The dinner was great rooms are +. Only issue is the view. But I can live with that.

Considerate staff and above average food. Has its own Starbucks, gym/ pool, and bar. Makes staying here when I'm in town on business easy.

No FREE INTERNET, got charged to trying to connect while I have still have cellular unlimited internet and I don t need it.

Very nice Marriott just a mile from the airport. The rooms are nice, the staff is exceptional and the bed was just right.

This hotel started off on the wrong foot by forcing me to change my card to the one that I had in my pocket when I checked in even though I not only am a member and used the app to check in, but I also could have gone to the app and changed the card back if I'd had it in my pocket (which I didn't have because I'm traveling out of country and didn't want to bring more than one card). The room's only redeeming quality was the shower. Other than that, it was lit up like a Christmas tree due to the parking lot lights that you couldn't block out since the window blinds didn't close all the way. Definitely not helpful since I had a super early flight. I'll stay at another hotel next time I have to fly out early.

Very kind and truly friendly staff, newer modern rooms and very clean and comfortable. Great stay!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating with our requests. Willing to listen and offer suggestions when needed. We were very impressed with their professionalism.

Hotel on the whole was very nice. BUT in a three night stay, our room was not made up at all. The first day, they took the towels out but did not clean the room. The second day , nothing was down . The beds weren't made, towels weren't picked up. Each day we had to call front desk for them to bring the towels to our room. Very disappointed in this Marriot.

Everything was perfect; except my room was on top floor at very end of hall. Was not easy, having a handicap, to walk that distance. But asked for a closer room to conference meetings and concierge was polite and accommodating. Thank you to all the staff.

Comfortable beds, love the shower the TV has Netflix on it.. overall nice room and it's located right off the highway which is very convenient! I most definitely would stay again my next visit.

A 5 star hotel with plenty of parking and accommodations

It was nice besides the fact that we thought we had a double full room and got a double pull out sofa instead. I still have a crick in my neck.

We had an 8 am flight with kids, stayed overnight, left our car at the hotel and took the shuttle to the airport. Very nice facilities. Very convenient.

Nice would have liked free Wi-Fi I think $7 a day is a little much given the up scale feel.

The restaurant is 5 start process for 3 Star quality.

My first room had no wifi and the second very slow wifi that nothing could be done about. Staff customer service was awful. Spoke with the manager and she was no better so I ended up speaking with a VP. The hotel staff took exception and stopped making up my room. Now if I book Marriott I make sure it's corporate owned and managed.

This is a very good hotel near the Cincinnati airport. It has everything you need for a business trip: Comfortable rooms, fitness center, good restaurant, business center and an attentive staff. i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to someone or return if I need a hotel in this area.

Love this place! Made arrangements to stay last Summer(sorry it took so long to do this review). Very clean and spacious room. The hotel is spotless everywhere. Food is great in the restaurant(although abit pricey--only bad point). Am staying there again THIS Summer and am looking fwd to it. The staff is extremely pleasant and polite (expect to "My pleasure"...ALOT)...5 stars!

Newly renovated rooms well suited for all the technology we carry around these days. TV could be used to connect to your Netflix account which is convenient. Refrigerator in the rooms a nice touch. The only issue is the barn door to bathroom. Just odd. The lobby and restaurant are going through renovations, but they have done a nice job with temporary options on-site. The staff is top notch. We have had our annual benefit banquet here 3 out of the last 4 years. Risa, Danyelle and the rest of the staff some the best you can find.

While the prices are some what high the quality of the rooms are OK the shower was newly.
The one thing that bother me the most about this place is that they charge you for everything starting from WiFi to breakfast and everything in between
Price was kind of high already but needless to say they should have included everything in the price front desk what's good....

Hotel is okay, front desk is friendly. Only problem we had was someone entered out room between 10 and 11 when we were sleeping and apologized because they didn't know we checked in. Oh and the pillows are tiny!!

Nice people. Refrigerator and safe did not work in the room. Breakfast was expensive. Not much to choose from. Coffee was delicious. Staff was very nice. I would stay there again. I would being snacks and drinks I didn't need to refriderate

Had several self caused issues with reservations that they took ownership of. Excellent service!

The hotel itself is very pretty. It's located in a quiet area just outside of Cincinatti. Loved that you could easily log onto Hulu and stuff from the TVs, makes you just want to stay in bed all day. They have a pool and fitness center, but at the time there was a bunch of kids, so both areas were too packed.

Really nice rooms. The bar is on par with other hotels. The beds are medium soft. I checked in at 6:30 pm on 10-23-17 and I like it thus far

Do all the rooms have been renovated in the lobby looks nice.

I've been here for 20 minutes and I'm already wishing I booked another hotel. There is hair on the back of the toilet and pee on the bottom of the toilet. There is also something stained or smeared on our bedding gross. I uploaded pictures on this site.

Great hotel. Room was comfortable, high tech, had everything we needed. So glad I added breakfast the breakfast was amazing! All the staff was helpful.

Customer service in the evening was not good. Morning/daytime staff was good. Also in one of the rooms the bed was not cleaned, It had big stains on it.

We stayed there for a convention over the weekend. Had a great king- size bed/ room. OMegan & Kassie at the front desk were super nice and helpful! Kristi in the M Lounge was fabulous! We look forward to staying there again at our next convention!

It was the typical airport got everything you need. Workers there are all friendly. They also got a small bird that apparently been there for 5 years from what the janitor told me.

Very nice hotel. Staff members are extremely helpful and nice. Minutes to airport, and plenty nearby to do within 5-10 Minutes drive.

Perhaps it's the familiarity of the property that I love. I've been going to this property every year for 17 years to attend a conference. But I find it's location is great, the people are super friendly and the rooms are nice. I love the indoor pool, too. Nice conference rooms also.

The review first and then a question.

The Marriott at the Cincinnati airport is very nice. The room is clean with plenty of space to work. The shower had strong water flow and I like the two head option (standard and hand held). The air conditioning/heating unit is extremely loud. I would have to adjust the volume of the tv every time it came on.

The restaurant had a nice look. I received a strange vibe from one of the bartender/waiters because I think he was a bit overwhelmed. I did order the turkey club, Caesar salad and lava cake to go to my room. Turkey club was one of the best I ever had. The lava cake was below average.

Question - why doesn t any Marriott have the Bravo station? It drives me crazy. I missed the finale of Summer House!! Luckily it was recorded when I got home.

The facility as well as our room was clean and well equipped. We had a nice meal in the bar area while watching a game on one of the several TVs and the bartenders were very attentive. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and the driver was very professional and courteous.

It started with the shuttle from
the airport at 10PM! Jerry was the nicest man, very accommodating and helpful! Then, Devyn at the front desk could tell I d had a bad day, and he was incredibly kind and generous. The room was beautiful and very clean and the bar staff was happy to take my order even though they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes! I ve decided I m going to try and stay in Marriotts wherever I go if they re all like this!! Thank you for a great ending to a terrible day!

Top notch! The staff was great and the room was high quality and comfortable. The MLounge was well stocked and was a great place to grab a granola bar in the early AM before getting to my flight.

Comfortable like home, yet exotic like an adventure !!

My one night stay prior to CVG departure was excellent. Better than Doubletree. Even during covid times, the staff was friendly (thanks Bridget!), the restaurant/bar was open with great food and very nice staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!

Clean, great staff, if you need anything there on it. I work here as security and ive never seen staff so on point for there guests this will be like staying at a family's home.

People there are so kind and thoughtful. So very helpful. Beds are great. Food is very good.

Great service and understanding of guests needs. A great club and easy to bring kids.

When you get a room for the weekend you're going to want to relax... One of the most annoying things is you got to wait 5 minutes for the TV to turn on or unplug it and retry again.. The shower, gross.. Needs new caulking around the tub and and tub filled up with water with the drain open.. For the money they charge I would've rather stayed at a Holiday Inn and been just as happy.. Other than that, I didn't feel dirty sleeping in their rooms and the people around were friendly

Exceptional service at front desk! Most notably, Jerry, our driver from the airport, was incredibly kind and considerate. He went back to check on a family waiting for their caravan purely out of kindness. If you're in Jerry's hands it's smooth sailing!

The facility is immaculate, the staff is great. Newly renovated rooms, a real joy to stay.

Great place for conferences, meetings, and overnight stays. The restaurant hasn't adapted to Covid well, however, the menu is sparse and staff doesn't have any flexibility.

This is my go to Marriott hotel in Cincinnati near the airport. Staff is always helpful and it's great for those early am flights. M club is nice and the staff there is wonderful

Clean place to sleep with amenities needed for a good stay. Rooms were nice, and being remodeled to make them even better. Gym, pool, restaurant all onsite which is nice and convenient. I would like to visit again, especially after their upgrades.
