.
We got a bigger room but no sea view and in worse condition
In the end we got a smaller room which is better than the bigger one and has a sea view
We were supposed to get a room that is restored with a sea view but well life is life

Rather clean. Complex too big for my taste. If you have a disability or have difficulty moving, I recommend this hotel because the structure is so large that it takes a lot to walk to get from one point to another. Many stairs. Food little elaborate, little varied.

The hotel is built entirely of coral and is illuminated in a variety of colors in the evening.
There is a long living reef and a variety of fish, you can enter both from the platform using the stairs, and from the sandy approach and the lagoon, you can swim to the corals.
In winter it is cooler than other regions as the hotel is located in the windy part, but in warmer months the wind helps to cope with the heat more easily.

Every thing is ok except aircodition is very bad at all the hotel

Like it or not? We were very impressed by the architecture. Nuturstein walls, the same tiles everywhere and the size of the object impress. A fortress with its own harbor. Gastronomy, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are absolutely okay for the price range. The hotel is open for a few years, so man should tolerate traces of use.

There is no service in bars, even for a bonus, all the ingredients in cocktails are added by hand, even ice is raked from a spatula by hand ...

This hotel has great corals and fishes. Nice food and cleaning services. Though one barman seems to be overtly bossy and mean, others are really friendly. My vacations were great in August, but it might be windy during the winter.

Nice and very big rooms. Staff could be a bit nicer. Eg. on the departure no "was everything alright? or" good trip "No, just a simple" finish "after all formal was done ... even at the pools they could be friendlier ...
In the restaurants very nice, lots of choice and good food. The whole area is huge and well maintained. I personally can really recommend it and would go back there

Great hotel, offers everything you could want from a beach, snorkeling or diving vacation. Food was great, staff was super friendly!

Clean, good food, friendly service, linen changed every day, and towels, all drinks in the room free, very large facility, we had the room in the center, minus it, far from the shops outside the hotel, little greenery (no lawns), very much the wind is blowing like this time of year

Clean, decent varied food. Motivated employees.
But the chief entertainer should just be thrown out. Thrusts its employees together in a choleric way every day, in a volume that every guest will notice. Then he runs very nervously loud on the phone through the hotel and screams in his phone. It has happened here every day.

lived from 11/04/20 to 11/11/20 ... well, this, there was not an unambiguous impression of the rest))) in general and the general rules ... would return to this hotel yet - I don t know))) there were both pros and cons ... from the "pluses" 1) the hotel is really beautiful and not repeatable 2) special thanks for the upgrade of the room from standard to deluxe ... got a room of 65m2 made of stone, which was in any case much better than getting a tired room from impressions and conversations with many tourists, for some reason, it is for the residents of the CIS countries (and the renovated rooms were for "their") 3) in the evenings super-duper live music on the embankment near bars with daily changing performers (from jazz to disco) 4) you can visit quite tasty ala 3 times cards with a good selection of food from the menu (food and service is better compared to the main restaurant, although +/- seems to be the same, but the feeling that it tasted better 5) good natural coffee in bars 6) Wi-Fi is almost everywhere, but it's better to play it safe in an Aeroport since 2 days were not available anywhere and in as many as 4 local shops the price is 2 times more expensive))) of the "minuses" 1) rather meager food in the main restaurant (breakfast / dinner) + for lunch in a restaurant on the waterfront (the first 3 day in general there was 1 type of meat + 1 type of fish ... then there was a new arrival of tourists on Saturday 07.11.20 and a little meat was added, although it seems that from "yesterday's" meat dishes a la carte, while in the main restaurants food is needed almost do not beg (for understanding, olives were only on the first day, cheeses - "well, this", fruits - similarly, by the way, bananas were always with black specks and no delights for fruit (oranges, strawberries, etc.) 2 ) complete lack of sweets !!! If for someone 4-5 types of different cakes on the table are laid out in 3 different places to create volume and accuracy, then Ok (THERE WERE NO CAKES !!!) 3) ready-made yoghurts in the morning, as when leaving - tolerable, but already 2 times (on the first and last day) there were yoghurts in nestle jars, and the second time there were bloated 4) juices were only on the first day, and then the children either cola / sprite or water / hibiscus 5) alcohol in the hotel is terrible (whiskey it is not possible to drink from the word at all ... switched to wine, on the 3rd day the liver began to ache from wine ... switched to Coca-Cola 6) there is a reef, BUT ... (sailed all 1.6 km of the beach of which it was conditional a reef where it makes sense to swim with a mask - this is conventionally 50-100 maximum 200 m opposite the main restaurant, there are fish, but there are fewer of them than in Sharm and not such a variety and colors ... the bottom in the lagoons is sand ... and yes there there are no waves and there are fish and small stingrays, but - there is no coral 7) only one day there was practically no wave and one day - there was a small wave (at the same time there was always a red flag), and on five other days there was a sufficiently large wave and wind and you need to stumble and climb over the corals in order to swim out to the sea through the existing "beaches" to the corals (kicked up their legs above the aquashuses) 8) subject to coronavirus restrictions, tourists at the CIS hotel and local 9) go out and walk - no where)))

If you're looking for luxurious stay in Sahl Hashish or Hurghada, that's the place. Amazing view, fantastic beaches, food is very good and the most helpful staff. Sometimes the stay could be expensive but trust me it's worth every penny

Staff is so bad they no agood attitude with guest .to be honest not all of them like (the people who work in bar on the beach and the Secaurty ) they has no idea to treate with the guest ....it's real shame .......

If you want to know what services the Egyptian hotel is capable of, you should definitely visit the Albatros Citadel Resort. It surpasses all expectations with its outstanding ambience.

Absolute bargain for what we paid for.

The hotel itself is very majestic and beautiful. The view from any room opens to the sea. Many swimming pools, food courts, restaurants, spa. The area is huge, you can not go to the hotel.
Of the minuses: staff. I have not encountered such sexism for a long time. Very unprofessional. It is impossible to relax on the beach / by the pool. Every 2 minutes someone comes and offers a tour / diving / massage. 1 person who offered jeep safari services started being rude: I didn't ask you. Shut your mouth and for God's sake listen to what you are told. For God's sake, he shouted under his ear. And conflicted for another 10 minutes.

But the restaurant staff and animators were very friendly and cool.

Food: a lot of it, and everyone will find something to eat.

Taxi: The hotel provided a car for a trip to Hurghada. We were locked in a shop where they gave us a business card with the address where we need to go, find the owner so that he could call a taxi driver, and he will come after us in 20 minutes.
As a result, we waited for him for more than an hour: tired, frozen and angry. Good service for $ 30.

Beautiful beautiful resort! Everything taken care of to perfection. We had a promo room, but what a large luxury room with a huge balcony with a lounge set! The only downside: getting into the water to be able to snorkel. Staff very friendly. Very neat and pure throughout the resort. Real luxury !!!
