Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Always tip top customer service and fresh food. My family s go to for dinner on the go in between activities!

By far the best Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Not only was it clean and efficient (busy) but one of the friendliest and portions actually seemed better? Truly Chick-fil-a elite!

Love Chick-fil-a breakfasts. I did try to get my egg like a fried egg but they only offer the square egg or egg whites. Still good.

Fast service, clean interior. Had a person in the drive thru line taking orders faster than the intercom alone. I got a spicy salad and while it's a bit small for the price it was quite good and fresh. Also got a diet lemonade.

Went the other day and there weren't that many cars in line, but it took over 20 minutes to get through the line. If I had wanted to wait that long for food, I would have gone to a real restaurant.

Service was great as always however my Market Salad was not, tasted a bit old and made with leftover "grilled chicken sandwich meat". Waited in that long line for a expensive subpar meal. SMH.

Food was hot and the staff are friendly and professional especially with it being lunch hour and this location. The only downfall is there is not a lot of parking for the amount of business that they do. You end up parking in the outlet mall parking lot and walking to the restaurant. If you do not like real busy restaurants during breakfast, lunch , or dinner time this is NOT the place for you. This location is the busiest Chick-fil-A of all the ones I have been in but they do a great job.

Slowest location when it comes to pickup to go orders

I am a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A, but today s visit was a bit disappointing. No straw,ice in a no ice drink and service was in a bit slower than typical.

Lunch time and very busy. Employees outside taking your order and making you happy. Although probably 12-15 cars in front of me still through the line in 8 minutes. If that wasn't enough my milk shake, which was all I was getting, was free. Great place.

The spicy chicken burgers were super good. I ate 2 on my own. Loved the availability of cherry coke. Great kids play area. Very friendly staff. Only thing I found not so great were the slightly soggy fries.

They are out of hashbrowns this morning. Offered me french fries instead but charged me for them, not sure how paying for the bowl and a small fry makes up for the price of me just wanting the bowl.

Had the best experience this morning here! Chick-fil-A always is a pleasant experience, however this morning it seemed like every person we spoke to went out of their way to make the visit special. Really felt like they knew us even though we live in Florida. When I was ordering, I forgot to include I didn t want milk in my iced coffee and they kindly remade it for me without issue even though it was my mistake. Cannot say enough good things about every single employee here.

Overpriced, greasy and my club sandwich smelled and tasted like it had gone bad. I know people love this place but it continues to disappoint me. Service was impeccable.

I come here all the time, and usually they're pretty cool. Anyway, as I pulled in the drive-thru I'm watching they way they're handling credit card payment with customers in the drive thru line. I'm watching the employee handle everyone's credit card. I watched the employee (McKenzie) reach for several credit cards, swipe, and hands it back to the car. As I make my order I extend my arm to give her my card and instead of grabbing and swiping it as she'd done with the customers ahead of me, she extends her hand held device and asks me to swipe. Really???? I swipe and pull forward. I continue to watch as she tends to customers behind me, and of course she takes their credit cards, swipe, and hands it back. Wouldn't have been a big deal if she did the same for everyone, but she only did that with me. I'm not trying to pull the race card, but c'mon!!! Doesn't get any more obvious than that. Worst customer service ever.

This CFA always has friendly service and our order is always accurate. I actually drive past another CFA in order to use this CFA because the owner at this CFA often offers more CFA One (app) promotions and the service here is faster than the location closer to me.

I always get a market salad with chicken at any Chik-fil-a I go to but this particular location is a little stingy with their chicken on the salad every time I go. You want to see what it should look like? Get the salad from the Marietta location by Walmart on Cobb Parkway (near the Big Chicken). Comes loaded.
