Every time I come here I spend well over 10 minutes in the drive thru in the mornings which is ridiculous for a 2 lane service. This morning it was 15!! I got in line at 7:21 and left at exactly 7:33. That s horrible! Once or twice I d understand but EVERY TIME?! Good lord guys! I see why I haven t been there in months!

Once great service from this place has declined and it's aggravating to have the cashiers at the end of the line giving attitudes when asked for condiments previously requested. No napkins in the bag also as I was rushed to leave the line.
I wouldn't want to be bothered so if this continues, I won't bother coming back.
Very fast considering the crowd. There were four employees out in the drive through lanes taking orders to speed up wait times. As always they were very polite and answered all my questions with, "my pleasure".
My chicken sandwich was hot and moist. It was so good that it didn't matter that it was missing the cheese and bacon. The chocolate chip cookies were sweet but they're very good. You can eat them hot or room temperature. P.S. I spoke to the manager on duty. She apologized and took care of it. Excellent customer service.
Great location, great employees, and always a great experience. The line is usually pretty long but they do a fantastic job at moving everyone along quickly. I've only ever waited for a longer than normal time a handful of times. Always a great experience.
This store does an amazing job moving drive thru customers through. Orders are almost always correct. As with all Chick-fil-A's, the staff is always polite and helpful.
I love their food, everything I've ever tried is absolutely tasty. I recently tried the Kale crunch and had to go back two days later to get another. The service is one all restaurants should model themselves after.
I d say go to the Watson location if you can. This location has a pretty complacent and nonchalant vibe, especially in the mornings when it s critical to get through the line as quickly as possible. They re always slow and I d stopped patronizing them for a period but today I thought I d try using the app to see if I could get through faster if they already had my order. Negative. I had a burrito and a decaf coffee. I placed the order ten minutes before I got there. I waited in line twelve minutes and when I got to the window, they still had to brew the coffee. No thanks. Took the burrito and the L for the coffee I won t be drinking. What s the incentive for placing the order before everyone else if I still have to deal with people breaking in line (there s two lanes with no order whatsoever if the kids aren t out there telling you who to follow, which they do wrong pretty often), threatening me with big trucks and such. I ll pass.
My daughter and I wanted chicken sandwiches tonight. We got to the drive thru and Jaren greeted us. He was phenomenal. He had us laughing the whole time he took our order. My daughter even said omg I want to work with him. Also... you should give him Leroy back. Lol. Gabby delivered our food and she was so sweet and friendly.
This Chick Fil A truly goes the extra step for their customers. I dropped my Spicy Chicken breast on the floor after I left and it was covered in dirt. I happened to bump into Ansle at my job and she told me I could go back and get another one. As i went back I crossed paths with Blake in the parking lot, he seemed to be off work and about to get into his car. With embarrassment I told him the situation and let me tell you, this truly warmed my heart. He walked back into work and helped me get a new clean breast with no cost. Every single soul is that works here is out standing. I Have NEVER in my 6 Years or more coming here have I had a bad experience. Whoever gives this place less than 5 stars must be the Grinch.
I've honestly never had a bad experience here. Friends on staff here have told me this location is a testing locus for new products and business strategies, and I can see why. It's truly wonderful!
I have encountered a few caucasians working in drive through that have given me a certain look which made me feel very uncomfortable. This is just one of three reasons why I go elsewhere. Chicken is chicken to me. Also, it would be nice if management hired at least a few minorities.
Easily the fastest service I've seen ever. Very Kind employees. I ordered two different large combos through drive-thru and even though there were two cars in front of me, I got out in under a minute it seemed. This location seems to have nailed all aspects of fast food services.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CHICKFILA i dropped my food outside at the kroger right across the parking lot because i m a dingus and they remade it for me super quick and we re so nice about it the whole time!

Busy Saturday morning but they still managed to serve us fast and the order was correct. This is the typical excellent service always received at this location.
Chick-fil-A always has the best customer service. No other fast food restaurant in the land can match their customer service and the faithful attentiveness of their staff.
I ordered the grill club meal. Got to my destination and realized that my order was not right. I contacted them. Savannah handled everything. Great customer service. Thanks Savannah. I'll see you next time!
Good Chick-fil-a! Just their fries tend to be those thicc ones with the potato skin while other usually don t. But that s okay. The service is nice but I prefer sam Nunn Blvd over this Chick-fil-a but as long as it s Chick-fil-A I will eat it!!!
The service is amazing, The food is great, but the smiles of every employee you see says that they enjoy their job and they enjoy serving the guests as well! Could not ask for a better place to eat!
Chick fil A is always and yet always fast! Great service as always! If looking for a quick bite to eat I would recommend coming here! Greatly enjoy going there and getting something!
