During this pandemic season they have been on top of their game . I was able to pull in go through the drive-through they had everything on point, in order and it was nice. It did not take long to go through the line and it look like it was a lot of people there. But that did not stop the customer service of the outside attendance working with me, so I say thank you very much Chick-fil-A.

Worst service ever. Friday night they have 6 people outside taking your order. Cashier outside in the dark, didn't get correct change back, asked and paid for large items and got medium size.To many people trying to do to many things at once.

Chick-fil-A is a great place to get a good meal. Was so impressed with their drive thru design, got my food in less time expected, considering the long line. Not disappointed at all!
A young lady there named Savannah has a very bad attitude toward her fellow workers....she may be a lead but I shouldn t be hearing her threatening to write someone up when I try to order food. I think the owner needs to look into this.....you have a little Hitler working for you!!!
Chick fil a is usually great but today they were busy so no thank you, food horrible my worst experience at a chickfil. I recently move here I will save my craving for when I go home to visit...always great service there.
Drive thru order & pay then get directed to the Kroger parking lot. Contact with an employee with no results. If Chick-fil-a needs $ just ask, they don t have to steal it.

Not only is the food great, but the employees are the best in the business! They even go the extra mile to stand in the drive thru lines to take orders when they get busy.
Chick-fil-A is definitely 100% the best fast food that there is. At least for the Middle Georgia area the food is great and the service is excellent everybody there is super polite and super understanding if something is wrong with the order. I love going to Chick-fil-A it is always a great experience.

Chick-fil-A is an amazing place, no matter in what conditions this business still surprises me in how fast, orderly, and welcoming they are. A couple days I went while it was pouring and that didn't stop them from being as amazing as usual

As usual they were very busy so busy in fact that they took my order on the right side and had lost it by the time I got to the window. Worst part is that I was late with a sandwich made correctly inside a pouch that looked and felt like it had been dropped in syrup and whipped off .

This place has fast service...regardless of the amount of people inside or out. If you get tired of standing and waiting to get your food...you don't have to worry here...they will bring your food right out to your table. Serving is their pleasure and they go the second mile to make sure your experience is the best!

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A! This store happens to be #2 in the entire CFA chain for Drive Thru service. You're paying for more than chicken, you're paying for top of the line service not found in any other quick service restaurant.
ive been going to chickfila frequently for 6+ years. never had a bad experience. only had a wrong order twice and both times they handled it so well. by far my favorite fast food chain for both great food and even better service

We eat here as a weekly family outing. I'm not sure how they do their hiring, but they've got the corner on a positive team of employees. If a table is dirty from previous people, count to ten and someone will probably be cleaning it. There are only 4 family tables to accommodate more than 4 to the group, sometimes they're all taken and we split up. It may seem hectic, but they've got it under control, and down to an art form getting record numbers of people served in a short period of time.
You smell the menu from the parking lot. One of the best chicken sandwiches in town. They make the best drinks too, love the lemonade
App wouldn't take my order. Waited about 15 minutes at drive thru. Not a good experience...
Food is amazingly delicious but the overwhelming "friendliness" comes off as forced and creepy.
