Cincinnati Airport Marriott Review

The Marriott is currently undergoing renovations. I stayed in an updated room. The room looked great. Linen was clean and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was very little sound insulation. Anyone walking in the hallway talking normally sounded like they were standing in the room. The room service lady walked in and woke my wife up at 9 AM on Sunday morning. Check out isn't until 11. The restaurant on site is over priced. The food is mediocre at best. All in all, the stay was fine for what we needed, but wasn't anything spectacular either.

Staff was professional, food over priced for buffet.

The staff was very professional and our room couldn t have been more clean. We had a great nights sleep.

Pool was cold . Explains why no one uses it .1st room we was in was small not like pictures that is advertised for same money got a room with 2 baths,and separate living room. Gym was ok for a hotel but missing accessories for cable machine

Remodeled room was very new and modern. Breakfast was great!

Undergoing substantial remodeling on ground floor. Rm nice as well as king bed. Bathroom nice but lacks functionality - shower too narrow and leaks at bottom. Door is cool but not functional. Body soap to small. Unable to turn on room fan, only works with HVAC.

Great pool and very clean. They have the comfiest pillows (and a lot of them) of any hotel. The air conditioning is great in the room!

Everything was really clean and the staff was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful!

Husband's company had a party there a couple of months ago. Food and service was great. For anyone looking for a party room/banquet facility, I'd highly recommend the Marriott. The interior is magnificent, also.

We checked in late and there weren't any more rooms available with a king bed - only 2 doubles. Beds were still comfortable, and the room was clean. Our room was next to a hallway (in addition to the regular hallway -a corner room)... in the morning we were woken up earlier than expected by housekeeping staff as they started their shift - not their fault!

Great stay for 2 nights. No problems, nice property. Drive the back way along the river if going into Cincinnati for a change.

Very clean and the rates weren't bad. The bathroom was a little on the small side and the breakfast buffet needed some help but all in all it was a very nice place to rest. The pool was too cold and they do not have a hot tub here. We had to call down to the front desk to get additional blankets and they brought up more soap and shampoo in a matter of minutes.

Clean room, nice facilities, great proximity to airport and friendly staff. Would stay again

Beautiful tropical-looking lobby with a fountain! Cute little Starbucks counter that they opened up extra times whenever they saw some potential thirsty customers! Loved the daytime staff! Evening staff needs to be a little more discreet when they are observing shoppers in their little market. Beautiful room, silky sheets, I especially liked the new WASHABLE bedcovering (no dirty bedspreads there)! Great desk with charging station for electronics. Nice pool. My only concern is the isolation of the hotel & their high prices in their restaurant and snacks in their market. It is a 15 min. drive even to a Waffle House, McD's, Taco Bell, and gas station in Hebron! Have a GPS or map because you won't stumble upon them! IF a string of those would pop up along Peterson, this would be a perfect place to stay!

Dinner was excellent. Chelsea was our server. Excellent service.

We attended the Van-Dells 50,60,70 review show for New Years eve. It was an excellent experience. If you have never seen this type of show you owe yourself this treat. The food was also very good

First and foremost, Amazing staff, each and everyone of them! Everyone goes above and beyond to serve and the most friendly atmosphere around. Breakfast is amazing, rooms are awesome. The best beds around CVG for sure. A home away from home indeed. Quiet, clean and comfy. A great Marriott experience.

I've been flying in to Cincinnati from NJ weekly for a few months. This Monday my travel was truly messed up. Starting out at 6am, after hours of delay and 2 cancelled flights it looked like I would arrive in Cincinnati around 2:30am. I wouldn't be able to get my rental car or get to the hotel in Fairfield on Monday night. A quick call to Marriott's reservation line and I was able to switch my first night so I could stay at the Cincinnati airport Marriott. Very nice indeed! Same new design as the Marriott Cincinnati North (Fairfield, on Muhlhauser). Great service, comfy bed, clean, modern, best king feather pillows. Good breakfast in the M-Lounge, a Starbucks latte for the road, and I was off. Nice people, nice accomodations, good experience. Recommended!

Love this hotel. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and nice staff. The workout room is also very nice. The food in the restaurant is pretty expensive for what you get though. I would certainly stay here again.

Great Marriott. I was here for business and I would definitely choose this location again if I m in town again. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff keep it clean and maintained. They were very helpful in helping my coworkers find a place to eat for dinner.

Pool was down and the M club lounge was not what they hype it up to be.

We made the mistake of letting Hilton book us in the Hampton next door. Marriot saved us from that nightmare.. From the second we walked in they took excellent care of us. Tech got us plenty of extra blankets and a roll out bed, staff super friendly in the lobby and last but not least our shuttle driver Jerry finished off our vacation with the best shuttle we've had over the passed week of travel.

We got a great deal on Priceline and loved staying at this well designed, modern hotel. It was very nice with a great shower! Hotel bar staff was very friendly.

Lovely Hotel. I am a part of a airline crew our call time is 5:45 breakfast starts at 6 can you provide some thing earlier for airline crews?

I gave this hotel 2 stars because our room was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and a really gross green and brown spot on the floor next to the bed. Plus, there was additional trash on the floor of our room and somethings that were left in the refrigerator.

The bar was recently renovated and the drinks are still good.

As of April 2017 the rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice.

It is a great place with a clean pool, but no free breakfast or wifi

EXCELLENT stay...let me start off by saying how the front desk staff was very accommodating, kind, and super helpful. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and dining area. The excersise room was very impressive. The pool.this evening was a little chilly but that didn't keep us out...we played in the pool for quite a while. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head and nozzel were pretty powerful and unique with 2 different nozzels. This is a great place to stay away from home.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Bar area is nice and drinks were good for price.

The Cincinnati Airport Marriott has been remodeled in the last year since I ve been here and upgraded their facilities. It s a welcome improvement on a well staffed facility that I visit yearly for an annual conference.

The staff here are attentive tongues needs and friendly. Things are stocked well, the guest rooms are nice, and with the recent upgrades the hotel has a more upscale feel than it used to. It s nice to have the refresh on the facilities and the same reliable, friendly, and good service that I ve come to expect from Marriott properties.

Didn't get to see much, but the fitness center appeared to be spacious, and the staff was friendly. Room and bed were comfortable.

Wonderful overnight accommodations prior to our early morning flight from CVG. Super comfy bed!! I usually don't sleep well before an early morning flight but had no trouble here.

Extremely clean well taken care of hotel. The room service was wonderful and the food was top notch. Hopefully we will return someday soon!

Newly renovated higher end for hotel airport. They are super nice here, and it's very cute about how excited they are for their newly renovated hotel. I'll take half a star off for the beds and linens (which don't meet Marriott standard) and are like the courtyards, where I usually stay for half the price. The M Lounge in the lobby is sparkling new and sports great amenities, but the breakfast is limited.

This is the third time that I have been here for business. They always do a wonderful job hosting us. Food is really good and on time. Staff is very obliging and helpful. There were probably 300 off us there. Only downside was the parking was tight.

The rooms are good. But, don't ask for a shuttle or room delivery unless you have over 30 minutes to waste!! It is not just one incident, this happened to me and my colleagues several times.

I booked this through Hotwire. The hotel is currently under renovation. The guest rooms are completed, and were renovated nicely. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The only negative about the room was the pillows, which were less than ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas were still under renovation, but those that were completed were done nicely. The only negative I can give for our stay was that the pool was not heated. Even then, it was still a very fun experience for our daughters. I would certainly use this location again in the future.

The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the treadmills in the workout room.

Room was and had very classy interiors. Good customer service. Breakfast has a lot of options and was pretty good. Room had a refrigerator and safe but didn't have a microwave. TV had apps for Netflix, HBO etc which require sign in.

Covid has become a reason for poor service. We stayed here two nights, two rooms. The restaurant has horrible service. The girl who served us brought my granddaughter a tall glass of cream instead of milk. Okay, a mistake. We pointed it out to her and she did it again. We asked for our rooms to be serviced (you have to ask now), and they brought new towels, a blood-stained mattress cover, left the trash and everything else as it was. There are many options as the airport is near-by. You'll be better off to stay somewhere else.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel! We just needed a place to crash before a very early flight back to TPA so we were looking for close proximity to the airport. We checked in, put our bags in our room and headed to return our rental car to Hertz. We took Hertz's shuttle to the airport in order to catch the shuttle provided by Marriott back to our hotel. At pick up , the Marriott driver informed us that he would have been happy to pick us up right at Hertz, cutting out the trip we had to make to the airport in order to get a ride back to the hotel. That is not the normal service that hotel shuttles provide! The staff was fantastic and our room was state of the art. The bed was very extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the large TV! Highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again when visiting Cincinnati! Bravo for customer service and for providing what we are all looking for as guests!

The place to stay close to the airport in Northern Kentucky.

The accessibility of the rooms was very convenient for my family, the TV had built in Netflix which is always fun, the shuttle took us directly to the airport in the morning

Everthing was great excwpt at the end we were asked to quiet down but the meeting was for sales celebration.
