We had Ray in service help us on a Saturday afternoon. I called about 2-1/2 hours before close and he got me in for new tires damaged by puncture. Likely the best dealer service we every had. Took my info and had me in my way in about 8 minutes and car was repaired same day. I think the crew stayed after 3pm to help us out. One tire had a bad lug lock which he covered under warrenty without being asked. The dealer I bought the car from only does that if I ask to remove form the bill. Next BMW I buy from circle.
