WARNING: MAY HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE EXCURSION!

We booked Ultimate Thrill Seekers Pass & Adventure Pass for two people in April for 10AM. The hotel I was staying at has three tiers. Bus was supposed to pick us up at hotel lobby but showed up late and completely by-passed the lobby of the hotel we were staying at and went to the middle tier next door which is a good 15 mins walking distance. We assumed the bus was picking up guests at the tier next door first and will pick us up later but no, it drove off right off. When we tried to call them, they couldn't turn back to pick us up because they were running late.

The activities itself were fun but experience was ruined from the start.
