Often busy from open to closing, but they are always fast and deliver your order exactly as you want it. They do it all with respect, friendliness, and a smile. Highly recommend!

Was very unhappy with my experience this morning. I arrived at the drive thru at approximately 10:18. I finally made it to place my order at 10:31 and was told they were no longer serving breakfast. The menus only showed breakfast and was told someone would be out to change them shortly. When I made it to the window to receive the lunch item I ordered I asked if I could get the card for the manager. The employee at the window brought someone to the window who covered her badge as she came to speak to me so I was doubtful she was the manager. She basically told me too many people came at once as far as the drive thru and they had given all the breakfast items they had set back. I have never had an issue with any other chikfila and they have been very proactive even when I waited a long time, they made things right.

My son (blackboy) sat there over 25 min for food n he paid and all 602am he walked in 627am he walked out.. The lady was so rude to my son for no reason he just started working across the street from there.

My kids love the food, the people who works there is always helpfull and nice, but once I order a salad on the drive throught and they didnt put any dressing or dalt or pepper or anything, when I realized it was too late to just go back, I believe they did it because of my race.

Food is good but at times the cleanliness of the store can be lacking. Aside from that, this is a good place to take the family.

What can I say? It is Chick-fil-a, so it is always awesome service and delicious, fresh food. My whole family loves it!

If you're hungry and order a salad , you'll probably walk out hungry, since this particular stores portion sizes are much less in comparison to other CFA stores.

This location really has their stuff together. Usually very busy but the line moves extremely fast due to their organization. Food is consistent Chick-fil-A quality.

I do not put 6 stars, because there is no more. The meals are good, very good.

This is a great CFA. That being said, I have noticed that the quality of the food varies. Often I grab a biscuit here, and I've had outstanding biscuits and really awful biscuits (hard, cheese unmelted). Nevertheless, I still consider this one of my favorite CFAs.

Staffing is excellent, food is outstanding and the care they give is awesome! They are there to serve their customers and it shows. Love the experience when I go to Chick-fil-A each time. They will shower you with smiles and do everything they can to make your experience worth your time and money.

It's chick-fil-a and a new one at that. Service is attentive and the food tastes as it expects. It is fast food but it's better than the alternative in my opinion.

The traffic flow here is odd and frequently gets clogged since cars struggle to exit the parking lot. Imagine the usually crazy busy Chick-fil-A where cars cannot escape.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff with good eye contact. Surprisingly the service is fast even when really busy. It's also conveniently located near 575. Traffic flow in the parking lot is poorly designed.

I've been to MANY Chick-fil-As and love their world's best CFA sandwich, and I generally appreciate the warm and friendly staff, however, today at this location, I was sincerely impressed by Lexie F, who simply made my day! Listen up Keith Booth, Lexie is the first employee I've ever wanted to hug at a Chick-fil-A.

As you would expect from any Chick-fill-A, the food was amazing and the service was even better. In addition to this, the soap provided at this establishment is positively exsquizet in taste. Honestly the best tasting soap I have ever had. A little foamy though.

Unfortunately, I can t express how many problems we have had with this Chick-fil-A. They do always try and make it right... but we eat here at least once a week and they almost always get something wrong on our order. Today, I received a grilled chicken club with no chicken... I got all the way home only to discover that the stores namesake was missing from my sandwich. I think that we will be driving to one of the other Chick-fil-As going forward even though this one is a mile from our home. Disappointed to say the least.

I swear I've never been to a bed one yet go Chick-fil-A

Great service. Due to the sudden snow they were about to close but made sure that all customers were served and offered free coffee. Chick fil A has great customer service.

The staff are always friendly and efficient, regardless of how crowded it gets. The drive thru moves along very quickly and my food is always consistent and correct.

I tried to call to order trays and no one answers the phone. I drive to the store to order and wait. I said I want the medium tray of nuggets but I need grilled. They told me it doesn't come in that size. OK- let's do the math and get me what I need. Over $60 in grilled nuggets and I'm told it doesn't come with any sauce... ... but the medium fried nugget tray that is $20 cheaper does. REALLY??????? Not good customer service at all. I pay more for a healthier gluten free option and get less stuff. Next time I'll cook my own chicken for my get together. I thought this would help me out when having guests-----it just pissed me off.

The only cfa ive ever seen successfully do the thing w the people outside. Drive thru is speedy and always correct.
