This Chick-fil-A was hyped up a little too much for me. Was somewhat unique though...

Wow, a gluten free bun!!! I had no ideal!!! Surprisely Keto friendly!!

The people who work there were very nice very helpful and very courteous and you got your food hot and on time that's why I gave them a five star rating

I was there for a Criminal Justice Club meeting and I ordered when I got there about 6:04pm and didn t receive my food (and my daughters food) until 6:31pm. I don t know if they forgot about us or what but I was not pleased. By the time we got our food I wasn t hungry so I asked for 2 go bags and the young lady forgot about me again and I had to walk to the counter and get the bags myself. I will not stop here again and will not recommend it for another meeting. Bad service. We only ordered 3 #3 which is 12 count chicken nugget meals.

Like at any Chick-fil-A, the staff was very polite, humorous, and attentive. We were actually invited to take a kitchen tour where even the staff in the back were very sweet.

Not so friendly service on top of order being forgotten for 15 minutes.

The food is good, but the drive through was too slow

Wrong order, appear to lack organization at that time of 930pm for some unknown reason. Very unusal... maybe it was just a bad day.

Great. The original chick-fil-a with sit-down service. Filling meal and a casual atmosphere. Servers all seemed like they were trainees, but even that is more charming than anything.

It s ok, not enough servers to handle the influx of people. Waited for a good 30mins before a table came up, and then no one showed us to our table. Still love chick-fil-a but The dwarf house needs a lot more help on the customer service.

THE BEST ORIGINAL CHICK-FIL-A IN TOWN. FOOD IS EXCELLENT.

If you're as big a Chick-fil-a fan as my family and I are, this is a really neat place to eat. It's the original Chick-fil-a & has a ton of history. You can eat on the original side which is a diner style set up, or you can eat on the other side which is traditional. They have a some menu items that you won't find on other Chick-fil-a menus. You can get the original Dwarf House menu as a souvenir if you ask. The customer service was on point, but you already knew that. It was my first time visiting, & I was offered a "backstage" tour which is a tour of the kitchen & everything behind the scenes. Very cool experience.

Always a pleasant friendly experience. Can't really beat this eating late at night! Can be quite busy, but can always hit the spot! Staple in the community. Reliable quality.

The service has gotten so horrible and the food is not like it used to be Show No Love......

Service was a little slow when we got there, but that's because it was VERY busy. I dont mind a wait if I can get a chick fil a sandwich 24 hours a day, and also get things like collards, sweet potato souffle, green beans, or mac and cheese as my side dish. It was great food, and they also serve chick fil a filet on a waffle. Absolutely amazing, and I'll definitely be back. Another thing, at a regular chick fil a l, when you ask for extra pickles, they give you 4 (so 2 extra). Here, they gave me a literal handful on my plate.

This is a really neat place with a lot of history. It's also much more than just a chick-fil-a. There is a lot to see and different things to eat here. Definately worth checking out!

I ordered a number 1 with cheese, eggs, and bacon....i received a chicken biscuit with just bacon and didn't realize until I got home. I was charged extra for the the sandwich I ordered but didn't receive it and it even had my order correct on my ticket so I'm going to blame the staff because at 4:45 am with no one else placing orders, I figure they either can't read or just plain stupid also the girl couldn't even pronounce my name correctly so I guess they're just plain stupid!!!! Do better chick-fil-A, I won't be back for a while

I was initially disappointed that there were not, in fact, any dwarves at the location, but was soon won over by the food.

If you love Chick fil a (who doesn't?), you HAVE to stop by the original location if you're in town or traveling thru Atlanta.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional service ever! No greeting. Had to ask a cashier to take my order and then she gave an excuse and walked away. The cashier that did take my order didn't speak to me. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one.

To be the "home" of Chick-fil-A I'm shocked at the horrid service and attitude of the cashiers and staff.

Great customer service, very accommodating! I usually go during breakfast hours (super busy) and they work efficiently and have systems in place to get you in and out with fresh food!

Stressful parking lot, slow service, but a fairly experience. Just wish they would really make the original Chick fil A a little better.

Busy on Friday nights! We had to wait quite a while for our food, 30 minutes plus after we we're seated and ordered. Our server was excellent which is keeping the rating up. Food was excellent as always from chick fil a. When they're busy things just fall apart on the restaurant side. If you can stand the wait or go at a time that's less hectic it's definitely worth the stop. Also we did receive an discount for the wait. Even with the pressure they keep an professional and kind deminor.

I have been highly disappointed in Chick fil A lately. The shakes are primarily the issue, they have been quite favorless lately. I am not sure if they changed the recipe for the Strawberry Shake but it is definitely not what it used to be that's for certain. The chicken has also been pretty salty lately and the cuts of large cuts of chicken should be fried about 45 seconds longer at about 10 degrees hotter because the grease seems to accumulate in the center of the chicken which NEVER makea for a satisfying meal. They could lighten up with the salt on the fries as well. Hopefully, they will hit the RESET button and get things back on track.

They are a fantastic, consistantly well prepared source of healthy food. If they could set up shop on an 8 lane highway to expediate the wait (food is almost always worth the wait) I would start a delivery company that catered that obviously needed need.
Obviously, employee selection is top notch as well as food service integrity.

Never knew this place existed. The lime pie was much better than the chocolate. Try the fried pies a-la-mode.

1st time here, had the spicy chicken and waffles and they were better than I anticipate!!

Went in early Saturday morning before 6:00 am and the place wasn't even crowded but for some reason the wait was horrible. Manager ended up giving me a coupon because even he knew it wasn't making any sense. Facility is opened 24 hours and on Sunday those are the only pros.

I had a bone in my chicken sandwich but other than that great food

Always a great experience, order was accurate, drive thru line went quickly, food was hot.
