STAY FAR AWAY!!! Customer Service is complete GARBAGE!

We understand that people make mistake and we tried to go with the flow but Marsha Morris, Donald Demetrius and Ilia Tomlinson of Chukka Montego Bay missed the mark on making things right at every turn. We booked the ATV and Horseback Riding excursion through JTL Jamaica Tours and that's where all of our troubles began on our vacation. We were supposed to start our "adventure" at 9am but didn't actually get started till about 3pm. The wrong bus picked us up and took us to the wrong location. We were driven back to the resort after waiting about an hour for things to get settled. Another bus picked us up at noon but we didn't get to the correct location till appx. 2pm where everything was chaotic and unorganized. By this time everyone in my party was starving and we asked for the food that was promised but was told we needed to wait till we participated in both excursions. I asked for a cup of water and was given a cup of ice. The horses appear to be not treated very well. One of the guides slapped the side of the horses neck really hard when he seemed to be getting "out of line". Also, all of the horses had to be dragged to the mounting station and my partner was bit on the shin by her horse Max. She asked to get off but the guide assured her that everything was okay. Trying to be a good sport she reluctantly stayed on to be bit again closer to the end of the tour. Also, her horse lunged at and kicked another horse a few times while we were out on the trail. We were then told we needed to do the horse "swim". Please don't do this unless you are okay with riding through horse poop up to your waist (disgusting). My partner refused to do this part of the horseback because her horse was out of control and didn't trust being on a horse anymore. I asked again could we eat and was denied food again because we didn't finish the ATV portion. Long story short, we didn't get back to our villa till 7:30pm and had no food. Luckily, our cook set aside food for us. DO NOT PURCHASE CHUKKA TOURS. They are a highly unorganized company and lack basic customer service skills. I am still waiting on a reply from management. Did not plan to spend my vacation dealing with anything like this.
