ZERO STARS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I never even stayed at the place, probably very nice and clean, but this is about the management of this hotel. I ve never experienced a lack of compitence in management like this place.
I booked this place and immediately called to cancel because I realized they wouldn t let me check in until 3 pm and I was under 21 so I wouldn t be able to check in. The man at the front desk confirmed my cancelation. The next day I realized I was still charged for the room. I called the hotel, talked to the supervisor Tim, and they said to call Hotwire. I called Hotwire and they said to call Marriott.
After being given the runaround by both Hotwire and this hotel for about two hours, I get a hold of Brody, the hotel s main manager, who accused me of lying to him and hung up on me. I then proceeded to call the Marriott AGAIN, and a voice on the line said, hi, this is Brody how may I help you and when I asked, Wait who am I speaking to? He realized it was me who he was talking to and said his name was George and put me on hold. This is when I decided to give up. I don t understand what is even going on there, I don t know who I talked to because apparently Brody likes to go by George when he knows he s done something wrong, maybe I never even got to talk to management and they were lying to me. But this was absolutely ridiculous and it should not be this hard to get a refund on a room that I canceled within the first 5 minutes of purchasing. Do not go here. Seriously. They will screw you over and waste your time.
