Service took a long time tonight, normally it is pretty good, possibly short on staff.

Food was delicious! And reasonable. We ate on the balcony over the water best area to eat! Service was fast and friendly. I reccomend!

Really lovely view of the entire Bay here! Try not to overindulge on the chips, because you will need room for their signature sizziling fajita platters. Great place for families, or a fun happy hour. This location has a busy lunch hour, so be prepared for a little wait.

Always a good place for a frozen margarita. the good news is they are back to making their tortilla chips the old way. They are thin, crispn and just slightly salted.

Nice ambiance, the bar was very understocked (due to the weekend) but we made due. The food was great!!!

Long wait and the food was mediocre at best I typically enjoy chevys but this one put me off of them for awhile.

You deserve not one star but zero, I ve continusly given this place a second, third one too many chances due to the simple fact that, it s my moms tradition to come here on her birthday just so they can sing to her and give her the hat. However that hasn t been the case for the past two years on my birthday and my brothers birthday not only did I inform them about his birthday but the waiter was so dismissive and nonchalant about it that we waited so long to get our orders taken then we waited another 30-40mins to get our food and then once our food came we didn t see our waiter the rest of the night. Not to mention my moms birthday was 01/01/2020 and we went there our 3 minute wait turned into 45 minutes our food took so long for only the 4 of us. We were missing items from our order and once our food came our waiter disappeared I had to get another waiter to give me our check because the service was so bad I couldn t spend another moment nor another dime. The worse mistake you guys made was shutting down the San Francisco location because you guys can t top that customer service that they produce. We come across the bay bridge to spend our money for poor service.

Went and sat at the bar. The bartender was rude. But I figured it was because they were busy. (Still not excuse to be rude). She didn't greet us...We had yo ask if we could order. Another bartender came to help walked up to the couple next to us to ask if they wanted chips. She looked passed us the whole night. No one asked if we wanted more chips or a refill NOTHING! It was a bad experience and we will not be returning. If you want bad service then this is the place.

Five star the bartenders are phenomenal. Sit at the bar!!!

Food is good, but if this place is advertised as texmex, they should have at least texmex music, because if I want to hear music in English, I would go to american restaurants.

Got soup and surf and turf combo. Both tasted fine but quantities are smaller than expected for the price

The view was fantastic but the service was absolutely horrible. The food was more salty than savory or spicy. This location needs work.

We were a party of 11 for lunch. Food didn't come out all at once; service was inconsistent as 1/4 of guests waited additional 20 min after their colleagues had food. Additionally, the entrees served to first 2/3 of guests were incomplete, missing part 2 of 2 or missing a side. My fajita was sizzling hot when served, but rest of entree cold. This indicates to me, the line order was not consistent in kitchen.

Food and service (takeout) was excellent. They also offer outdoor dining.

The server was terrible the was ok we had to wait 45 min for our food to come out two people got their food before us in o think it was wrong if you do go make sure you look at the rating.

They seating they have for the restaurant was great for the social distancing. The food was really good and everyone was nice and very helpful and I will definitely be going back.

My favorite Chevy's by far. I love the Bulldogs, chips and Salsa! Yummy yum yum!

The hostess stand was an unmanned disaster. Service was terrible. I ordered a glass of wine and 35 min later I was told they didn't have it. Soup was never served. Altogether terrible service. The food that did come was excellent...hence the 2 stars

Slow service. Food only warm steak not cooked and had to send bac it was raw!

Got the tortilla soup, it was room temperature! I told the server and he didn t do anything about it ! Rice was at least a day old.. would NEVER go back

You just can't go wrong with tacos and mango margaritas.

A top site for delicious mexican food. Super tasty. I'll return with my friends. It has a great feel to it.

Terrible service long wait times even though plenty of tables available. Allowed others to be seated before our party that arrived after us. Staff standing around could be more productive poor management execution.

And finally after waiting 1.5 hours we had to involve a manager. We were originally told 35 minute wait. What really happened was the hostess was seating her friends and allowing others to go before us. The manager fixed the problem but again 1.5 hours later. Wow. Its COVID and these ate the employees you keep?

Please fire these imposters and bring the real employees back but only if they're trained

Chicken flautas is the best dish. Plus, the atmosphere is on point for watching a big game and entertainment.

They have it beautifully set up in the parking lot for social distancing.. Crowds expected during warm days

Beautiful location! The happy hour starts at 3pm onward and all of sunday. The margaritas are the best! It gets busy here so try and call ahead of time. The main reason I only gave it 4 stars is the parking is horrendous. The spots are not only too few but incredibly tiny. If you can get dropped off I recommend you do so!

Let me start by saying that I came in with low expectations about food quality due to having a bad experience at another location. I only came here for one reason my cousin insisted it was legitimate.

SERVICE : We were greeted immediately when arrived, and our server was very friendly and quick to serve us. We were even approached by a friendly older gentleman asking us about our experience and ensuring we were being helped. I am assuming he was a manager?

FOOD: I was able to try the Nachos appetizer and was totally impressed! The chicken was nicely done along with the guacamole, and all in other ingredients were true to the Fresh Mex advertisement. I also tried the Chicken Flautas and OMG! SO GOOD! This was an amazing dish. Not only was the presentation excellent, but all the textures and flavors very fresh.

ENVIRONMENT: Great atmosphere near the Marina. Tables were fairly clean. Only reason I gave a 4 was because at the booth where we had our dinner had a very dusty overhead lamp. They need to ensure they are dusting or it might drop into the food.

PRICE: I thought the price was good for the amount of food we received and the service we received.

RECOMMENDATION : YES YES YES!

Food good, but BEWARE of leaving valuables in your vehicle here. Lots of vehicle breaks-ins in the area...I know i was a victim yesterday. Oh, and thanks California for decriminalizing car breakins... most states it's a felony...California is maybe a misdemeanor. That is why vehicle break-ins are on the rise. Cops can't really do anything to the criminals.

The food doesn't have the same umph as a few years ago. I found 1 hair in my food but the waiter corrected it.

The view is great. The service is spotty and the place needs a DEEP clean. The next time I go there and it is that dirty, i will boycott the place.

The service but one waitress was bad. The food was no where near a match to the price, and the fact that we waited for 45 minutes for food that tasted like my little sister made is not ok. Granted I do give he place that they came with a good outlook, but if they want more people pull the price down or make the food better.

You pay for a view. Over Priced tasteless food with slow service. A great combination to avoid. If they put as much effort into the taste as they do the presentation they might actually have a something.

This location is hit-or-miss and is the worst of the ones we regularly visit. We only return here because the one that was closer to our house closed a couple years ago.

They were about to close but the service was excellent. They took my order and before i could even get comfortable my food was there nice and hot

I planned dinner for my family last sunday to go to this one ,use to go to the Richmond one witch was great every time, so we get here around 7:45pm lady comes out n tells is there closed

Never enough servers on duty, very hard working staff. Management needs to appreciate staff and hire more staff. Food is good, beautiful bay views.

Fun spot for lunch and margaritas. Excellent service and tasty Mexican food

Bad service. Had to wait for approximately 10 minutes before we were appoached . the server was rude. After taking the order we waited 20 minutes to get our food and it was cold and tasteless.
The view however is marvelous but I won't recommend it to anyone I know.
