Great service. Salads need big improvement. Chicken could be better

Chick-fil-a breakfast is great. I like the chicken bowl with scrambled egg, cheese, chicken nuggets, and hash browns. Chick-fil-a has great drive through service.

There people are extraordinarily nice and helpful. Go there a few times a week. Have never been disappointed.

Love the location and love the great customer service. We had a very nice experience with Emma. She's very polite and was always smiling. She helped direct us in the right direction as well, as we were just passing thru. :)

This is my Chick-fil-A. They set the standard. The food is always fresh and the staff is always smiling. They are very personable and accommodating. They always take responsibility for long waits and apologize which I think is way above reproach. They do such a great job of managing traffic. The gesture is always appreciated and is what keeps everyone coming back. Avoid Town lake and hwy92... come to this location if you want it right.

Chick-fil-A has got it totally figured out! They have the fastest drive thru in the history of fast food restaurants! They have the friendliest employees, they keep the restaurant very clean! But, most importantly, they have the most delicious food and its all very affordable!

I rarely give bad reviews, but this popped up as a suggested place to rate. Chick-fil-A is a Rotten company! I will certainly not waste my time, calories or money at such a hateful place.

The nicest Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. The service is great, the employees are very friendly & helpful, & the restaurant is nicely decorated, designed, and clean. I love that they put real flowers at each table.

It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say...? Good food that's likely very bad for me but tastes great! Lots of fat, salt, sugar - YUM! Appears to have adapted well to the SARS-CoV2 crisis - moving people through the drive through with a minimum of interaction & a decent attempt at social distancing. Long line was fast to get through & my order was correct. Not a whole lot more to ask for....

Service was a little slow considering what I ordered, but everything came out great!

Clean restroom. Delicious food. Can't ask for anything more on a hot summer day. Great location as well.

I have stopped giving tips when I choose to order using curbside. Whenever I get my food home, either it is not fully cooked, overcooked or missing items. I understand times are busy, but I have always known that Chic Fil A provides quality food and services. This has not been the case as of late.

Four stars not because of bad service or food, but because of the design and it can be quite difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, especially on the weekends when the outlet mall is busy.

In general it is a very good place to go after going to the mall or a bike ride at rope mill, which is pretty much saying good food, convenient placing, friendly employees, and gets food out fast.

Great service. They are accommodating for my girlfriends family who does not eat meat but has coupons for meat products. Always happy coming in and out.

I work in the Outlets, so I frequent this location. I usually get breakfast and I usually order the same thing...an order of hashbrowns, two egg whites, and a breakfast fillet. Twice this week alone, the egg whites were all broken up and not very appealing looking. Sometimes they
leave the hashbrowns out and I used to get the grilled breakfast fillet, but it was very hit or miss, so now I do the fried. The service and the quality of the food at this location has went down tremendously. I'm not sure what is going on or what has changed, but it's definitely not for the better. I had a picture, but I am posting from my phone and it didn't give me that option.

Busy place, nice people, nice meal, excellent service

By far the best Chick-fil-A restaurant I've ever visited. The employees are the absolute most courteous I've ever interacted with among all restaurants in this chain (although every Chick-fil-A restaurant has wonderful employees). There's something about this specific location that just gets everything right and it makes me crave more food from here!

My coworker was eating from here. He said they did really good. Staff was very friendly. The store is very clean... Even the bathrooms were clean.

Can't say enough about this place. Everyone is so friendly and quick to help. They've gotten my order wrong a couple of times, usually go during lunch rush so it's bound to happen, but always are quick to fix it and apologize.

It's Chick-fil-A so you know you're going to get a great meal and a wonderful experience! Plus it's right next to the outlets so it's super convenient!

I'm on to you Chick-fil-A... It's one thing to woo me with your drive thru nymphs and hot tender juicy chicken sandwiches, but to go after my dog by offering him a single packaged milk bone is completely unacceptable! No you can't have him, he's mine. Quit trying to temp us you sirens with your impeccable customer service.

The outlet Shoppes of Woodstock location is everything a business should be. Anne Marie, Mr. Glenn, Moriah and so many other helpful smiling faces. The unseen backend team undoubtedly also contribute to their efficiency.

At first, it appeared that choosing to use the drive thru was not a good decision due to the line of cars remaining at a standstill for too long by instant coffee society's expectations. Out of the blue the bottle neck started to move and all was well with me and my millenial on board. We had just shared some bonding time at the outlet. Nothing like retail therapy to work up a hunger. Meanwhile, drivers seemed to be stymied about having to merge into one lane. Otherwise, the food order was accurate, food temp was perfect, food tasted divine and lemonade had just the right amount of tartness. To top it off, my favorite phase "My pleasure!" was delivered on cue. It brings a smile to my face everytime I hear it. Great customer service and communication skills are so hard to find when I'm traversing through the world of commerce. Thank you Chic Fil A for setting high standards and continuing to maintain them.

There were about 15 cars in the 2 drive thru lanes @ 11:30am today, thought it was going to take a long time to get my yummy nugget combo. Nope. Maybe 2 min later I was out enjoying my meal, I love their waffle fries, YUM!!! They have several employees outside taking orders keeping cars moving quickly and efficiently.

Always delicious and the best customer service around!
