Was actually impressed with the service and transparency of this particular Chapman dealership. I had a bad experience with a Tempe Chapman and I have hated the establishment ever since untill I emailed a sales associate Johann Alfaro who set my mind at ease. I was here for about 4 hours and for the first time in my car buying history I left with the excite vehicle I wanted!
