***WARNING*** IF U R LOOKING TO MAKE GREAT MEMORIES THIS PLACE ISN'T IT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Went to this place August 27th for ATV ride with a party of 7. We paid cash for all of the photos taken of us $80.00. We received a CD of the photos onsite. We returned to our hotel room to download them and the CD was blank. I immediately contacted them explained about the empty CD and that we were flying out in the next few days. We were told that a link would be sent to us within 24hrs. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. We were told the next day to send them a photo of our party from that day, a photo of the CD and someone would contact me. I sent them a group photo we took from my cell phone and the CD. THEY NEVER CALLED. They then stated that they needed to know how we paid and that my emails of the photos would be given to another dept to process and send me a link for the photos. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Long story short it's been 2 weeks Iam now back in the states and still have no photos. For 2 weeks Ice been calling them and for 2 weeks I've been hearing let me contact the other office and someone will contact you. I pay for each call to Jamaica just to be blown off. I called today and was told oh the other office cannot find your photos. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back. That memory is lost forever and it meant a great deal to my friends and myself for personal reasons.
