I got in on a late flight and the gentleman at the desk made my check-in and short stay a pleasant experience. Once I got to my room though I just wanted to get to bed however I was surprised by the lack of detail on the cleaning job. Hair, dust and a toilet not thoroughly cleaned. I expected more from you, Marriott.

I love the newly remodeled Marriott. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed/pillows are comfortable...slept great! Good breakfast, complete with Starbucks coffee, in the M Lounge. Close to the airport, but nothing else in the immediate area.

Room was missing several amenities listed on the website. The rooms also do not have a mini fridge which was disappointing. We have stayed in other Marriott properties and loved them. I probably would not stay at this one again.

Very nice facility, impeccable service, spacious, clean, and well designed rooms. My only complaint is the restaurant prices (ESPECIALLY the breakfast buffet) are ridiculous. No kid prices on the buffet either.

Recently stayed here at the beginning of June 2017...

Recently stayed here at the beginning of June 2017. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and the pool was clean. However, the hotel was in renovations and this was not denoted on its website at the time. The atrium and breakfast room were completely closed off. This basically made the hotel look like any other 3 star run-of-the-mill hotel. Without a beautiful lobby or restaurant, there was nothing to set this hotel apart from dozens of others. Paying $16 for breakfast in a conference room took out the ambiance. The worst thing was that when I checked in, the front desk worker said that he didn't know if the pool was open or not. (He should have known.) It happened to be open but I would have been upset if it wasn't; the whole reason we chose that one was because it was reviewed as a beautiful hotel with nice amenities. The hotel definitely needs renovations but I would've liked to have known ahead of time. There weren't any problems with the rooms, however. Ours was comfortable.

Note: there aren't any restaurants or shops within walking distance. Plan on driving for at least 5-10 minutes or more.

Very very nice hotel! We love staying at any Marriotts. They have very nice and clean rooms. Had to call the front desk 3 times prior to our stay to ask questions and each time they were very accommodating. They have a shuttle to the airport that runs all day. Really like the feature to log onto your own Netflix account while there, made it feel very relax and like home! Don't worry, the logins don't save on the TV!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and modern. Bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to the airport was on time, and the ride to the terminal was short.

First if all, the staff is first rate. They are super helpful and nice. The foyer is gorgeous. I ordered a drink at the bar and relaxed in the foyer with my drink and book. I loved the fountain especially. Then I dined in the restaurant. Excellent food and service. The room was newly renovated and was gorgeous. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Checked in around five to a room with a broken AC, room 401, clearly not working as it was humid and warm in the room. The AC started making a whistle noise that you could not sleep through. Staff said there was nothing they could do since they were full. I told them to give us a refund, as I wasn't paying for a room I couldn't sleep in. They begrudgingly agreed, and by the time I packed and made it to the front desk they magically found a new room. Made for a stressful evening, thinking we were going to have to find another hotel late in the evening. The staff could have done the right thing twice but chose not to. Very disappointed and would not recommend Marriott to anyone!

When asking for a luggage cart, 5 guys standing around just pushed one to me. No one helped bring up my bags with a 2 year old in hand. Had 1 package of coffee in the room and knowing I had to get up early, didn't offer a wake up call.

Upon arrival room had candy wrappers on the floor. The room also had cosmetic damage in certain spots. The hand shower nozzle leaked to where it sprayed the opposite direction, consequently getting my clothes wet. Room 613 is no bueno. Everything else was fantastic.

Great ambience, made a super effort during the virus shutdown of restaurant to take care of my food needs. Great and comfortable room, bath was great was missing a hand rail for safety in tub, lots of pillows, room was just right for sleeping. Quiet and very convenient to airport.

Stayed over night for an early flight next morning. Great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar area. Love the prompt shuttle to airport at 4:45am. Plus convenient parking for our vacaction.

Nice rooms and lobby/bar area. Perfect hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight. Plenty of parking too. Deducted a star because we requested a wine bottle opener that never arrived. It's the little things that make guests want to return.

We got one of the newly renovated rooms at the Cincinnati Airport Marriott. It was well-appointed and comfortable. Bed on the softer side if you prefer that. Everyone from the van driver to the front desk to housekeeping could not have been more accommodating and nicer.

Really enjoyed the hotel and the bar. Prices are overrated at the bar but it's what you want to explore and experience. The rooms are what you expect from a Marriott which I absolutely love! I recommend the location.

Friendly staff. Nice layout. Nice rooms. Lots of plugs and USB charging points in the rooms. Very close to the airport. Not a lot in walking distance, but the food and drink at the hotel venues is good. Lovely open space off the lobby great for meeting people, working, having a beverage.
