Chick-fil-A is an A+ organization to begin with. Add in a local manager/operator that has a heart for the community and you have a winner in my book. Consistently great food, awesome staff and a location that is convenient. Love the fact that their staff comes out to the drive-thru to take your order. Personalized service! Don't get that at very many places now-a-days.

Twice in a row this restaurant has shorted us on our order. Not once but twice! The first time the resolve was oh here s a free sandwich card. The second time we called and said something. The young lady on the phone (manager on duty) said oh I ll look into it and hangs up. So if you want to go eat in at the location by all means they are good because you can correct any problems in house. But do not order delivery through the app. They are not willing to correct any problems and don t want to deal with you at all. Completely unacceptable. I understand from a previous employee (my daughter) that they hate doing app orders. Being a bunch of young kids I m sure that it true. But add delivery to it and I m sure it makes it much worse. I m sorry Pat (owner) but this location needs an overhaul. Or at least some better management. It would be nice to receive the same level of care and appreciation in your store that you receive at every other chick fil a nationwide.

Food is amazing and the service is always 1st class! They're many dine-in restaurants that lack the customer service of this fast food establishment. Even when the lines are twice as long as other fast food restaurants, I still receive my order faster than the others.

Tech issues with the app not accepting split payme...

Tech issues with the app not accepting split payment when using gift cards. App wouldn't take payment from gift cards unless it exceeded what you spent. When trying to reload gift cards to compensate for the difference, you can only reload in $10 increments! This means you're left with a credit in the system vs just paying what you owe! Was a pita, but they were great @ window resolving esp given that when they deleted my payment to repay, all my gift cards were nulled! Great customer service. (& much patience considering the angry lady behind me in the drive thru line who was greatly annoyed she had to practice her waiting skills!

I love chickfila, but have to say I had this was worse experience. Everybody in to big of hurry. My sandwich was dry, and I kid you not I counted 8....8 fries in my box, and no sauce. My transaction was #2980.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY NO LONGER HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT CARE WHEN THEY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. I SPENT $70+ LAST SATURDAY OCT. 3 ON A MEDIUM TRAY OF CHICK FIL A NUGGETS, 5 LARGE FRIES & 5 BROWNIES FOR THE GA - AUBURN GAME. WHEN I GOT HOME, I DISCOVERED THEY HAD ONLY PUT THE NUGGETS IN THE BAG, I CALLED & WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO GET THE FRIES, BROWNIES & SAUCES.
THIS TIME THEY HAD PACKED THE FRIES WITH THE BROWNIES & THEY WERE A MELTED MESS.
I WROTE IN TO CHICK FIL A CARES TO COMPLAIN & THE OWNER SENT ME A COUPON CODE FOR A FREE KIDS ICE CREAM & A CHICK FIL SANDWICH TO MAKE IT RIGHT, HE SAID. HE DID NOT BOTHER TO USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS I COULD RESPOND TO HIM ON OR I WOULD HAVE TOLD HIM WHAT HE WAS OFFERING IN COMPENSATION FOR THE COLD NUGGETS TRAY & MELTED BROWNIES DID NOT CUT IT. IF HE WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, HE SHOULD HAVE REPLACED MY WHOLE ORDER SO WE COULD HAVE ENJOYED E ERYTHING AT THE
CORRECT TEMPERATUTE & CONSISTENCY. AFTER ALL, THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR. NOT TO MENTION, I MISSED THE WHOLE FIRST QUARTER OF THE GAME WHEN I HAD TO GO BACK THE 2ND TIME. IT IS CLEAR TO ME HE IS ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY , NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HAVING KNOWN 4 EX EMPLOYEES OF HIS, IF HE WOULD TREAT HIS EMPLOYEES BETTER THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE TO HIS CUSTOMERS. THE INDIVIDUALS SHINED A LIGHT ON SEVERAL AREAS WHERE HE IS TRULY LACKING AS AN OWNER OF A RESTAURANT.

I am a Waitr delivery driver and I had to wait over 30 for my delivery and still don t know what is going on with the order. I called the location after 20 of waiting to let them know I was still waiting. Long wait times lowers my pay, I understand the location is busy but at this point you are messing with my pay. What would be a $5-$10 delivery will turn out to be $1-$3. This is unacceptable. I called after 45 minutes to speak to the Manager and they had absolutely no idea of the order. I usually never have any problems with Chick-fil-A, they usually have awesome service that you can t find nowhere else.
