Cherry Hill Audi gets it! I leased an AUDI from Turnersville, NJ and unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed with their customer service and relations.I contacted Amanda Hartung, the General Manager at Cherry Hill, Audi. Wow! How refreshing to deal with a true,compassionate,and sincere person. Amanda and her staff, Billy Owens, service manager and Andrew Garber,saleman really worked to keep me as an Audi owner. Amanda, young and vivacious not only listened to my concern but rectified the problem at NO COST TO ME, THE CONSUMER. She gets it, why.....after my lease I would have walked away from ever purchasing another Audi after dealing with Turnersville and Corporate Audi. In an effort to see if this lack of customer care was common throughtt all Audi dealerships, I contacted Cherry Hill Audi and communicated to her my experience with Corporate Audi and another Audi dealership.With warmth and graciousness, she heard my plight and assured me that it is not how they do business at Cherry Hill Audi. Amanda restored my trust and confidence in good old fashion customer service. She is a real down to earth professional woman.
