Was very unhappy with my experience this morning. I arrived at the drive thru at approximately 10:18. I finally made it to place my order at 10:31 and was told they were no longer serving breakfast. The menus only showed breakfast and was told someone would be out to change them shortly. When I made it to the window to receive the lunch item I ordered I asked if I could get the card for the manager. The employee at the window brought someone to the window who covered her badge as she came to speak to me so I was doubtful she was the manager. She basically told me too many people came at once as far as the drive thru and they had given all the breakfast items they had set back. I have never had an issue with any other chikfila and they have been very proactive even when I waited a long time, they made things right.
