From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were ignored. Waited in the show room for about 6-7 minutes with not 1 sales associate saying a word to us. We saw about 3 associates at their desks. We looked at the car floor models a little while longer until the 1 associate was finished speaking with 2 customers. He walked them outside and came back in on his phone and didn t make eye contact with us; Went back to his desk. I have been so excited to purchase a vehicle for myself, I ve saved and couldn t wait to get to Audi. After this experience, I will never come back nor recommend. It s common decency to at least tell a customer that no one is available to assist us but to completely ignore my husband and I is absolutely ridiculous.
