You deserve not one star but zero, I ve continusly given this place a second, third one too many chances due to the simple fact that, it s my moms tradition to come here on her birthday just so they can sing to her and give her the hat. However that hasn t been the case for the past two years on my birthday and my brothers birthday not only did I inform them about his birthday but the waiter was so dismissive and nonchalant about it that we waited so long to get our orders taken then we waited another 30-40mins to get our food and then once our food came we didn t see our waiter the rest of the night. Not to mention my moms birthday was 01/01/2020 and we went there our 3 minute wait turned into 45 minutes our food took so long for only the 4 of us. We were missing items from our order and once our food came our waiter disappeared I had to get another waiter to give me our check because the service was so bad I couldn t spend another moment nor another dime. The worse mistake you guys made was shutting down the San Francisco location because you guys can t top that customer service that they produce. We come across the bay bridge to spend our money for poor service.
