Chukka Caribbean Adventures Review

I did the ATV tour with chukka adventures and it was fun! Riding up and down the hills was an adventure and taking a little break to see the bamboos and to take photos was cool! The tour guides were great too. And you get picked up and dropped back to your hotel included with this tour! At the ranch they also have a restaurant to get food and drinks and they also have a gift shop, lockers and bathrooms if you need them also!

***WARNING*** IF U R LOOKING TO MAKE GREAT MEMORIES THIS PLACE ISN'T IT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Went to this place August 27th for ATV ride with a party of 7. We paid cash for all of the photos taken of us $80.00. We received a CD of the photos onsite. We returned to our hotel room to download them and the CD was blank. I immediately contacted them explained about the empty CD and that we were flying out in the next few days. We were told that a link would be sent to us within 24hrs. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. We were told the next day to send them a photo of our party from that day, a photo of the CD and someone would contact me. I sent them a group photo we took from my cell phone and the CD. THEY NEVER CALLED. They then stated that they needed to know how we paid and that my emails of the photos would be given to another dept to process and send me a link for the photos. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Long story short it's been 2 weeks Iam now back in the states and still have no photos. For 2 weeks Ice been calling them and for 2 weeks I've been hearing let me contact the other office and someone will contact you. I pay for each call to Jamaica just to be blown off. I called today and was told oh the other office cannot find your photos. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back. That memory is lost forever and it meant a great deal to my friends and myself for personal reasons.

I had an amazing time on the grounds of chukka adventures. I recommend the atvs and zip lining. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. But that is also a downfall. They were too friendly and didn t know the difference from appropriate and inappropriate. The men jokes were unprofessional and I was touch inappropriately. I hope this helped not only the people reading but the men working there so they they can clean up their act.

My family and I did the CHUKKA off roading and zip line adventure this past April and loved every thing about it. The bus ride from port to the mountain was filled with many interesting facts about Jamaica and its wonderful people on the island, while riding along the beautiful shore. The zip line ride was enjoyable for the whole family and our adventure guides had a great sense of humor. Finally the off road trip was one like no other. It was very different and much more fun than the trails back home in Massachusetts. Ending the day with a buffet and free drinks from the bar was the cherry on top of a fun filled day in Jamaica. I recommend CHUKKA to anyone and everyone from all ages. Have fun!

Please do not book with them! They rushed me on my horse back riding due to them timing it wrong. Also, I didn t get to see any of my pics and now they are nowhere to be found. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

I had a great time. We rode the ATVs, did zipling and tubing. Lunch was included in our package and was pretty good. Everyone was friendly and the guides were super attentive.

Had a great time on the ATV. The trail was challenging and rugged. The tour team did a fantastic job keeping us together and ensuring no one experienced any problems. The guides are versed on the history of the area while making the whole experience memorable.

I also kinda enjoyed the horse riding. We received practice that was beneficial before we hit the trail and the water. It was a great experience, I was just nervous.

Lunch was great as well! Loved the Jerk Chicken and Festival!

Will be back next year!

The tour guided at Chukka were amazing! We did the "best of the west tour" through sandals royal carribean and this excursion was the highlight of our trip! The ziplining was awesome with Mario and Ricardo! Shrek and Donkey made the tubing sooo much fun, and Mario and Shane were awesome with the horse back riding! All around great experience! The tour guides made the trip five stars on our girls trip!!!!

Chukka adventures was a super experience especially as a newly wedded couple. What was made it extra special was the professionalism of the workers. Thumbs up! Def recommended.

Horseback riding, river tubing and zip lining were incredible and unforgettable!

Do not I mean do not purchase any photos with this company. They are the absolute worst. I paid $55 for a photo package just to be told if I tip he ll give me all the photos we took while horseback riding. Since we didn t have cash and the place doesn t have a atm we told him we couldn t tip him. The man told us not to worry he ll send us our pics via email. That was on the 17th of December. We have yet to receive anything from this company. I will be taking this up with my CC company. Do not I repeat. Do not purchase anything that needs to be sent via email. You ll never receive it. They are horrible.

People were pretty annoyed by the tourists, wanted extra money for everything, very rude and last but not least my t-shirt was broken with a snap hook because everyone had to go fast-fast-fast. Was no fun at all. I cannot recommend it.

The people were absolutely awesome , just really was a great time.

Definitely not a happy camper with my experience, my husband and I went zip line, horse back and Atv. They tell you to wear swim wear, but don t warn you about the deadly bugs. While walking through the swamps me and my husband were ate up and now we have to send the rest of our vacation itching like crazy and nothing is helping.

We booked an excursion with this company through Disney Cruise Line in March 2019. We went to the Good Hope Estate. The historic house tour was educational, fascinating, and took about 45 minutes total. We ate at the restaurant at the same location and enjoyed the Jerk Chicken and fries. I also had a freshly opened coconut for the first time. Then we walked a down hill path to the "water park". This includes a long tube style water slide, giant waterfall, and long multi-levelled pool. There are several other fun things to do at this location that we ran out of time for. Everywhere we went was clean and we felt safe. All staff were considerate and helpful. I would absolutely book again!!!

Booked the horseback riding and Dunn s river fall tour on our Disney Cruise. We did this excursion one week ago with Miss Sophia as our guide and Mr. Brown as our driver. The van we went in was clean and comfortable. Sophia was amazing and gave us great info about the island during our drive. The horse back riding in the ocean was amazing and a highlight of our cruise. Dunn s river was neat but very over crowded and disorganized and I felt a money grab. I believe there was 7 or 8 cruise ships on the island that day. Glad I did the falls but wouldn t go out of my way to do again.

This company is absolute garbage. I made a reservation three times online and they didn t confirm I had to call directly to finally confirm the tour. After booking the tour they said I needed to contact them directly to confirm it. That too was challenging. No one ever responded to me. when I was finally able to get a hold of them they said yes you re confirmed send us an email, which I did... at 10 pm the night before I flew out and only hours after they had claimed everything was all set they cancelled my tour and tried to rebook me on the day I was flying home. After having the reservation for well over a month and with so many difficulties getting a hold of them they were disorganized and not courteous or considerate of my time whatsoever. I booked the same tour with private Belize adventures whom confirmed right away, and was kind and courteous. Recommendation- pay the extra $50 for the better organization.

Amazing! Staff was hilarious, friendly and made everyone comfortable. We did the zipeline and the River tubing. The guides on both adventures were super friendly and funny.

We did the Ziplining, tubing and ATV ride. Yes the people are nice but they are just a little too strict with their rules. Come on man, it s Jamaica. I get rules are good, but they went a little overboard.

People do not book these tour ! It is really bad! Organization is horrible! After horse ride you have to wait 3h to go on boat, staff is rude especially assistant manager John. I did not want to wait with my wife 3h for boat and he didn t won t to take us back to resort . ATV was just ok noting special.
Food was so small portions and kids meal . Rum punch was like color weather. Over all not wort a penny! Don t west money and time.

No bad, but sort of limited ziplines compared to other places and the river float was short.

Did the river rafting in Montego Bay with Bushman!! It was a beautiful, fun day. We learned a lot about Jamacia, the plants, animals and had an awesome time. You will not regret it if you are into rope swings, fun and the beauty of the jungle. Bring some water shoes and be ready for a great adventure. Thanks Bushman!

This was the 4x4 and would highly recommend. We went to an Overlook and had tasty rum Punch while the guide described what we were seeing. Then we went off into the interior in a serious 4 wheeling road to a river with a small waterfall. We were able to climb down and explore a little bit well the guide told us about the flora and fauna. He talked about the old plantation and then we went to the chukka camp which was nicely done. A little bit touristy but one would expect that. Our guide who he called himself da man, got us sugarcane and made sure to stay in the front of the other jeeps so we weren t eating dust. Got stuck in traffic going back into Montego Bay but not our guides fault. It was a great tour.

We've done the zip lining here twice. The last zip is one of the 2 longest I've ever seen. The guides are very well trained, friendly, and helpful. They had a guide at every tree, one hooking you up and sending you off, and another "catching" you. Most zip lines do it that way, but not all. I've been on some in other places that had 2 guides for 20 people and you had to hook yourself up to each new zip and unhook yourself at the end! They do drop some pretty strong "hints" about tipping, but we ran into that every where. This is definitely the best place to zip line in Jamaica.

Rocky start being that I booked online but wonderful as everything else here in Jamaica. My only regret is not taking my tour guide with me #lookingforDwayne#horseguide.

I did two tours with Chukka in Jamaica and they were both amazing ! The first one was horse back riding ! When I got on the horse I was really scare I got a panic attack I wanted to get off but I knew I was not going to get a refund policy but I still wanted to come off . Goofy one of the route guides didn t allow it and assist me Thur the whole ride didn t leave me alone he put a rop on the horse so I could feel save . I did my tour and and everything was perfect ! I enjoyed it ! At the end I gave him a tip because I would of never done it with out him !

The other tour was zip lining which they made sure everyone was safe everything done the right way and super friendly !

We had a blast on the best of the west tour that includes zip lining, river tubing and the atv option. The zip lining course was awesome with 6 lines that go into the jungle with some beautiful scenery. John, Tameka and Carlos were great guides and made the whole day entertaining. Heinz was a trip on the tubing part. He definitely made the experience the best it could be. The atv took you up through the mountains, some rivers, a small town of people and along the coast line with a beautiful ending. It is definitely an all day adventure but well worth it!

Had an awesome time with chukka for my birthday ! We booked them through our delta travel expert but she booke our excursions incorrectly. Thankfully our adevebture expert at our hotel who worked with the company was able to fix the problem quickly . Once we started we had a blast . The ATVS were exciting and the horses were so much fun. Special shout out to Daniel for being very knowledgeable about the horses and keeping me and my friends entertained as well ! Great customer service . And the party boat with captain Jarell and Shavell was AMAZING! There were sooo much fun I can genuinely say it was the highlight of my trip ! Such a great team !

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Customer Service is complete GARBAGE!

We understand that people make mistake and we tried to go with the flow but Marsha Morris, Donald Demetrius and Ilia Tomlinson of Chukka Montego Bay missed the mark on making things right at every turn. We booked the ATV and Horseback Riding excursion through JTL Jamaica Tours and that's where all of our troubles began on our vacation. We were supposed to start our "adventure" at 9am but didn't actually get started till about 3pm. The wrong bus picked us up and took us to the wrong location. We were driven back to the resort after waiting about an hour for things to get settled. Another bus picked us up at noon but we didn't get to the correct location till appx. 2pm where everything was chaotic and unorganized. By this time everyone in my party was starving and we asked for the food that was promised but was told we needed to wait till we participated in both excursions. I asked for a cup of water and was given a cup of ice. The horses appear to be not treated very well. One of the guides slapped the side of the horses neck really hard when he seemed to be getting "out of line". Also, all of the horses had to be dragged to the mounting station and my partner was bit on the shin by her horse Max. She asked to get off but the guide assured her that everything was okay. Trying to be a good sport she reluctantly stayed on to be bit again closer to the end of the tour. Also, her horse lunged at and kicked another horse a few times while we were out on the trail. We were then told we needed to do the horse "swim". Please don't do this unless you are okay with riding through horse poop up to your waist (disgusting). My partner refused to do this part of the horseback because her horse was out of control and didn't trust being on a horse anymore. I asked again could we eat and was denied food again because we didn't finish the ATV portion. Long story short, we didn't get back to our villa till 7:30pm and had no food. Luckily, our cook set aside food for us. DO NOT PURCHASE CHUKKA TOURS. They are a highly unorganized company and lack basic customer service skills. I am still waiting on a reply from management. Did not plan to spend my vacation dealing with anything like this.

I've used Chukka Caribbean Adventures on several islands. I've personally used them for stingray excursions and a snorkeling outing. Each time, the staff was very professional. They helped a member of our party who had trouble getting on and off the boat, and they were amazing with my daughter when she was nervous around stingrays and nurse sharks.
I recommend them to my clients. They go above and beyond to ensure all guests have an amazing time!

We had a blast!! Ziplining and kayaking!! Our tourgide was coby and super mario! Theyre so funny! And they kept us safe the whole time!! Worth the money!! When you go on thos excursion dont forget to bring some bug spray! Theres alot of mosquitos

My husband and I honeymooned in Jamaica and used Chukka for an excursion! We were picked up at our resort and dropped off at the port to board a catamaran. We took the catamaran to a reef for some snorkeling, then to Dunn's River Falls to climb the falls, and then cruised on the catamaran with free drinks before being dropped off at Margaritaville for some lunch. It was such a fun experience and we would definitely do it again! The tour guide on the catamaran went by Jack Daniel or the Jamaican Kevin Hart and he was just hilarious! Great staff and a great experience!

Great experience! Our driver was Mr. Brown and our tour guide was Irrisa. She was very informative about the island's history. She funny and made sure everything was Irie. We zip lined through the forest, water tubing and horse bike riding. The guys were so funnnn and hilarious. They took very good care of us ensuring we were safe and comfortable. They provided us with complimentary food and drinks, awesome time.

Fun excursions, exciting tour packages and all their tour locations are ideally located..

By far this was the best excursion in Jamaica. Christopher our guide was amazing! The views were breathtaking and everyone at Chukka was very nice and accomodating. If you're looking for a bit of an adrenaline rush on vacation, this is a must do!

They are very unorganized and it s a waste of your money. Long story short my friends and i purchased a package that included 4 different activities.we were in total a group of 11 ppl. Due to the weather we only got to do 2 of the activities. We were told before going on the tour that if their was heavy rain or thunderstorms that prevented us from doing the activities we would Get a portion refunded back. This never happened. What they did was give us a big run around and were real unprofessional about the whole situation. Mostly blaming us for not doing all 4 activities all while knowing we didn t do all of them because the weather didn t allow us to. I would highly suggest to avoid purchasing any tour packages from this company!

We booked a visit to the Dunn's River through Chukka while on our honeymoon. It was an all day excursion including (1) a 2 hour ride each way on a clean, comfortable, and air conditioned bus, (2) a boat ride with snorkeling, (3) a guided climb up the Dunn's river waterfall, (4) ziplining, (5) a dance party with rum punch and red stripe on the boat ride back, and (6) a Jamaican lunch at Margarittaville. We were impressed with the service and flow of the whole day. Every activity was enjoyable. We would highly recommend!

Went on the zipline tour with Mario and Ryan they were extremely knowledgeable of the property history, zipline safety and made the excursion extremely fun and entertaining! Great time!!!

Please do not support this business! Went horseback riding in Runaway Bay last week. We waited around for a half an hour before we started loading onto the horses. It took another hour before everybody was ready to take the most lame 15 minute "trail ride" of my life. The staff was high (you could smell and see the pot while on horseback) and talked to each other the entire time instead of the guests. The horses looked tired and rough (visible bleeding bite marks on them) and there are EMACIATED dogs running around the property. At the end, despite the poor experience, we were heckled to tip everybody! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

My sister and I had a blast riding the atvs. The guide Rod was very sweet and helpful. The floats on the river were a blast too. All the guides were wonderful and very professional

Highly recommend making chukka adventure park a part of your excursion experience in Jamaica. We did the ATV tour which took us through a old sugar cane mill in the mountains, driving through the rivers and through towns in the mountain. Guides are experienced and keep you safe. Catamaran snorkel tour was amazing Ricky our guide was incredible he took us through a reef showed us things only an experienced diver would, we explored an old lobster trap that was full of life. He swam down and chased a stingray picked up some rare shells and helped inexperienced snorkelers with no problem at all. The entire crew was amazing and the captain and DJ had the after snorkel party jumping. All I can say is wow, lockers are there for your needs. Food was really good. Hands down made my vacation coming to chukka and as long as this staff is there I will definitely return. July 4th 2019 was my trip.

A completely amazing allotment of places and people that take you on the adventures of lifetimes. My girlfriend and I have been twice now the last 2 April's for a week vacation.

Last year we did Dunn's River Falls + Snorkeling + Booze Cruise + Lunch, and this year we just did the Bob Marley Tour + Lunch, and Blue Hole + River Tubing + Zipling and honestly EVERYTHING was so funfilled. You meet great workers and other tourists on the same tours.

You learn about yourself. You're relationships. People.

I'd always recommend doing any excursion with lunch, due to you getting up so early to get there, plud you're working that appetite doing the do; ALL food options are BLESSUP! No concern there. No concern anywhere.

Whether you're a child, parent, young couple, retired looking for thrill, you get it all plus more. You get peace of time.

Most of these we did ran us total between $150-190US, $150 being for 1person + lunch. So don't think you're being unfairly sold at the resort when you're agent is going thru the options.

It's best you package either a multiple one day excursion, or spread multiple thru a few days of your stay. Chukka always gives you the best and fairest prices; these people workinh on these different excursions don't nearly get paid enough for the amount of love, care, affection, attention, and dedication to their craft's as they do. I have NEVER had an interaction where I found 1 person with anything less.

So next time you're on vacation in Jamaica, definitely ask and book MULTIPLE excusions with CHUKKA Carribean Adventures, you'll regret it if you don't. Not in any bad way. You just won't truly allow yourself the way to meet the people that make Jamaica Great!

Staff is friendly & focused on safety. We went zip lining with river tubing. Our excursion could have been longer for the price, but I would do it again & again.

We had great tour guides and went on land and in water. It was an amazing experience! Wear clothes that won't chafe your skin and water shoes for the water. Tour guides took numerous pictures with our personal phones and also tried to sell us professional ones taken as well.

Fun excursions. ATV ride could have been a little longer.

From the guides to the bar tender all full of life and energy.. Made out trip extra enjoyable... Big up to all of them you guys where amazing..

Was a lot of fun. Great tour guides. We did the ATV tour and had a great time. You get to stop for photos and they tell you a little bit out where you are when your at stopping points on the tour.

First and foremost if you're visiting Jamaica for a short period of time I recommend doing a 4 in 1 activity if you are up for an adventure.
Our day started at 6:30am due to staying at Grand Palladium in Lucea. Our tour guide Que was awesome, I would highly recommend. He has a lot of patience, friendly and was a good driver. Our journey to the first excursion took about 2.5 hours. The ride wasn't bad since I was sleep most of it.

We arrived at the ATV field pretty early, so early that they were still opening when we arrived. We purchased bandanas to cover our faces, signed release forms and provided our driver's license ****Note: Do NOT forget your driver's license. You will not be able to ride the ATVs. They only had 2 or 3 working two seater ATVs. You will also place your lunch order prior to riding the ATVS, there are 3 food options Jerk Chicken, Fish, or Veggies.

We rode around a trail that led to the ocean where we stopped and took pictures. We then rode to "The Cliff" where some people jumped and others chickened out, including myself. The drop is about 25 feet. It's something about looking down and seeing the bottom of the Ocean. It plays with your head lol. This is coming from someone who is a great swimmer.

Once we left the cliff we rode back to the base where we were then transported to the next excursion, Horseback riding.

I'm pretty sure that was my first and last time riding a horse. My heart is telling me that was my last time lol. I thought for sure that my horse was going to throw me off lol. I survived obviously but little did I know we would be switching horses to then ride in the water. Let's just say I felt safer on the first horse :( .

After horseback riding we waited around for at least an hour or more for lunch. Apparently there was some miscommunication about where lunch was being served but once we got it, it did the job especially because we didn't have a chance to eat breakfast due to the early pick up time.

After lunch we took about a 20 minute ride to Dunn's River. Talk about excited, I've been waiting since 2013 to visit Dunn's River and I must say it was so much fun. It was quite the climb but I really enjoyed. We climbed the falls all the way to the tippie top. It was quite the experience. I would highly recommend finding a pair of swim shoes with strong grip. Also, be very careful with where you step because one wrong move will send you into a hole, a shallow hole but its still a hole.

Once we made it to the top we took some photos and headed over to the Zip lining portion of our excursion. Let me tell you I saw my life flash before my eyes lol. The day was a day of firsts for me. We walked across a plank high in the air, part 1 of my nerves being shot. Once it was my turn to go the guy had to push me because I was hesitating lol. I was trying to back out but it was too late. There were 3 parts to the zip lining and with each one my nerves were all over the place. I made it down so thats all that matters lol.

Overall, the excursion was great and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The price was great for 4 excursions, the weather was great, Chukka's customer service was good. I didn't have any complaints. Jamaica is one of my favorite places so the next time I visit I will for sure use Chukka for my excursion needs.

Belize - Jaguar Paw Cave River Tubing - We took this tour last week and it is NOT what is used to be prior to CHUKKA operating it. It used to be GREAT!
My past review would have been a FIVE!
Now, its all about moving the most humans through the tour and their facilities. Also, be prepared to pay $10 just to store 1 person's things in a small locker for the time you are there. Any previous ambiance is gone and the food is not what it used to be either. The tour guides are good hard working people, but I am guessing that their 3rd world wages naturally motivate them to move you through quickly. I feel for them. It's a shame.

I'm not sure if the wait times were like this considering memorial day weekend, but we left the resort in the shuttle at 11:20am. We chose to do horseback and ATV. We got back home at 6:30!!! So prepare your full day here. I honestly don't know how they have the reviews here considering what I experienced. The guides were great, the servers, the DJ, etc, but organization was terrible. The ATV was fun, but I expected more from the horseback. Lunches are $10, so don't let anyone trick u into paying x amount of money to include lunch.

We went for zip lines and dune buggies, I was not impressed. Tour started at 8:30am and I didn't get back to my hotel till 6:30pm. 2 activities does not take 10 hours even with travel time.

Had a blast this past week ,guides were super cool, knowledgeable,funny and helpful! They take great attention to safety,the food is sooo good, Rum Punch is some the best tasted OMG GOOD!!!!

Stay far away from this place... it is not worth the money I promise. Every activity is like 20-30 mins ONLY. You are paying $100-160 for this excursion it is not worth it... oh make sure you bring your I.D to drive the ATV. I wasn t told that I need my I.D so I didn t get to drive the ATV. If you like to long zip lines go to another place. Cause their zip lines are short and probably only last about 5-10secs. This place is so unorganized and they are slow as hell... y all I promise stay away... && they keep asking for tips they don t deserve a tip so I didn t tip any of them!

We did the 4x4 excursion via our cruise line on the day after Christmas. We had an afternoon start so we had time to walk around the shops at the terminal. Not much to see or do there. We were promptly picked up at the cruise port by our guide who was friendly. The speaker and possibly his mic needed replaced but he was informative. The first stop was a scenic view and other drivers seemed to take over in the Q&A. The punch was then passed around for a continued drive into the remote village that wasn t at all touristy except we were the tourists. We say a primitive but still used church converted from a slave hospital built by slaves. We continued on and at this point I recalled reading reviews of how rough the terrain was and wondered why as it was regular albeit small left hand driving. We finally came to the off road portion through citrus groves but it still was not that rough. We finally arrived at a trail head for a short hike at St James to a refreshing creek where several of us ventured into the cold water. Then onto a water fall and a short hike out. On the way back we were on dirt roads through jungle where we finally stopped at the Chukka outpost where there was jerk chicken and red stripe ready to purchase and a small gift shop where we picked up our obligatory Christmas tree ornament.

Very Unprofessional staff as far as the Ladies attitudes. One of the kitchen ladies was rude when a question was asked. The other lady in the kitchen was giving strange looks in the direction of some other ladies. No communication as to when a tour will start or when your transportation is coming back to get you. My family and I arrived at 12pm for ATV'S and horseback riding only to find out the ATVS were cancelled. It 45mins from the time we got out of the bus to get to the desk area to sign a waiver. We didn't start our Excursion until 2:45pm. Mind you the shuttle picked us up from our Hotel at 11:15. The men staff were down to earth especially Johnnie. Don't waste your time and money here. Very unprofessional. This was our second and last time using this company with a bad experience. Save your money. As of right now it's 4:38 and I'm still waiting on transportation and it's been an hour wait.

Beware, if you are in Negril this is going to be a 2.5 hour drive each way. This was almost a copy of Jamwest. $139 per person. The ATV was fun but it was like 20 minutes.. the raft ride was a slow one as you get pulled around by a guide explaining Jamaica. The big difference here was Lunch and drinks were included which was a big plus. I would avoid these 2 attractions if I were you. You can get way more for your money by hiring a driver all day to take you to various places and not get stuck in a tourist van!

This tour was really not worth the money that myself and my friends paid for it. I was really disappointed with the time that it took to get there as well as all the stops that was made to pick up others along the way. Our tour was set to start at 1:30, however it did not start until 2:30. This tour was supposed to be a 2HR ATV ride and we only spent about an hour on the ATV but we spent most of our day there at the tour site. Once the tour was over and they finatlly decided to take us back to our resorts, we were crammed onto a small passenger van to cut back on the number of trips being made no matter how packed the van was. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Chukka tour adventures is definitely about the money and not the quality of tour that you've paid for.

WARNING: MAY HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE EXCURSION!

We booked Ultimate Thrill Seekers Pass & Adventure Pass for two people in April for 10AM. The hotel I was staying at has three tiers. Bus was supposed to pick us up at hotel lobby but showed up late and completely by-passed the lobby of the hotel we were staying at and went to the middle tier next door which is a good 15 mins walking distance. We assumed the bus was picking up guests at the tier next door first and will pick us up later but no, it drove off right off. When we tried to call them, they couldn't turn back to pick us up because they were running late.

The activities itself were fun but experience was ruined from the start.

The ATV was fun here but the drinks were even better!!

Omg!!! My Husband and I traveled to Jamaica for my 40th Birthday and decided to be adventurous! We did the ATV, Horseback Riding and Zipling!!! All 3 were wonderful! The Tour Guides made it so fun! I was a little hesitant about Zipling but the guys made me feel calm and relaxed with their humor and knowledge about all the different thing we saw!!! The best experience ever!!!!
