Like no other Chick-fil-A in existence! Expanded menu, the option to get served counter-style, and a diner feel! This is the original Chick-fil-A, so it makes sense, given that they started out as a diner before inventing the chicken sandwich.
Excellent food variety, nice staff, food always good and fresh. Lunch is busy, have a cop to direct the in and out traffic. Almost enough parking. Fast wait time
I love me so Chickfila and I just can t believe how long it took me to try the chicken and waffles! I must say the waffles were delicious, buttery and fluffy. I was able to come before the busy crowd and sit at the bar to watch the cooks. It s interesting to see Chickfila have so many different items on the menu. The customer service was great as always. (SN: I will be back to try the fried okra, greens and cornbread)
Consistently good service and friendly faces. Good food and you'll be treated well if you use full serve, the counter or the drive-thru.

At this location they have more menu items than your ordinary Chick-fil-A location, including sweet potato souffle, green beans, fried okra, macaroni and cheese, pie, and other southern foods. When I visited, both the eating area and the bathroom were clean. It was pretty busy even at 2pm on a Friday, but the lines move quickly. About half of the costumers seem to order ahead with the app.
Service is fast even when they are busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean. The manager is attentive and makes sure everything is running smoothly. One our favorite place to eat.

The food is delicious and the service is great. You feel so cool eating at the original Chick fil A. If you are a CFA fanatic you have to go at least once in your life. Even if you don't know what CFA is, it's still a great place to eat

Horribly long drive thru waits. They are open 24 htmrs but they don't sale most of the specialty items 24 hrs. Collard green sales are 11am - 9pm smh and breakfast biscuits are scheduled to start at 4;30 but i sat in dice thru till 4;50. No one bothered to answer the intercom. Finally 2 workers came out to switch the board. Apparently bkfast does start until board is switched. Then worker informed me that biscuit maker was late for work and biscuits wouldn't actually be ready till 5ish. Ghetto. Terrible representation of the timely restaurant that has speedy drive thru that takes your pmt b4 u reach window. If this is a franchise store, they are killing the brand. Shame on them.
Love Chik-Fil-A, but the inside take out counter has got to get better. Or at least a little more space. I'm willing to go to enjoy the sit down dwarf house side soon. And I never seem to get my strawberry jam in the bag even after being asked while ordering. Everything else but that I get, but I guess its a good thing because I ended up with a chicken sandwich and fries instead of the chicken biscuit and hashbrowns that I ordered without being informed of the change. And because I received my coffee first the meal didn't sit well with me.
Today I had the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The management of the traffic flow through the parking lot of the hapeville dwarf house is atrocious. I spent over 40 minutes of my day picking up a mobile order. Once in the line, there is no way to get out without going through the whole process. After spending so much time just getting to the window, I had to wait several extra minutes to receive my food because the employees servicing the window acted like a union road construction crew. I was never offered an apology, an explanation, or even an acknowledgment that I had just spent nearly an hour creeping though the drive thru line. There were three employees standing around watching one other employee prepare beverages in the slowest manner I have ever seen. It was like being in the twilight zone. The entire staff seemed completely oblivious to the wait time happening at their store. After I finally received my food, I had to wait an additional two minutes to receive the drinks on my order. I have always been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm displayed by chikfila employees I have encountered across the country and was very dismayed at the attitude I saw and the treatment I received visiting this store today. I am shocked that this situation could be allowed within your organization.
Awesome visit. It was really cool to see the original spot. We were surprised at the uniqueness. The only thing is that I wish they were a bit more clear on how it works there with ordering. You can choose to eat like normal (go to counter, order, receive at table) or you can choose the other side which operates as a sit down experience (server comes to you, guest places order at table,...). Make sure to try the sides!
They forgot my sauce for my 30 piece nugget, hash browns are always greasy
Food was great, servers were super busy, and so didn't smile much, if it all. I understand, however. During my visit to the area, I have got to say that, of all the restaurants I went to during my time there, this place was the best. The rest werebelow average and the servers and cooks moved like slugs.

I eat here probably once a week if not more. My family has been eating here for years and years. It's not only the first Chick-fil-A, but by far the best. The food just tastes better here for some reason :)

The place to be after hours open 24hrs except Sundays which is closed. You can get breakfast/dinner whatever you want an it can be cooked right in front of you which is what I like.
Food is amazing but our waitress Cherise was even more amazing. My dad was joking around and asked her "will you rub my back as we pray?" AND SHE DID! She's absolutely amazing. Christian 100% amazing 100%

I love Chick-fil-A and what they have always stood for, "traditional marriage" I went through this locations drive through and one of the workers was wearing a gay flag face mask. Very disappointing.
Chick-fil-a has gotten rid of the seasoning on their chicken, there has been very little crush on the the chicken sandwich, and the soggy sandwiches are such a disappointment for the price. The nuggets are so small anymore, the fries are hit and miss, sometimes done, sometimes half cooked. It's a hard choice to keep spending money there anymore. It's healthier and more satisfying to cook at home anymore! My wallet has more money and my belly is happier anymore.
Linda was our server and she was excellent! Sweet and attentive. The food came out fast and delicious! The manager (didn t get his name tall, light brown complexion ) but he was also very nice with superb customer service! Will be back!
I'm not a massive fan of Chick-fil-A as a chain but the Dwarf House is amazing. The food is always very delicious and fresh, and I love the expanded menu that the Dwarf House has. The waitstaff are always very nice and attentive to your needs without being too overbearing. I just wish it was easier to get to.
Been going here for years however I've seen this place deteriorating over the last couple years. It's been getting dirtier, staff is less chipper and food quality has gotten worse. I am disappointed.
Had to wait for my food for about 5 minutes. They staff were Courteous, Professional, and Quick getting customers their orders.
It's chic-fila-a, so it's great. The drive through was a bit crazy though. Took about 20 min.

I have visited the Chick-fil-A at this location and number of times and had a pretty positive experience each time. The service has been provided and reasonable amount of time and thr customer service is generally what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A, which is positive.

I've eaten here before and I didn't have any problems with the food or the service. This last time, when I ate in the restaurant, my stomach, apparently, could not handle, the food. I whine up, making a mad dash for the bathroom, after consuming, my order of, grits, a ham omelette, raisin toast and coffee.
Unfortunately, there was a line outside, the ladies restroom, so I had to abruptly, leave my friend and head for home. All the way home, my stomach, was churning upside down. I did not have a good experience
and neither did my stomach on the day of this visit. After, all of the food was out of my system, I felt much better.
This is the original home of Chick-fil-a....a must stop for all Chick-fil-a fans.
HORRIBLE......THE WORST CHICK FA LA EVER!! Dirty sloppy staff.. The cook had a serious cold and they still allowed him to work.. Server was a little "too friendly", but felt it okay to serve me food on a plate that was grimy. Ask her to correct the mistake..she then copped an attitude. I just thei threw 1 dollar on the counter and left.

While this place is nostalgic, it is consistently the slowest fast food of anywhere I've been. I eat here 2-3 times a week and the average wait time for food inside is 10-15 min no matter what time of day.
Fries were hot but most of them were from the ends of the potato. You would think that they would mix them up so that one customer will not get all of the ends of the potatoes.

Bad service from cashiers all the way up to management. Store was dirty, floors sticky and had old smell. Bathrooms very dirty and out of supplies. Traveled from out of town. Very disappointed, our Chic Fil A's would never allow this. Where's undercover boss?
It's called the dwarf house because it's the original. It's very busy, but still fast and tasty.
Didn't get all of the to go order. My cousins took me to the Drawf House on August 8th for my birthday . We had brunch in the dining area. Then placed a order to go. We noticed that half of the order was missing when we returned to Douglasville. We were missing 4 sandwiches and 2 fruit salads. Was very disappointed. I will not go back to the Drawf House. I Live in East Point &was spending time with my family. When I got home I realized that the food was missing &my cousin had the reciept for the food. I called the Dwarf House & told the manager and I couldn't get my food that I paid for & left the waitress $20.00 tip WHO wasn't curious or if we needed anything else. If she doesn't like her job she can find something that she enjoys doing. The only reason I left 20.00 for a tip was I didn't have change. We cleaned our booth off &had to place our to go order at the counter.

Food is great but the lines usually VERY long! They've recently gone up on. Their prices too which was a bummer considering the amount of customers they seem to be getting the parking lot is tight and cramped but the service is ALWAYS top notch!
