I had a great time I had a party of three we all enjoyed our food customer service was excellent the security waited for us to leave the conversation was pleasant loved it I will go back

Nice view and setup, but terrible service. I got 2 rounds in (spread out over 2 hours) before I threw in the towel on my order. Food never showed up, so I canceled my order and grabbed the check.

the worst customer service we waited for more than 45 mins and the manager and the waiters could never serve us ... it is better to go to another Mexican restaurant in the area

Only use the bathroom and didn't get to eat that I've ate there before it was horrible at that location their service was horrible

The salsa is amazing, but not nearly as good as the sunset view of the bay from the back patio.

Many years ago this place was 4-5 star but has gone down in quality.

Chevy's Emeryville is Much more than a Beautiful View...the food is Always Fresh & Fantastic!
The crew does such a Great job at taking the Best care of us Every time.

Every once in a while it takes a few extra minutes to get food that is not "Fast", so I suggest that the Millennials hold back on the "One Star" reviews ;)

Excellent Mexican food, good service and decent atmosphere.

Their menu played with my emotions. I thought I was gonna get something that would fill up my stomach for the amount that it cost. I should have went to get a burrito from a East Oakland taco truck.

Chevys in Emeryville has some nice views of the bay if get sit near the windows. The food is good, the drinks are served well. The staff is pleasant.

They are extremely busy on weekends. I'm pretty sure they completely ignore togo orders until the customer arrives, then they put the ticket in the kitchen and from there expect an hour wait. They probably just serve the in house customers first. They need to turn off togo. Also no one attending. Beware.

Better food & service than the majority of other Chevys in the bayarea.

my first time here from Out of town and it felt like home Patricia or waiter was very polite and served us well not to say the bartender as we order offered us chips and salsa as we waited to be seated the food was on point would recommend this place. the only negative point I would say was the host they didnt check for us and crossed us off the list I had to go check if we had been called because we were in the bar area other than that excellent.

I love this place! Sure, it is a chain restaurant, and can sometimes get busy, but the food is always consistently good, and the liquor selection is quite extensive. Their margaritas are fabulous!

Service is always excellent at this location; Hilario recommended a fantastic lunch combo (salad and quesadilla) and it hit the spot at an affordable price (approx. $10). Great views from the cantina!!

I went to eat there late this evening first time the waitress was very nice to us I like Mexican Food I got the Steak & Shrimps and Rice & Vegetables the meal was delicious i would eat there again And That Strawberry Lemonade Was the Bomb .8/19/20 .Nacho With Salsa Was Good To .

One of my favorite Mezican restaurants! We used to visit the Chevys in Salt Lake all of the time before it closed so it was nice to find one during my business travels. Highly recommend the nachos or the guacamole...or even better, get both!

Michael (a manager) provided possibly the worst customer service experience this year. Watching people line up to the to go counter while he taps his pen against the clip board for reservations. 20 minutes pass until another server comes to assist. When asked why he didn't help or call someone else he just replies that's how it works here, what do you want me to do about it?

Very nice place and tasty food, very friendly the waitress liked it.

The food and drinks aren t bad, but the fact that they allow rabbits to be sold out the restaurant is disgusting and unsanitary.

Food was good. The table guac was the best I've had there; shoutout to the server that hooked it up! Super busy spot so didn't get great service but food was good. We wanted to drink more but no one came by after 1st round of drinks to ask us if we wanted more. Anytime a sever came by we were asking for basics to eat our food-cutlery, napkins, chips, tortillas, etc. We had to ask a few times for dessert; they handed us our check before even asking if we wanted anything else.

So me and my sister indulge in their lunch menu every other week and it's delicious every time. Never fails. Margaritas are always delicious as well.

You have to try this steak and chicken fajita salad. The flautas are always great and in honor of the Warriors win during the finals they were free after every win

I had a great time with my family and father who was visiting from Mexico city he and my wife had wonderful margaritas my father said that he loved it.

We had our car broke into. Lost everything. Food was good.

I was there for dinner with my Fam this past Saturday night. After done, I went to get my car and I notice my windows wer broken. I was missing personal valuable items, I contact the manager to let him know about it, He was not surprised. He stated he could only help me by calling the police, and taking to one of the servers he said that it was a very common crime there at that restaurant. When the officer showed up he told me ther was one more car they had broken in to. He also stated he had been ther in the past to make reports for 9 different vehicles.

Talking to the server he said that the manager knows about the problem but he doesn't do anything about it.

Now my visit to San Fransisco was awesome the only bad taste lft in my mouth was that dinner at Chevy's

Very slow and disorganized service, had to ask for water, 1 plate came out several minutes after the rest, they were out of many items, food was very sub-par. Our main waiter was inattentive. While his assistant was more helpful, he appeared overworked. Despite this poor service, many staff members came out to sing for the multiple birthdays.

Food is always delicious. Just very busy. Don't go hungry because it is always a wait.

My sister and i went to chevys in emeryville for my moms birthday. My sister ordered a steak well done with shrimp when my sister was served her steak it was still pink in the middle so they took it back and cooked it more and brought it back it and it tasted rubbery like they heated it up in the microwave. I ordered a quesadilla and i could of made it at home and it would of tasted better. The best thing was the salsa and chips.

Very tasty food and beautiful views of the water. Happy hour is great. I got the border wings and they were delicious. I would definitely come back here.

Stay Away From This Place!!!! I had booked the banquet room for my brothers memorial service we had talked to the manager Jesus my sister went to give them the 200 dollar deposit and was told by a manager that called her self V that a mistake had been made that they had double booked the room was not available they said they would have the GM or district manager call me back but they never did. They have made a difficult time even harder and have been completely uncaring.

Second time visiting in 2 months. Very displeased with the service each time. 45-60 minute wait for food each time.
