I like the curbside pickup, just wish all the locations were doing the same thing!

The staff is always so friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!

This place never ceases to amaze me by how busy they can get and still produce Amazing fresh food, keep the store clean and stocked, and do it fast! Only complaint is the drive through wrapping around the building, through the parking lot and out into the street! Love.

Ok so we are CFA groupies. Love the food, love the service and love the company. Time and time again we stop by the location at the outlets thinking they are the closest, we can make it work after being disappointed in the past. I have made that mistake for the last time. We arrived at 1040 am ordered 2 lunch meals and a kids meal. It took 23 min, sitting in the drive-through line cars both in front and behind us. Just sitting. We get to the window and mention the long wait and they say it is due to the switch from breakfast to lunch. And yet we sit. And sit. My daughter works for CFA, we know the cook times for the things we ordered and yet we sit with no better explanation. By the time our food arrives we find a chicken nugget that is half cooked and dark inside in our box. This is gross. Why is there no standard of excellence at this specific location? And why were we not offered any gift cards to use at a different location. This was a sad experience and I hope you avoid this location when you are looking for something to eat!

For some reason they will not open 2 cash registers when there are 10 people waiting in line. Some of the employees are good some aren't, food is solid as as always

Pretty slow compared to some others. Maybe just weren't expecting the extent of post holiday shopping. But, like always, great chicken with a smile!

Always clean. Spectacularly run teams that make you feel right at home. Chic-fil-a does an amazing job creating experiences that make you feel like family, and this location is no exception.

This location has been ok in the past, but in my last two visits, I did not get items I ordered and paid for in the drive through. One was a chicken tortilla soup and then a bowl of the Mac and cheese. Management needs to take a close look at quality control for checking accuracy of the orders before sending them out the window. The location in Hickory Flats does a great job in this area. Consider benchmarking them.

This is a good location that has to drive through ordering menus. And the customer service it's always speedy and courteous.this really does play a major part and where I shop. And they get a lot of my money.

I can't say enough good things. They are always so nice and so fast even when there's a line out to the street. Today we waited a bit longer than usual and they gave us a coupon for a free 8 count/sandwich. Totally not necessary, we saw how busy they were so a wait was expected, but it shows how much they value their customer service. Customers for life!

They deserve every stars possible! Sometimes I rather eat here than some other full service restaurants

We have given this CFA several chances and now we are done. The staff isn't properly trained. I tried to purchase a gift card and it took 3 employees and a manager to process my request. Another occasion last month I placed a drive thru order for my family on our way out of town only to get down the road to discover 1 meal was missing. Came in tonight to claim the replacement, the employee had to ask the manager for help. The manager told her she would have to wait. Meanwhile I just stand there waiting to order. Finally got it taken care of and ordered 2 number 1 meals. The sandwiches had so much extra breading it was a mess. At the end of our meal we went for refills. We stand there as the employees look right at us and precede to wait on other guests, who came in after us including those also wanting refills. I did speak up but we still waited. This is not what I expect from CFA. I know this is not the standard. On the bright side, my family did get fed and sent on our way. I am kicking myself for giving them one more try....

I feel rushed whenever I order. Don t rush me then create my order completely wrong. It s annoying. Relax. It s not always about how fast you can complete an order.

Nicest staff ever!!! Chick fil a is so yummy I have to convince myself not to go.

We come here a lot but recently they have been skimping on the fries and their quality of food has taken a DIVE. Our fries were half fun and soggy mushy fries. Gross!

Sat 9n line for 10 min and then told promotional card for large drink did not cover lemonade. No where on card does it state that at all. Then manager had nerve to just sit there and not comp the drink. She expected me to just pay for the drink and be happy when the only reason for me stopping was the free promotional one. Total customer service fail.

Really good location. The food at this location is really good here. One of the better CFAs that I have visited. I come here every time that I visit the outlet, and always look forward to it. Food comes out quick, and the chicken is always pretty crispy as well. Solid place to stop and get a bite while visiting the outlet.

Chic-Filet is a favorite for my family. And who can not like their company values and letting the employees have Sunday off to spend quality time with their own families. My favorite is the order of 4 chicken slider bites and a side of waffle fries with the delicious ice cream for dessert.

They have been getting slower and slower in drive thru wait time.

Terrible drive thru takes for ever only way to get your food in a normal amount of times is use the mobile order in the app and carry it out instead of using the drive thru

This Chick-fil-A violates U.S. Flag Code. They are disrespectful to our flag. Chick-fil-A corporate office refuses to fix it.

I received great service and food here as I always do. Just wish they would fix their flag or move to a country where the flag does not matter.

Clean and great service. Love the monthly free surprise items. This location is always doing something fun for the kids. They had a big screen movie playing for the kids outside for free.

Worst chick fil a ever! Only perk it has is being next to outlets. Manager and owner are very rude would not eat here again much rather drive to the dwarf house on 92

This store cheats you out of portion sizes. We ordered a quart of ice dream and got a lot less than a quart.

I have ordered at other locations and got full quart. When I called the manager on duty about it she said they are told not to pack it solid.

Now if you went to the grocery and purchased a quart of ice cream and opened the lid to find it 3/4 full you would not be happy. There is no reason Chick-fil-A is any different. If your selling a quart expect to deliver a quart and nothing less.

Don't waste your time ordering ahead on the App.Used the App 3 times and the order is NEVER ready and have to stand and wait 10-15mins while they just start your order.

This Chick-fil-A is awesome! They deliver every time.
