Beckwith Place is an excellent apartment complex. I have lived here for two years and have had NO complaints.

You will not beat the price for the space. The staff is amazing and efficient.

The area is quiet despite being so close to the highway. Stop in and take a look at them, you won t regret it!

I've been here for 3 years and just signed for another year. It's quiet here and the walls are thicker than most to keep noise almost unnoticeable. The office ladies are very nice and the maintenance guys are a trip! One of them even helped me with my break lines on my car. Calling in repairs usually only takes a day or two, which is usually wait time for parts. Good group of people and quite understanding.

I have lived here for 5 years now and the complex is very clean and quiet. I feel very safe here. All the staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. You can tell they care about their residents.

Lived here for almost a year and a half and had only a few issues (drain clogs, bugs, some mold, mildly drafty, but I lived in the old buildings) until the person who was staying with me left just before the end of the lease and I had serious difficulty renewing it due to a lack of cosigner. If you decide to live here, make sure you meet financial prerequisites. Other than that, the place is very clean, it's a quiet neighborhood, maintenance service is excellent and most everyone is friendly.

Beckwith Place Apartments is a good place to call home. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff fixes issues quickly. Rent is competitive, if not lower than other places. The location is good, close to downtown, not too far from 28th street and Knapp's corner is a hop-skip-and-a-jump away.
