This dealership is absolutely trash. My mom and I went in today to look for a new BMW for her, as her current 3 series' lease is ending. We stood at the dealership for a solid 15-20 minutes walking around and looking at the cars and assumed someone would ask us what we were looking at or what we were interested in. Not a single person talked to us or offered to have us look at a vehicle. One lady literally made eye contact with me 5-10 times and still didn't say a word. She even took a phone call and walked away as if we were invisible. The car salesmen there are pompous neanderthals who couldn't sell a free car. The profiling in that dealership is horrendous and just because we did not look like we could afford the cars there, we most definitely can. Next time take care of your customers instead of treating them like garbage.
