When we walked in, we were immediately welcomed. Since the line was almost out the door, I figured we would have a long long wait. But I was wrong. We were sitting with our lunch in less than 5 minutes. The place is always clean, the food is always good, and the employees are always friendly. What else could you want!

Chick fil a is consistent. The food is always fresh and the staff is kind and courteous. If they make a mistake they fix it with a smile. Their Chick fil a One is a great App for scoring points for free food. Overall great company.

A colleague and I stopped here on our way back from Columbus to Statesboro 1PM on a Saturday. We stopped here because my friend had dietary needs that Chick-fil-A could accommodate. This place was absolutely packed! The drive-through and the inside of the the restaurant seemed to be filled near my to capacity; even so, my colleague and I (along with all the people ahead of us in line) were promptly, deftly, and courteously greeted and helped. Within a minute or so, all of us were seated. Our food was delivered about 2 minutes following that. It was amazing. I also noticed employee s assiduously tidying up, all the while cheerfully assisting customers. The food was delicious. Why can't other places replicate this level of service?

Typical superb CFA service. Clean appearance. On a rare occasions will get a biscuit that is not halved evenly or is crumbly.

Fast service, friendly staff, and rarely mess up orders. If order is messed up, it's fixed quickly and staff are understanding, apologetic and never rude.

The service here is exceptional. They go out of their way to make your experience fast without losing friendly service. The management team is present and always lending a hand at the register or even food delivery to your table. If you have really small children, you can order through the drive through and they will set your table, high chairs, and food up while you unload your car and come in. Kids Nights are always fun and worthwhile. Love it.

What can I say? It's another stellar Chick-fil-A location. Drive-thru operates like a fine tuned machine. Indoor playground for the kids.

Like all Chick-Gil-a's it's pretty good fast food with great service and good prices.

Always a delightful time. Employees seem happy, food is always out in just a couple minutes. Sometimes the food is a little old, but they are understanding and will replace anything you ask.

Other fast food vendors should drive thru, just to understand how service can be done in an exceptional manner during this time that dining rooms are closed.

They do things with not only the customer in mind, but their staff as well.

Went through the drive through on a Friday at lunch. They have two lines and with them wrapped around the building they sent out two girls with ipad type devices to take orders, a cashier outside where the two lines merge, a person outside the window passing good as fast as you could get to the window...and we had a social order and it was for four people...so don't let the line length deter you. They too about five minutes.

Food quality was good, order was exactly what we asked for down to the number of mayo packets. Price is reasonable as always. Didn't go in but the outside was clean.
