Room was clean no mystery smells like some others easy to get to corridor

Nice room, great gathering areas, good pool, bathroom nice tub needed refinished .

We always stay here when we are in the area. Can't beat that!

All the amenities that you could possibly need are here. Rooms are very nice and modern and set up for any of your business needs. Theres also a restaurant, pool, and gym. They have shuttle services to take you to the airport as well

Staff is friendly, rooms are modern and well kept. It is definitely aimed more towards guests traveling for business than families on vacation. Pool is very small, no hot tub, no microwave. This is not a deal breaker for me though. Very nice hotel and would stay again.

Was under construction during my stay. Still hand a great visit, and they were very helpful. Ended up using the van to get the the airport. They even let me park my car for a week for very cheap. Would recommend.

Stayed in a standard king room last night and was very pleased with the room and even more by the service at the desk and for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Updated hotel. My room was spotless, modern interior, and most of all comfortable. Front desk staff were very welcoming. It would of been nice to have electric vehicle charging but other than that it's a wonderful Hotel.

Newly renovated, soundproof rooms, great in-room coffee and tea service, fast Wi-Fi, and soft, comfortable beds. Great staff, excellent service, and 24 hour fitness center. Perfect for business travelers who don't have time for distractions.

We attended Breakfast with Santa today, the food was good, Santa was great, the lobby is mind blowing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt taken care of right away and felt very comfortable.

Room was nice. Lobby/front desk area under construction. Shuttle to the airport was on time. Shuttle from the airport was very slow. Waited over half an hour for shuttle from airport, when shuttle did show up there wasn't enough room for everyone waiting. Some people were waiting over an hour and a half.

Very nice staff, hotel was under renovation. We stayed in one of the new suites, very modern but cheaply made. The only odd thing was the bathrooms did not have a locking feature to the door. It was a very nice glass sliding door but still no lock. Ample space for cloths and desk space of needed.

I loved this place. Went here on a business trip through DHL. Best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel. My car battery died in the ice storm...they had a battery booster. Spectacular service. Some of the best food I have ever eaten in the restaurant on the main floor. I didn't get a chance to make it upstairs to the club but I adore the room and the beautiful style all around the hotel. Also, the breakfast was worth the wake.

Great staff. We have had the ventriloquist ConVENTion there the last 5 years but the last two they've been under construction and for the first time they actually made us shut down the hospitality suite early because they made the mistake of booking non-convention goers on the same floor. If you're in the mood for good food it's best if you drive to your favorite eatery!!

Almost all amenities cost extra, even morning coffee in the lobby. $ 3.00 per cup? Forget it.

I was at the location for a convention and it was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the conference rooms were very nice.

Friendly staff. Good sized and clean rooms with big windows. Great dinner portions and options at the restaurant.

It's a Marriott. What's not to like?
Currently undergoing renovation, so the lobby is a bit of a mess. The main check in desk is totally out of commission at this time, so checking in is at a temp location. Will be great when complete.

The staff was kind. The room was beautiful. They helped us find a resteraunt.

The staff at this hotel were phenomenal. From the shuttle driver that picked me up from the airport to the cleaning staff, everyone was willing to go above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and the huge flat screen with Netflix and YouTube was a huge bonus.

Newly remodeled with fresh designs throughout. Staff is very friendly and efficient. They are attentive to your needs and quick to serve.

I personally was not so fond of this hotel for a few reasons in no particular order. The mattress was hard as a rock. I had the worst night's sleep. I tossed and turned all night because my body was getting so sore. I also could not block all the light out from the ourside because of the curtain design. I also feel like the cable channels were a bit lacking. Not too bad but could have some more channels available. As far as the room goes everything else was fine. The restaurant was way too expensive. When you couple this with the fact that there is nothing else around this hotel and an uber ride would have cost me just as much to get somewhere else, you have little choice but to dine here when you are without transportation. The snack bar even charges $3 for a tiny bag of chips that you find in Walmart for 25 cents. And in typical Marriot fashion of course breakfast is not included and very expensive. I will return to the Hilton next time where the location is so much better with many options right near the hotel.

Rooms were clean and nice and recently renovated except for the bathroom door was not private at all it was a glass sliding door that had a gap around that led to a clear view of the shower and toilet

Exceptional cleanliness of lobby. Staff met expectations at every exchange. Adequate signage.

They should have told me when I booked it that the rooms would be VERY noisy from their big remodeling project. I can't even take a nap from the noise. I called down and they said there was nothing they could do but they could give me airplugs. Then I called 5 minutes later to send up earplugs and they said they don't have any. Don't stay here till construction ends.

At the Ramada Inn in Sharonville that is the worse hotel So Expedia was awesome to issue a refund and they placed me here this Marriott Hotel is a great hotel the minute I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff clean rooms I can actually walk on the carpet without having my shoes on

My plans were in Cincinnati, but most of the Marriotts in the city had questionable reviews, so I took a chance on this one, which is about 25 min outside the city. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Hotel is beautiful and updated. It wasn t super busy which made me feel safer considering COVID. My room was super clean along with the bathroom and shower. Sheets were nice and bed was comfortable. Kind staff as well. I d much prefer a 25 min drive with the peace of mind of knowing I m staying at a safe and clean location. Will 100% stay again.

Stayed in a newly renovated room. Was very comfortable and nice.

Perfect hotel if flying out of CVG. The rooms are comfortably apointed for a good night sleep prior to a flight. The M lounge staff are extreamly helpful. The coffee machine provides coffee house style coffee where there is no need to visit the on site Starbucks. The negative is that the parking lot is crowded and you can expect a long walk to the lobby.

Was here for quick meeting. Lobby was clean with plenty of seating. Fountain was a bit loud but overall met expectations for Marriott brand.

$17.50 for breakfast very poor service and didnt even get a real cup of coffee no real sugar or creamer
