This company is absolute garbage. I made a reservation three times online and they didn t confirm I had to call directly to finally confirm the tour. After booking the tour they said I needed to contact them directly to confirm it. That too was challenging. No one ever responded to me. when I was finally able to get a hold of them they said yes you re confirmed send us an email, which I did... at 10 pm the night before I flew out and only hours after they had claimed everything was all set they cancelled my tour and tried to rebook me on the day I was flying home. After having the reservation for well over a month and with so many difficulties getting a hold of them they were disorganized and not courteous or considerate of my time whatsoever. I booked the same tour with private Belize adventures whom confirmed right away, and was kind and courteous. Recommendation- pay the extra $50 for the better organization.
