I m shocked that this dealership has the rating it...

I m shocked that this dealership has the rating it does. We moved to the state in June. I have been trying (not even an exaggeration) since June to get ahold of someone about my recall. I call and one answers. I call, leave messages, no one responds. I STOP IN and get told someone will call you tomorrow and weeks later I m still waiting. It got to the point I called Freehold and they answered on the first call, and I am in for my recall anddddd my tire on Saturday. Sad that Andrew just lost a sale because I couldn t imagine upgrading to the Q8 and having to deal with this Audi. We really liked him and I really like the Q8. Sorry Andrew! If only you were at a different dealership!!

**Update** Their director called me after posting this review. He left a message saying they know there is a problem with their phones... um no sir there is a problem with your employees being lazy and unorganized.... I called him back within minutes and no answer (shocker) left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. So no, he has not been trying over the last few days to reach me.
