The original and birthplace of Chick-fil-A. Although it's a small facility, the employees make up for it in their wonderful customer service! Also several menu items are not found at all locations so it is an added treat to find side items such as collard greens, mac & cheese, ice box &fried fruit pies!!!
I discovered a new taste-- mix the spicy barbecue with sweet and spicy syrachi(spelling). Great customer service-ALWAYS

I wish they had these Dwarf restaurants back in Southern California. Big fan of the company and love supporting their restaurants. This would give me more reasons to do it. The burger is just ok but a decent option when you want something other than chicken. This place had the best waffles. Very butterery and so good.

Okay so S/O to the manager Tamika, we were missing a few items and she really handled us so well, she was very kind and accommodating and I literally never have any issues at this chic fil a, so I'll be back!! Happy to have such an amazing team preparing my food and shout out to last nights team outside too, it was late and close to closing and yet they all were still smiling and kind, and completely professional!! Great team and great teamwork and wonderful recovery from the slight mishap, I mean completely wonderful!! Keep it up guys!!

Stay away!!! I don't see how they have an A quality rating. I couldn't finish my milkshake, it was disgusting, and the meal was not up to Chick fil A standards. I vomited five minutes after attempting to eat. I did go at midnight so use your own discretion there. That may have accounted for the, for lack of a better word, poor service. I wont ever eat at this location again.
Had a great salad tonight and service was excellent. It's pretty neat for being the first Chick-fil-a.
Food was a bit cold even on a slow day, waitress didn t come to check on, had to get up and get our own stuff at some points (straws, correct drink)
Came here for the experience tho, and I m glad I stopped by!

The restaurant itself is nice, it gives it a little special feeling since it is the original. The service did not meet my expectations. We were able to be seated fast but once it came to taking our orders, the server was rushing us to decide what to eat. She stood over us as if to tell us to hurry up. The food didn't come out quite as we expected it to and the server never came back to check on us until we were ready to leave. I've had better experiences at Chickfila diners.

Waited a half hour in drive through life.e to be told they were out of hot browns. Took me another 20 minutes to get out of drive through line to go to a different restaurant.
Do yourself a favor and visit this place already! It s everything you love about Chic-fil-A PLUS late night diner food and a retro vibe. Mix that in with the nostalgia of an iconic brand origin story and you ve got yourselves a destination restaurant.
I never thought I d rave about servers in a diner, but I ve never been to a Chick-fil-A diner. Our server was a Queen who treated me and my family of 5 like Kings. Well done. We ll be back, even though it s a 45 min drive to get here.

Always a great experience when I dine in. It's always late when I go(after 11pm) but the service is the same as if it's day time. Can't wait to go back again.
Food was great and hot. Lines appear to all move slow in this town so must be a norm. But it was a slow moving line.
Never have i gone thru this Chikfila so quickly as ever in my 8 years of eating there, at that restaurant that has happened tonight. And the area/ neighborhood has changed dramatically.. Multi cultural staff has changed, and the effective service is the difference, finally getting the professional service usually associated with this brand. The management has effectively turned things around. The food has alway been delicious. Best chicken sandwich for my money.
One of my favorite restaurants bit this location gave me cold and old fries and employees were not pleasant about me bringing them back.
I am a frequent visitor at this place. This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. The food is excellent, the staff is professional and the cost is affordable. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a nice meal.Fantastic services too.
Worst experience at a Chic-Fil-A by far. From the lady that seemed aggravated about taking our order to the waitress who brought our food out with an attitude and plopped it down on the bar. The bright spot was the Waitress running the Grill section. Even though she was super busy she took time to check on every customer on that side of the restaurant.

The very first Chik-Fil-A. This is the Dwarf House with both fast food and dine in style eating. The menu is more varied than other locations. Plenty of parking.

This Chick Fil A is one of the worse in terms of speed and customer service. I guess these employees take the class on customer service.

Our servers were amazing. The food was yummy. The experience was a fun family stop into the history of one of our favorite family places. We waited a bit for seating on the Dwarf House side but it was worth it!
This place used to be an awesome place to eat ......it sucks now... sat in the drive through for over an hour they shorted us a fry and the two we got were cold . gave us two straws for three drinks and gave me hot and spicy tenders instead of regular tenders. no sauce to go on tenders and two napkins on a $25 order. Y'all need to fix this place before we start saying you remember when we had a Chick-fil-A in Hapeville
The food at this restaurant is amazing. Also my server Ivaha was just as amazing. She was fully attentive and she made the best Arnold Palmer I have ever had. Make sure you come by to taste this amazing food and let Ivaha evelate your day with her service and Arnold Palmer

It is a nice place to eat it is two separate restaurants under one roof. One side of the building is a traditional Chick-fil-A on the other side is a classic American dinner. I had a waffle with beacon it was delicious. As expected the workers were very friendl!

This place is amazing!!! Its not your traditional chickfila since it's the first one! It's a diner style and they have more items on their menu than a franchise location. The servers were friendly and there is a little bit of a wait but worth it!
Always great service. The line is usually ALWAYS SUPSER LONG. It moves kind of fast...sometimes.
Customer service was poor, food service was very poor, and most of all mgr. Mrs. Shauna and server Katlyn seemed less concern with customers and more concerned about going home. It gives the chickfila in Hapeville a bad name.
