I normally hate purchasing a car, but my recent purchase at Circle BMW proved that there is at least on "shining star" out there. We considered AUDI (A5), BMW(430i), LEXUS(GS350), and Acura(TLX).

After several trips to each dealership the race quickly narrowed to BMW and AUDI with BMW winning in the end. Both contenders were admirable cars with solid reputations that would be totally acceptable but BMW took the edge for the following reasons:

1. Clifford Neubart, our Client Avisor, was extremely knowledgeable w.r.t. the product lines, very frieldly, and made you feel that meeting your "needs" were his primary objective. I'm very skeptical when a sales "rep" tries to "bad mount" competition to win a sale; there was none of this with Cliff.

2. Technology - I believe BMW has the edge. I have an engineering background and the man/machine interfaces and ergonomics are extremely well designed. There is virtually nothing in the cabin that is not nessary to the operation of the vehicle.

3. Great selection/inventory of BMWs...this definitely enabled us to pick the color, options, etc.

4. Great Location (Audi was also about 20 min drive from our house).

5. Looks...really a great looking car...especially with the top down!

All-in-all, I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new our used quality auto. Enjoy....and good shopping!
