I was highly impressed, from the time me and my 4 children walked in the door. We were greeted by a manager whom thanked us for choosing their business. He then got a high chair for us without me even asking, which was extremely helpful. As I was attempting to get my children settled in, a worker came to my table and asked if she could take my order there. One of my children dropped a sauce and before I could clean it up, a worker came over to clean it off the floor. Chick-fil-A s food is always excellent and this establishment was no different. From their service to their food, this place deserves 5+ Stars.

Service was fast and friendly plus good food we definitely need a couple of these in NY

The food are so small portions the chops the chicken so small to give the impression that's a normal portion..my salad it was with out all the ingredients no eggs no cheese ..and the price is increase..
Considering do not visiting as before..

You can never go wrong with Chic-fil-A , the people are so nice and food excellent.

Good fresh ate inside ..was clean but the play room was nasty.. Smelled awful n kids were in with no socks on..kids didnt end up playin long usually have to repeatedly say lets go this time they said can we go now.. Weren't wanting to crawl around inside when kids bare dirty..literally dirty feet.. Not sanitary..

Only messed up our order 1 time but ate it all anyway

It's been my experience that the Chick-fill-A restaurants pretty much always gets the orders right. Even when a mistake is made, they quickly make it right and they do it in a friendly and courteous manner. I only wish the other fast foods chains would visit a store and get pointers on good customer service and how to listen to the customers orders.

So friendly!!!! Makes me want to eat fast food more because of the friendly employees.

Chick-fil-A I've found is usually a fine fast food joint. Usually it's the best chicken samich around

They are so worried about speed that they forget about the chick fil a experience. Get my receipt handed to me only to find my order was wrong just before I get to the counter. Young lady with tablet didn't ask me for Condiments and didn't repeat my order. Drive thru hangs my bag out window before I get to them. That's not like any other chick fil a I know!
Another issue I have is when I call ahead biscuits in the morning and give them a time- only to have to wait 15 minutes and be late for meetings.

Just went yesterday and ordered some fries.. A few of them were hard, too crispy and rough on the gums. Smh

Fast courteous service for a good fast food breakfast

Always fast and friendly service. My favorite is the spicy deluxe sandwich. But you can't go wrong with some waffle fries and nuggets.

Wonderful staff, even more exceptional than most Chick-fil-A's. I have never had to wait terribly long in line, and the food is top notch. Will continue to visit regularly.

How can you not love chick-fil-la all around best service..wish more places can watch and learn!!!

Spicy chicken sandwich kills that other place from Louisiana. Mac and cheese is da bomb

I haven t found a chicken sandwich better than Chick-fil-A, fried or grilled. Not only does it taste delicious you also get to choose your own options, like change the type of bun or no bun at all! Personally, I like to get my chicken sandwich as a lettuce wrap and getting a fruit cup instead of fries. The possibilities are endless and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Oh, and I love the personal touch of real flowers on each table, this is definitely a rarity in a fast food chain.

This is probably the most efficient and effective Chick-fil-A I've been to. The food is always out fast, correct, and good. Even when they're busy, they get the job done.

I stopped here in between service calls to get something quick to eat. The service was exceptional as usual but, I received my 12 pc grilled nugget and unsweetened tea. However, I popped the top of the container only to realize I was only given 8. The label on the container said 12 but, it wasn t. I did not have time to turn around because I was on the go. I was hangry until I got home and disappointed I paid almost $9 to still be hungry.

I was amazed at the fast service! The place was packed both inside and drive through but we got our food right away! They also had special crafts for Mother's day, and the mascot was available to greet the children. The food tasted great! But I got sick afterwards so 4 rather than 5 stars. I had the chicken wrap. If the company didn't support anti-LGBTQ+ organizations I'd recommend it for their excellent customer service.

Twice now they have messed up my order. They seem to care more about speed then customer service. Im just overall disappointed with my experience recently with them.

Most of the time Chick-fil-A is going to receive 5 stars except for the one in South Georgia I tagged a few weeks ago. Management rude and zero customer service.

Quality in the entire chik-fil-a experience in thy is area has decreased. This fry came with our food. There are are many issues with this location. For starters, They ALWAYS leave something out of our bag and I sometimes have to return hours later to pick it up. Sent the fries in the pic back because they didn t look like a Med. What you see in the photo is what was returned. Please note there are no fries in the bag. Counted about 6-7 fries. I keep giving this place and the one on Watkins chance after chance but I m growing annoyed with the chik fil-a restaurants in this area. Nothing like I ve ever seen or experienced across the nation.

This establishment was clean and friendly. The chick filet quality is good across the entire chain. As fast food goes is served fresh non greasy and promptly.

I never thought I'd grade CFA a 1, but today was bad.
Simply put they were not ready to serve the new fish sandwich. They don't serve it until 11. I got there around 1040 for lunch. But they took my order and had me waiting. Then they refunded only the sandwhich until I had to tell them to refund the whole thing. I still walked out with a milk shake, which I did pay for.
Recommendation: Advertise the time you plan on serving fish and communicate it to the team.

The chicken nuggets and fries were good but I asked for a milkshake and they said the machine is broken

You just can't beat the service here! One of the very best CFA's in the world, no doubt. I love the food but the people are just outstanding!

My daughter loves Chick Fil A, so much, I think she might turn into one. The people are friendly and courteous and the food is always fresh.

There is always a line but their customer service is OUTSTANDING and they get you in and out in no time!!

This place has the drive thru working like a well oiled machine. There was at least 20 or more cars in the line ahead of me and I only waited 2 or 3 mins tops! Hats off to those kids running the line.

Extremely busy place, but the young staff handled it well...Long lines in the drive through every time i go by...Nice and clean..
