A meeting point for young university students both for the environment and for the rich aperitif that it offers at favorable prices
There should be more than such stimulating places in Rome: I find art, culture, entertainment, the possibility of studying / working on the PC at extra hours, people with whom to share cultural and working interests. It still remains unequaled
Nice place, but the drinks leave a lot to be desired. Sin.
Great place to study! I love the post pandemic organization. Good food at great prices. Super nice and bubbly redhead lady. If you take 30 they make you applause. Several sockets and extensions, even if sometimes they are never enough :( TOP PLACE!
The idea is nice
Catastrophic implementation.
I will go back if it ever changes management.
Bad reception in a dimly lit place with a low quality of food and drink. not to mention the pitiful hygienic conditions and the pestilential smell of urine that can be felt in some rooms. of bathrooms and toilets, however, better not to mention it. Sconsigliatissimo
The evening of infinite sadness, four cats and poor music.
It is located in a university area well connected by public transport and easily accessible by car. The venue is very large and spacious, with lots of seats. The owner of the restaurant is very warm and friendly with everyone.
At the entrance you have to pay 3 euros which includes the drink. Despite being an affordable price, it's hard to find something at that price and many foods aren't reported to the public. Other problem
it is the inadequacy of electrical outlets, especially for college students.
Nice and comfortable place. However, a 3 euro drink to study is not sustainable for everyone, especially now that the libraries have reopened and offer the same service for free. I advise managers to review the policy. 2 stars the club + one for the girl with glasses at the very nice cash desk
A nice and original place to take a friend to drink.
The idea of being able to buy everything you see and use is nice. Excellent appetizers and honest in prices
The staff didn't seem particularly friendly to me. Maybe it was a bad day.
Excellent lochetion x cultural events the bar is excellent and prestigious with the possibility of lunch or dinner no-limits for the price of 15 euros including a soft drink excellent evenings that also offers musical warm and quiet environment ideal for cultural and musical evenings !!!
Great place to study and meet in the evening with friends in the company of good music and a welcoming environment.
The only flaw is the bar and restaurant service with slightly excessive prices!
Everything one needs in one place. Excellent union between culture, technology and interpersonal communication
Not bad the reorganization but in most places there is not enough light
If I could give less than a star I would give it, the place would also be nice, but it suffers from a problem common to many places in Rome, the rudeness really unbearable. The owner in particular always turns with sufficiency and to the limit of rudeness. Prices really too high and the place needs a fix and the terrible stench that comes from the bathroom should be fixed. A few months ago I was there to work and I attached the laptop to the electrical outlet, the owner came over after a few seconds and told me that to use the power I had to consume more than the coffee I had taken because she pays the power. I open-mouthed I ordered a juice, which I paid 4 euros ... a very cunning and peasant behavior, unfortunately now common in Rome. Never again!
Most likely I won't be back. The person at the checkout really unfriendly, has verge on rudeness. As soon as we arrived we had a drink at the bar and ... he didn't have the rest to give. We were there for the presentation of a book, which we couldn't buy because ... it didn't have the rest. During the presentation they turned on the air conditioning making a very loud noise so that we could not hear the author miked!
A good coffee is what you need after eating a lot, especially after a binge of XD sushi
Calling it a library is very reductive! The restaurant is an excellent place to study in the library area, enjoy a few drinks or beer at the bar counter or table (there is no service), or enjoy the various musical activities that alternate in the dance area. Good beers although the choice is very limited.
An interesting place near the University of Rome three, they make live music which makes it even more enjoyable, but I removed a star because at the end of the concert the music was too loud and I could not talk with More
I am an editorial photographer, I was able to shoot inside the restaurant, I am very satisfied and the current director is a woman with a great professional experience and at the same time an artist with an excellent taste.
Tatiana Benedet Ugazio
Intimate and spacious location where occasionally they make the Japanese market, a pleasure to attend it.
I love coffee. Everyone's home, the shelter if it rains, the calm to study, lovely staff, Fabio and Michela all treat with cordiality and the right dose of confidence. Good food, coffee even more. Spatial events, unobtrusive and beautiful initiatives. The very radical structure, a revisited very chic at the same time; vintage and contemporary design pieces mixed together, only one thing you have to do, come here :) Your daughter Livietta !!!!
Very poor hygienic conditions. Coffee cups are always dirty, as if they were not washed at all.
Beautiful place, one of a kind in Rome. Delicious food, but definitely too expensive if you start hanging out often.
A nice idea with a bad implementation. Library is well stocked so good for loans, especially for the DVD section. Unfortunately, it is not a suitable place to read / study as it is very rowdy and, moreover, often events (sometimes of zero cultural value) are organized that use the tables leaving no space for reading (it happened to me two or three times, that is, every time I decided to study there).
Comfortable environment, with a quiet sound, until the early afternoon it is a place suitable for all those who have to carry out an activity that requires concentration, especially if you are a student and you don't want to stay home on the weekend to prepare for the upcoming exam. But around 17/18 it begins to crowd, and the volume of the music is raised to prepare the planned evening. The staff is very friendly and available to customer needs!
Kind and fast. Lovely shows. Interesting cuisine but prosecco should be served iced!
In the photo cover singer and band MADONNA
Very large and comfortable place, with many workstations for the study, even if poorly lit especially in the first part immediately after the entrance. Adequate prices (coffee and croissant 2 ). Polite and polite staff. Average toilet, provided and cleaned. The only flaw, in addition to the lack of brightness, is the background noise, which could cause some nuisance to study.
Nice nice nice. High-quality cocktails, special and ample environment. Highly recommended.
Lovely place! Good service and above all very good food with very moderate prices.
excellent venue equipped with a rather complete library. It is possible to read a book while sipping a drink while listening to alternative musical selections. Ideal for organizing events and performances.
I leave 2 stars only in the memoir of a time that was. I am sorry but now we are not there just the current management leaves much to be desired from all points of view: customer reception, education, prices and quality of the cocktails (clearly extended). Council to wait a little, the current management will last very little .. I hope confident ....
"good intention, a little less the realization".
The spaces are there, the costs as well.
But hygiene with dirty counters and toilet rooms that stink of urine, coffee that seems to be made by squeezing the cloth to dry the counter, cakes without lids (spit splashes go on them), insufficient artificial lighting, tables and chairs dirty, make me think well not to return and not to recommend this place for any type of occasion.
In summary: A HOUSE
Local sad and desolate for alternative people ... I was when they did the market Sino-Japanese beautiful initiative ... congratulations
To choose the right time depending on what you want to do: to study, in the morning and early afternoon but not the weekend because there are various events; for events, in the evening, especially the weekend; even to relax on the sofas is not bad. But it's a bit expensive.
The place is worth a visit. the environment is very large, suitable for hosting events and workshops, and there is also a stage that lends itself perfectly to small live concerts.
A sore point, alas, the aperitif. Unfortunately I have to say it.
1. You can't serve yourself at the buffet (the staff fills the saucer with small portions of what they decide) - how many of you would hate this?
2. Very low quality of proposals.
Cocktails, at least, have their own sense of existence, but the aperitif really doesn't.
Guys, I'm sorry. I'd rather pay a little more, but don't have the feeling of scarce resources that I felt when they made me the saucer ...
A good place to work or study during the day. In the evening there are generally events from about 6pm when it starts to get loud. The main drawback is that it's underground so with no natural light.
If you like an informal but cultural environment it is the perfect place! The kitchen is not much but the cocktails are fantastic
A unique location in its beauty, good cuisine, it is also home to the library of the municipality of Rome. The markets are to be visited
Librarian Ok, Employees of that bar ARE RACISTS !!!
The coffee with the most beautiful music in the world.
Quiet and relaxing
The place is nice and worth a visit. Ample environment, with the library inside, something very useful and very nice. There is a stage that often hosts live events and the atmosphere is relaxed, it is also suitable for hosting events and the clientele is heterogeneous. Sore button, alas, the aperitif with prices genuinely not adequate to the offer, too bad the place would be nice.
I was blown away by the cool atmosphere of this place. Live music playing 60' 70' swing and jazz, people dancing and enjoying. Decent food and drinks. Reasonable prices as well. Service could be improved. If the weather is not good I would not recommend it as majority of the tables are without a cover. Thumbs up. Go visit after 21:00...you won't be disappointed. P.S. it is also a train station museum.
Very nice place, a part is dedicated to the study, complete with a library! Unfortunately I find the place a little too "noisy" to study, leaving out this aspect is really a great place to spend an evening!
Environment easy and full of ideas. A dynamic space where to do different activities. From simply tasting a coffee or tea to reading, studying, eating and chatting. Sitting on a stool or on a sofa or lazily stretched on a daybed.
Clean and accommodating place, not the best food, not very fresh
Rude, never seen a place with people most unpleasant. Management of the bad customer. We book to celebrate a birthday and we did not warn that poetry evening includes absolute silence. Without words
Beautiful place immersed in an atmosphere almost suspended in time, full of boys immersed in the study and all strictly spaced and with a mask.
Friendly and helpful staff.
There are many halls and lounges available to customers.
It is a place that I like very much, large and comfortable.
Negative note for the wi-fi which often skips if you reach a large number of people inside.
It remains one of my favorite places in Rome, it gives the possibility to freely devote to study and work during the day as well as to drink a beer with a friend in the evening. Without forgetting the many beautiful cultural initiatives that are regularly carried out within its spaces. In short, a meeting place for recreation, study and work. And never mind if coffee, the one to drink, is not great at the end.
A great environment to study / work but it lacks the recently imposed minimum consumption to enter
To study, read with a good coffee, chill environment, low fi music.
Excellent grip for lunch, in the evening the music increases as it becomes a real after dinner venue. The wine selection is very good. The owner is always kind, I go back every time very willingly, alone or with friends!
Excessive price 13 euros for an aperitif with very limited choice. Painful Christmas karaoke. Two stars only for the large room.
The coffee with the most beautiful music in the world.
Quiet and relaxing
Local with great potential, but managed badly.
Food expirations poor cleaning, especially toilet facilities.
There is no ventilation so after a certain time the heat becomes unbearable.
Bad service. Users treated with incomprehensible rudeness.
The manager especially does not know what it means to relate with customers, is rude, unhelpful, mean.
In front of a table of children he performed in a burst of rage, dodging a piece of furniture and climbing on a sofa where adults were sitting busy celebrating a birthday happily. One thing never seen.
In one evening they lost at least a hundred customers.
Absolutely to avoid!
Large place not far from home for a tea or a herbal tea with friends reading a book., I like to blend in with the students ... shame about the cleanliness and the bathrooms ...
Boys, as an organization we have not. Neither as a kindness on the part of managers. Nor how they communicate with customers. Nor how they handle the mess created by them. So why go back to a similar place?
An interesting place near the University of Rome three, they make live music which makes it even more enjoyable, but I removed a star because at the end of the concert the music was too loud and I could not talk with More
Lovely place. I would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing place. I would recommend it to anyone.
Local with 360 degree events. Concerts, cinema workshops and Japanese market. Very pleasant to spend a few hours.
Spacious and respectful of anti-covid rules, perfect for an aperitif these days
Magnificent place, where to eat a delicious Pizza accompanied with excellent Live Music every evening. I congratulate Vincenzo Pultrone for always organizing such alternative events.
Great nice place I have to relax and study all day!
A place that has many pros but also many cons. The environment is very particular and blends well with the library inside where you can study or read a book. Great for studying on many days, especially during the week, but around 6pm there is much more movement and relative chaos, so if you get distracted easily it is not ideal. The staff was very absent and not very friendly, otherwise I can only express myself on coffee which was not that great and I don't understand why it was given to me in a plastic cup and not in a normal cup. The bathrooms are not taken care of at all
Bad experience. No ATMs (no matter what is out of use, no-one falls), no receipt, bad beverage quality.
Dirty bathrooms, disorganized and confusing service.
It is no longer the local once, alas.
Versatile place. For an afternoon of study or a fantastic evening, the choice is yours!
Na bomb! A little expensive but full of tricks, it feels good. Above all, it is the only place in Rome to study to date! Thank you!
beautiful atmosphere, perfect for studying, alone or even in a group, with 3 euros you have available all day and an excellent choice of tea
The Roman Pinsa alla Gricia with courgettes is delicious
Poorly managed. But an extremely fascinating place with 1,000 potential
municipal library which should be the prerogative of everyone in a salty room with salty prices. Culture is commodified for profitable purposes for a private individual. Congratulations to the Municipality of Rome.
On Sundays in the location of the LITERARY COFFEE you can breathe the aromas of freshly baked cakes and delicious pastries, sip tea and aromatic coffee ... but not only!

To know more:
The Tea Dance Party, or "tea dansant" in French, was an autumnal dancing afternoon, which since the 1800s has spread as a social moment much appreciated in French and Anglo-Saxon countries.
The habit of meeting to drink (mainly tea and coffee, but also other hot, cold or alcoholic drinks like punch), to eat (biscuits, cookies, sweets and savory appetizers) and to dance, in the afternoon, turns into a real traditional ritual.
In the decades we move from the Walzer, to the Tango, to the Charleston in the 1920s, following the trend of the tastes of the time; however the habit of "dancing tea" remains in the culture, to then spread in Europe and overseas.
In the 20th century in England and America the Tea Dance Parties become a distinctive cultural reference of the stately society that attends these receptions and later the term is expanded by referring generically to the afternoon dance events.
