Quick, tasty, and friendly. Couldn't ask for much more.

It s not my usual CFA but I do go sometimes. I made it in time for breakfast but they were moving extremely slow. By the time I made it to order they weren t serving breakfast and she didn t even ask the kitchen if they had any. It was a few minutes past 10:30 and they are out?? CFA in exit 20 in Riverstone would never. They have excellent service. Will not be returning here.

What can I say it's Chick-fil-A! Awesome spicy chicken sandwiches

Every time I go there they always give me the wrong order and today they forgot to give me my change back.

Usually really good but sometimes the chicken is dry.

Like I said in another review of a nearby business, I wouldn't want to do the drive-through, but it's pretty mellow inside. Good staff and service, accurate orders!

Good service with a smile. Clean and friendly. But my (no pickles) sandwich had been sitting in the warming drawer a little too long. Dried out and not very crispy. My first time visiting this CFA, but no doubt I got a sandwich on the brink of being tossed.

Great service, clean restaurant, very nice and new style. CFA's are always a pleasure to go to. Right outside of the Outlet Mall as well.

It's a Chick-fil-A. The food, service, and cleanliness is always fantastic for a reasonable price. Best fast food chain.

We love this Chick-fil-A! The service is lightning fast in the morning when using the drive through.

I come this location every day with my kids a loyal customer it s right down the street from me so we patronize this Chick-fil-A. The least you expect is to be treated right especially on a night when it counts they let you down in the drive thru but that s how drive thru works but don t expect to be treated like a loyal customer!

Really what more can you expect. Great customer service and food. Wish they had some sort of all day breakfast for when you want breakfast items.

I will never return to this location ever again. Corona or not you should allow patrons to use the restroom. Mask up, run your business how you want Keith but you will never get another dollar from me. This is not a corporate policy either. Dont bother pandering me with a free chicken sandwich like you do when you mess up an order. I am done.

Other fast food restaurants need to learn how to treat customers the way chic fila does!! They are always nice and get you through the line fast!!

Today I got to this Chick-fil-A at 10am. They were out of hasbrowns with 30 minutes of breakfast left. I order a sandwich to go. I watched as they handed out out gift cards to folks as they delivered their food apologizing for the wait. I received my single sandwich 30 minutes after I got there. No gift card. Got in the car. Wrong sandwich.

CFA maintains food quality and customer service. Drive-thru is well organized and fast.

We ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. So we thought. When we got home and opened up our food we had a chicken sandwich with 8 pickles with the bun saturated in pickle juice, and a regular spicy chicken sandwich with a bun so greasy that i couldn't eat it. This is the third time i have had a bad experience at this Chic-fil-a. we will never come here again

Chick-fil-A always gets five stars from me. This one would get six if that was an option. Whenever my family from Canada visit we eat all of our meals there. It gets expensive feeding seven people three meals a day at Chick-fil-A, but they don't have Chick-fil-A in Winnipeg, so it's necessary. Silly Canadians.

Best fast food chain ever. Everything delicious and 5 customer experience always. That's what set them apart from the others.

Love this location. Friendly, young staff & they are especially good with their in-store & digital promotions.

Excellent service and always a great place to have a quick bite especially after all that shopping at the nearby outlet mall.

Just came through the drive thru. It took two times to get my order correct when ordering and they still got it wrong. I said it was a gluten allergy and I needed a glove change and shredded chicken not fried. What did I get? Fried chicken in pieces. If I had not looked at it before giving it to my daughter she would have been super sick. Maybe the kids working the drive thru need to pay attention instead of fooling around. There lack of paying attention could of cost my daughter a trip to the Emergency Room. I am definitely going to change my review on all Celiac Sites about this restaurant be cautious on gluten allergies.

Everyone is nice there and they prepare your food quickly.

I LOVE chick-fil-a however, whenever I visit this location, it always has dirty tables and trash overflowing while there are at least 10-15 people hanging out behind the counter. I think they need to work on cleanliness here.

New location is very attractive and roomy.Traffic is still a problem

This location is clean and has lots of seating. Service is fast. We had Alexa today and she was just a beam of sunshine.

Chick-fil-a always has great service. If my health wasn't a concern I would eat it everyday. That said, if you're in town visiting GA. make sure you stop and get a sandwich.

It's Chick-fil-A. It's pretty good. My son loves the playground. Stop reading reviews on Chick-fil-A. They are all the same.

Everyone is always so nice, food is always served fast, it s a clean environment.

I ordered 2 chick fil a biscuits with a hasbrown and a Coke but got home to one biscuit, two hash browns and a Diet Coke. This always seems to happen at this location. Guess I'll start driving to the canton Chick-fil-a instead

I have nothing against it but it's overrated in my humble opinion. The day of my visit this place was crammed and it's something usual to see across these places so unless you absolutely hate beef this is an option only to consider.not a must go

It's a Chik fil A, so the food is what you'd expect. Unfortunately due to the terrible design of the shopping center, actually getting to the restaurant is quite difficult. The drive thru line is always long but trying to park and walk inside is difficult and dangerous. I usually try to stop at another Chik fil A that has a better parking situation. I have noticed that the staff here is exceptionally friendly though.

Food was great as with most Chick fil a restaurants but employees attention to patrons was poor. Standing about talking, not smiling. Our granddaughter enjoys the indoor play ground but someone had left food strewn inside. Senior employee demeaning junior associate.

My family and I are chickfila connoisseurs, so we eat there fairly frequently. This one continually disappoints. Every time we come, they forget something. Usually, it s utensils. The staff is kind and I know times are busy, so I tried to give them multiple chances, but today marked the third time that they ve forgotten something that s important to my order. The past 3 times, in order, they ve forgotten: my son s chocolate milk, straws, and now silverware. I m just immensely frustrated because I continually have to turn around to go back and pick up something they forgot.

Waited almost 10 minutes for a pre-made sandwich.... You must be able to expedite easy orders like this. Perhaps there could be some sort of designation on the order for the one filling orders. Instead of standing there waiting for stuff...

It's always a pleasure to eat at Chix-fil-A. The foodd is consistently good and the employees are friendly and eager to serve.

Well planned and executed process just like military specialist. Everything flows like clock work. Why other places can't follow suite.

Soup was great. Wish they had hot chocolate or hot tea.

Three of us ate two meals and I had a milk shake and it came out to over $25 twenty five dollars wow fast food has changed a lot I guess that would have been the same even if we had sat down and ate

They were able to help me get a large order together to provide for the first responders in our community after hurricane winds blew through, even though they had to open late due to power.
