Great staff! Fully explain safety and how to use the ATV!
Great trails! Lots if fun. They separated us into two groups to give the more experienced riders a better time.

My friends and I had the best time ever on this tour!!!! We had so much fun on the bus with our guides Tasheena aka Momma T and Peter. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and comfort. We had an absolute blast on the Catamaran Cruise, Rocked at Dunn s River Falls, and partied hard at Margaritaville!!! I would absolutely do this tour again and I highly recommend it! Thank you for the best trip ever!!! From your friends from Chicago with three birthday girls!

My boyfriend and I went on the River Rafting tour that included a banana plantation visit complete with an authentic lunch, liqueur samples, and a mean Pina Colada. We had the BEST time! Our guide on the river raft, Lennox, was superb: educational and fun to the max. Our guide at the plantation was very funny and extremely knowledgeable, too. All in all, this was a highlight of our trip to Montego Bay! Would recommend and do it again in a heartbeat.

There was a bit of confusion at first because I was doing a full day tour, however, once everything began happening it was amazing. The tour guides are super friendly. Definitely something I would do again. And the pickup and drop off at your resort is great!

I do the snorkeling excursion every time I go to Grand Turk. It never disappoints.

Best time we had here. Me and my husband went for dune buggy. It was awesome. He was driving got me all muddy and gross by the end of it. But, So Worth It!!! It lasted about 1hr and half... we also ate at the cafe... they had the best festival in montego bay I must say(make sure to ask for the special chef sauce). It tasted even better with the sauce.. Also really enjoyed there fresh pineapple drink... yummy...

It was on awesome experience ..the 2 guys Jerry and Jason fabulous respectful human beings..I went with my brother 2 daughters and my son. It was my first time ziplining...I can say we had a marvelous time..thanks to those 2 gentlemen..I shall return..

This was my first time in Jamaica and my first time participating in 'excursions' purchased through Carnival Cruise line. Kacey, our tour guide, met us promptly and was immediately informative and friendly. She spent the bus ride entertaining us with facts about Jamaican culture, history, food, and language: I loved this! We rode horses in the bay with Cecile and the other boys (I wish I could remember their names), and he offered to carry my sister's phone and record video the whole time.. so sweet! This was so much fun. Then we went and ziplined through the jungle with Grey Boots, Leona, and Cameron. These guys were AWESOME! I felt completely safe and exhilarated the entire time. They were so professional and fun, this is to this day the most fun I've had! I'm a thrill-seeker and they served it right up. Then we got to relax and float the river with Teaspoon and (gosh I cant remember his name) but they were both SO excellent: so funny and friendly. In fact, I markedly remember thinking everyone I met on this tour was SO friendly: more friendly than any Americans I know. This was a 10/10 experience for me. Jamaica is some of the most beautiful country I've seen and the people were unforgettable. I will be back.

My husband and I enjoyed the triller seeker adventure, I had this all booked for his birthday which he enjoyed. I just wanna say a big thank you for the enjoyable experience, our zipline tour was to die for and our dunebugy tour too fun. Enjoyed every bit and would go again, cant remember all the names of our guides but thank you guys you are the best.

Look, this is a tourist body factory. Move them in, move them out. You are cattle- cattle harassed for tips and treated like cattle. My family did a horse riding tour, my daughter loved it. The guide was actually the coolest person we encountered at chukka- everyone else was annoyed or showed complete disinterest in your existence. Now if you feel that riding a horse in a single file line through a field with literally hundreds of others in that line of horses is a great tour..this is for you! There is a second part of the tour that you switch horses and ride in the ocean as shown in the pictures..that lasts about 5 minutes. Not kidding. Value- not at all. Fun, moderate. Expections low = A O K mon!

We did the ATV tour for our honeymoon. Quads are all fairly new, Polaris 570s, so good power. Property to ride is awesome. The staff is very professional and makes sure you can ride and teaches along the way if you are not experienced. For the more experienced riders, a guide will take you on a different tour which goes through some kickass trails and takes you up a mountain for one of the best views you will see in Jamaica. I am an experienced rider and had a blast. It's about 2 hours of ride time which is not bad. I would absolutely book this excursion again. Nothing but good to say about the people and everything else. Shout out to Amall for being an awesome guide and Herbie for being an awesome driver and historian. Saw some posts from others from other resorts. They 100% pick up from Sandals and secrets and Rio in Montego Bay. Idk about the rest.

Cashier screwed up my wifes order and asking to replace soft tacos with hard seemed to put them out...Service was horrible. Won't come back.. wanted another cocktail but had to get it myself so didnt donate any more money. Seemed to be a popular hang out at the bar with less attention to the patrons eating. Maybe i was expecting more from the joint.

We went horseback riding. We had a blast riding but be careful about ordering pictures. We ordered them after and paid for them. We were told they d be sent to our email. We had to contact three different people before we ever were able to get our pictures, even though they kept saying they sent them.

We had the best excursion in Jamaica with Chukka!! Our tour guide Christopher was so informative and explained everything as we went on our ATV Safari. It was the best. Thank you!

We booked an excursion from the Princess ship. Surpassed expectations. Floated down the river a good long time and it was just beautiful. The ride up was also an experience I ll never forget. What a great driver. Bring money for the pictures and tips. Not sure whose dogs were walking around but they needed to be fixed and one looked like it needed vet care. That kind of bummed me out. Thanks for a wonderful day otherwise.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The guys were all welcoming and helpful. Jamaica or not, this place was LGBTQ friendly. From beginning to end they made sure we had lots of fun and we were safe. I was terrified of going horseback riding for the first time but they made it so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place and I'll be back soon!!! Thanks for making my birthday trip a success!

They took my money for the Dune Buggy & ATV activity $300 for my bf & I then called me the morning of the adventure to tell me they don t pick up from the Grand Bahia ( even though they have it listed on the website they do ) the lady I spoke with said they would process me a refund. It s been TWO weeks and no refund. Beware purchasing online with these people. It s best to purchase your adventures at the hotel with a live person. They are scammers and unprofessional!!!

Initially was super stoked for a catamaran ride to Dunn's River Falls and the ascent to the top. Unfortunately was left rather disappointed. The ride to the catamaran was fine and driver was friendly. Once we got there we were herded onto a catamaran and took off. The ride to Dunns River was pleasant. The staff did well to prepare everyone for what we were about to do and were all pretty friendly and enthusiastic.

Right as you step off there are a few stands with people trying to sell you stuff. Some were a little more aggressive than others. The guides grouped people together and then started to get us HYPED as we waited our turn to ascend. Unfortunately it felt kind of rushed and crowded. We were herded like cattle up the falls and stopped a few times for some cliche pictures (all while holding hands with each other as others randomly joined in our line.) No real time to enjoy the falls and just appreciate your surroundings. The focus was more so on getting all the pictures and a video to try to sell you at the end. Not on overall, actual experience.

Once you get to the top you pretty much get herded off the falls quickly to make sure the groups behind you can keep coming. You walk back down the stairs to the beach and back onto your catamaran. We "snorkeled" right where we docked for the falls hike. The water was cold and dark and murky and I didn't see any major living coral reef or ANY fish of any kind. Highly disappointed in that. The description states the captain would choose a spot to snorkel based on days conditions. Well-our location sucked. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with and get going with their day. There was no "picturesque" lagoon to swim in of any kind. Or any time to really enjoy anything.

The ride back was when the "party" started. Rum punch and red stripe was flowing. The "rum" punch tasted more like fruit punch. The music was like a bad 90's party mixed with some honky tonk and random rock hits. Kind of like they were trying to emulate what an American party would be like. I was hoping to get some authentic Jamaican jams and get some more cultural experience. The staff did great engaging people and getting people to dance and loosen up though.

Once we got back we went to Margaritaville where you had an option of Jerk chicken or vegetables with beans and rice. Drinks are NOT included at lunch so if you're going to want to keep the party going have some money with you. Theres a beach to swim at and a little swim up bar pool with a water slide going over top the bar. The food was good as well as the staff at the restaurant, where they had a DJ playing some good reggae and dancehall hits.

Overall- Decent time just not exactly what I expected or hoped for based on was the description was. It was just a rushed and cattle herding vibe that wasn't what most of Jamaica feels like. The staff was very professional and friendly and don't want to take away from them.

Devon was awesome. He was very respectful, cordial and friendly. He took great concern of his customers safeties at the river. During the whole guide, he made us feels special. Look for Devon. You won't be disappointed.

Our captain was amazing, we learned a lot from him about the local culture. We had a great time and took some of the best photos of our vacation in Jamaica! I strongly recommend this tour if you re in the area!

My family and I did the tour and Had an amazing time! We had Cobi and LeVaughn as our tour guide for zip lining. They were amazing as this was my first time ever zip lining. Secondly, we had Stewart as our tour guide for the water sport. He was very engaging and calm the fear of our friend who could t swim and was worried about being out on the water. Last we had King David as our ATV tour guide alone with Sebastian and the rest of the crew and like the guides before him he didn t disappoint. It was a mother : teenage daughter trip and we can t wait to come back. If I hear of any friends coming to Jamaica I would recommend. The employees we had working with us had made our decision to return easy with our husbands and entire family an easy one for the next vacation. Lisa, Dawn, Autumn, Jadyn, Phobe and Kris.

Great tour of the island. A little rough in some spots but still fun. OK lunch but hey, you're here for the scenery, not the food! Take it in!

When in Jamaica Chukka is the best way to go when you want to participate in excursions!
