Horrible service. I forgot my IPod and Bose headphones in my room after checking out I realized that I didn't have them. Went back inside and housekeeping had stolen them and lied about it. They lied about it.

Great hotel. Someone lifted my Fitbit hr clearly because I left it in the room and no one found it. I called back multiple times. But great bed, rooms, clean, ok pool and nice location. We've come for two weekends away here and worth the price. Check out this on hotwire. Hot deals will save you 40 bucks a night.

Room is great, bright and tidy. Staffs are friendly, services is great, and food is a disaster. This is my first time having Caesar Salad that served with A! WHOLE! lettuce without chopped and mixed with sauce well... Other foods here are mediocre, it s food, and can make u not hungry anymore. Don t expected further than this.

Very friendly, helpful staff, convenient airport shuttle, and newly renovated rooms. The room renovations include a sliding door on the bathroom that provides much less privacy than a conventional door. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I stay at this hotel every year for the Macy's Fest, the staff is always professional, friendly and they have people standing in the lobby ready to answer any questions and help in anyway!!!!! I am glad that Dove Productions stays here every year :)

We hold our company meeting there at least once a season and it is always a 10 in customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism! I strongly recommend the Cincinnati Airport Marriott to everyone!

Marriott is a favorite of mine... I stay often but...

Marriott is a favorite of mine... I stay often but not at this one. I stop here often though for lunch and a star bucks brew too. I enjoy the restaurant and have met interesting people who are going in and out at airport. I'm sure the rooms are probably as nice as other Marriott hotels. Just don't stay because this area is near my business so no need to do so. A+ for Marriott!!!

The room is spacious and clean. The staff at the desk have been incredibly helpful as was the hotel shuttle driver. The conference accommodations have been nice with wifi. It has been a great experience thus far.

It was nice they had a shuttle from the airport (hence 2 stars instead of 1). I got in to the hotel and the customer service at the front desk was quite unprofessional and discourteous. Mainly like she didn't really care about her job. I went down later to ask about internet (since when I called no one picked up the front desk). I asked if she could help me resolve issues with the wifi, that I paid premium for. She pushed a number and handed me the phone (which then went to an automated service for tech support). This was outrageous. Once I called tech support back in my room, the tech support team was confused why they were talking to a guest and NOT STAFF. Wifi is a basic requirement for business trips now and without it, I might as well stay at a motel. So the mix between unresponsiveness and indifferent customer service as well as lack of basic necessities has left me to leave this low rating. Worst Marriott experience I've had.

Wonderful stay! Bed was amazing! Shower head was the rain shower head, bathroom great lighting, extra shelving, tv was huge. Breakfast was great!!! Staff is super nice and the inside is nicely decorated and high class.

Great staff and really felt safe & able to stay healthy as they are taking every precaution and then some. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend getting back to travel with a stay here.

Outstanding property. Modern, clean, intelligently...

Outstanding property. Modern, clean, intelligently laid out, many amenities (including an excellent restaurant, a Starbucks, lots of meeting rooms). Very helpful staff (typical for a Marriott). Easy in-and-out location near a major airport and right off the freeway. Was overrun with loud teens during my visit, so do be aware this is a potential destination for youth athletic groups and so on, if that is of concern to you.

The beds are extremely hard!!! The reply from this hotel came swiftly there answer to the hard beds. Was pillow top mattress etc. Well now I see where things went wrong witb my stay I didn't get a room with a pillow top mattress next time I'll request a room with a pillow top mattress...

Had a good stay here overall -- the room was clean and the breakfast was AMAZING. In particular, the staff for the breakfast was on top of their game... can't give enough compliments to them. Our only problem was when checking out, we had asked to store one piece of luggage for 3-4 hours while we went downtown. They said they would, but it would be left out in an open area, not locked up or behind the counter. When I retrieved my luggage, I was able to take it without showing anyone the luggage tag. The hotel really needs a safer area to keep luggage during the day.

ZERO STARS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I never even stayed at the place, probably very nice and clean, but this is about the management of this hotel. I ve never experienced a lack of compitence in management like this place.
I booked this place and immediately called to cancel because I realized they wouldn t let me check in until 3 pm and I was under 21 so I wouldn t be able to check in. The man at the front desk confirmed my cancelation. The next day I realized I was still charged for the room. I called the hotel, talked to the supervisor Tim, and they said to call Hotwire. I called Hotwire and they said to call Marriott.
After being given the runaround by both Hotwire and this hotel for about two hours, I get a hold of Brody, the hotel s main manager, who accused me of lying to him and hung up on me. I then proceeded to call the Marriott AGAIN, and a voice on the line said, hi, this is Brody how may I help you and when I asked, Wait who am I speaking to? He realized it was me who he was talking to and said his name was George and put me on hold. This is when I decided to give up. I don t understand what is even going on there, I don t know who I talked to because apparently Brody likes to go by George when he knows he s done something wrong, maybe I never even got to talk to management and they were lying to me. But this was absolutely ridiculous and it should not be this hard to get a refund on a room that I canceled within the first 5 minutes of purchasing. Do not go here. Seriously. They will screw you over and waste your time.
