Even better than regular Chick-fil-a. This is the first Chick-fil-a, the Dwarf House, and food matches its reputation. It has all the delicious chicken sandwich options you've come to know and love, plus an assortment of other toppings, sides, and diner entree options as well. Did I mention there is counter service and table service as well? The staff is attentive and nice.

This is like a 23/6 Chick-fil-a because its still closed on Sundays and it closes early Saturday lol but it is still wonderful and convenient when I was pregnant I would force my fiance to drive here in the middle of the night for a spicy sandwich! Love this location.

We enjoyed dining here. It was a unique experience. The staff was kind. It was pretty busy and a bit slow going. A lot of history is provided in the decor which is really neat. A fabulous Santa Claus was available for visiting and photo ops while we were there as well. It certainly was a cool stop for our vacation.

This was a must stop to see the original Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, we had already eaten. I wish I could have seen it before the remodel. Based on pictures I had seen, it looks a great deal different.

I frequent this place at least 4 times a week! They know my order by heart. Overall, this place has pretty good service. However, I've had a few encounters with Mr. Richard Peterson (older gentleman that typically cashes out on the restaurant side). He seems to come off very nice and friendly to some but to others, which includes me, he is not welcoming at all. I sat and waited 45 minutes to eat but it was during the lunch rush so I had no issues with that. What I did have an issue with however was the fact that I had to wait in line to cash out, only for Richard (?) to walk up without acknowledging my presence. All he did was put his hand out for the ticket so that I could pay. He did not look at me, say hello or smile. The only reason I knew he wasn't the walking dead wad bc his fingers touched the cash register screen so I knew he was alive! Other than that NOTHING! When he didnt greet me, I greeted him and he grumbled something back. By the time I signed my receipt and looked up, he was gone. Its unfortunate that I fought thru the wait time and traffic to spend my hard earned money here just to be blown off at the end of the experience.

It was really fun to visit the original chick-film-A! The service was fine, but the waitress gave off the sense that we were a bother, though in fairness that could be part of the diner vibes. Food was good, as usual with chick-fil-a. I was pleasantly surprised by the additions to a typical Chick-fil-a menu; there were other features such as chicken and waffles, bacon, eggs, and hash browns. I enjoyed the lemonade, eggs, and hash browns a lot. In addition to the food, there is information posted regarding the restaurant s history. Stop in if you re in the area.

The food is always good and the people are better than the food when it comes to great service. I don't know why it seems like Chick file A always has friendly people working there but they are very good at what they do. Thanks

This particular Chick-fil-a is very cool. It has a side that is identical to all other Chick-fil-a's; you order your food at the counter and you can take it to your table or it is brought to you. The other side is a nostalgic diner. It has menus, waiters/waitresses, and a counter with spinning chairs that is popular during breakfast. This side truly does feel like a classic diner. The food is, as usual, excellent. It's also cool being able to tell people "I've eaten at the very first Chick-fil-a."

Jamekia s attitude and customer service skills need inprovement!! I have NEVER been to a chick fil a and been treated rudely until today
She waited 15 mins to tell me they don t have bagels and then was shaking her head about having to return my $ to me. Threw the $ in my hand and walked off with attitude I then asked for manager which she Igored me and when I asked again as she walked passed me and snapped hold on at me and stormed to the back
The manager came out and was nice and professional.
My morning was wasted and I didn t even get breakfast.
Do better chick Fil a.

Completely and utterly DISAPPOINTED with this location. We went out of our way to stop at this location and I was shocked to see how unclean it was. There was stuff all the floors, the tables nor chairs were clean. My families food was fine but my original sandwich was cold and I could tell had been sitting on the line for a while. The chicken was rubbery and the bread was gross. I LOVE Chikfila but I would have assumed being the "original" place they would take better care of presentation, I know I'm not the only "tourist" to visit. :(

Apparently this is the first Chick-Fil-A. The building houses a standard Chick-Fil-A as well as a diner style restaurant under the same roof. Much of the diner's offerings are identical to the Chick-Fil-A restaurant. They offer a choice of sides, waffle fries being one. I ordered a baked potato and macaroni and cheese. The potato was very small, but good, and I liked the macaroni and cheese. I ordered a cheeseburger, mostly to be able to tell people I got a cheeseburger from Chick-Fil-A. It was OK, on par with Denny's or IHOP. The burger with two sides was $12.99 -- a bit steep for the quality of the burger, I thought. It is a fine place to go, but I will only give it 3 stars because I think the diner is overpriced and does not offer much different from the standard fast-food restaurant's offerings.

Unbelievably packed!

Unbelievably packed!

Wow! I know that chick-fil-a gets busy, but that building NEEDS an upgrade if it's gonna seat that many people. I showed up around 2pm and there was probably 70 people in line. The entry area and line for the regular seating was small and people were packed like sardines. People couldn't leave because the entry area was so full. People wanted drink refills but couldnt get them do to busy workers. Cars were wrapping around the building out onto the street. That's usual, I know, but maybe it's time to rework the building. I almost had a mental breakdown!

The food was good though. :)
