Chick-fil-A South Warner Robins Review

Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A? This place is great but I have never been to this place without a huge line. The staff is super quick but the number of patrons that this place serves is overwhelming. You should build one by the new Publix on 96.

They always have great people who work here, great food , as well as healthy food and also ice cream and milkshake, and the breakfast is amazing, only down size is they're closed on Sunday's, a great place to take young children, they also have a inside play area for children

Awesome food as everyone knows. Great Hospitality and a Caring staff. Will definitely be back for more.

Have amazing food and very clean restrooms. It is also very family friendly. There is also great customer service.

This is the fastest, most efficient Chick fil A I've ever been to. And I've traveled A LOT. The service is great, the drive thru almost always has 2 people taking orders, another 1 or 2 handing out receipts, another couple at the window handing out food... And they have never made a single mistake with my order. It's the most efficient, well oiled machine I've ever seen in a restaurant. With 20 cars in the 2-lane drive thru line, I can still order and drive away within about 5-7 minutes. THAT'S FAST. You can't even go through a normal drive thru in 5 minutes even when there's only ONE car ahead of you! This particular Chick fil A blows my mind. I love it.

IIt's always a pleasure going to ckick-fil-A, this trip was very interesting. Service always excellent. It's all about the service.

The cashier would not listen to how we wanted our order made and so, it was wrong. I had to take it back up and have it remade.

Pull in at 1:03 with drive through wrapped around building.
Sandwich in my hand by 1:04 and back on the road at 1:05

Cleann, fast service is always the case, however the few times I've had them make an error,to me they are not open to error, the apology is weak .I've actually had a small piece of metal in my salad, meatless salad , and the supervisor was nonchalant about it This was a couple of years ago. I realize everyone makes mistakes, but a sincere apology is welcome.

They ve screwed up our order five times in a row here. Literally every time there are multiple problems with the order. Mentioning the issue to an employee simply results in a blank stare and an empty apology. You can get the same service across the street at McDonalds.

Nasty lemonade. Product not available. I would like to look at the menu but cant because they walk to your car and take your order while 3 cars away. Do I have to guess what I want?

It's chick fil a... It's heaven's food for goodness sakes! Lol. Sandwich, drink, and fries were delicious. Customer service is what puts it over the top!

I never have a complaint about this place. Best customer service of any fast food place out there.

The service is so unfathomably quick, it makes your head spin. Almost never have any issue with my visit. Them cookies though

Most Chick-fil-A stores do everything right so if you've ever been to one you know what to expect. Very polite workers and good food. This one is in a very convenient spot so it's always busy. If you are around others go to them but this store is worth it if you're close for sure.

Great chikfila, probably best in town. Excellent customer service and their drivethrus are always really quick, and they always get you what you ordered!! Love seeing their smiling faces in the morning, really brightens my whole day!

A friend of mine lost her earring here and a very kind employee found it. Shout out to Makayla that saved the day. I arrived 2mins before they closed for the day and was able to pick up my friend's earring.

Service is always excellent! Food is always on point and my fries are always hot! Like any other Chick-Fil-A, the line stays long and the inside is ALWAYS packed but definitely worth the wait!

Not a good day at ChicFilA. The girl taking our order was more concerned about people waiting in line instead of getting our order correct. She had to redue it twice due to her not listening to me; she was too busy watching people coming in the door. She even made the comment to me, we are getting busy. Then I had to wait for my complete order, b/c she forgot to fix a milkshake. Sad day

Everything a Chick-fil-A should be. Fresh food, drinks, friendly service, clean inside and out and double drive thru ordering lane.

Best Chick fil A around here. We love this place and they have it all figured out when it comes to the drive thru with taking your orders outside and driving thru their is not much wait at all. They do go above and beyond at this one and with the waterpark just down the street this is a must go place.

Best chicken sandwiches and waffle fries around. Service is always great and professional.

Not only was the service stellar but when I locked my keys in the car they were supper helpful.

This is a busy restaurant but they are extremity efficient! They had my to-go order ready before I was finished paying for it! And the food was delicious.
