Sloppy and careless workmanship. Terrible communication, slow to respond (if at all). Wholly unsatisfactory outcome.

Patio door:
- It took 4 attempts to install the lock correctly. It still doesn't work right and feels creaky and crunchy when I turn the mechanism.
- Caulk was smeared in several spots on the patio. The caulking job around the patio door was sloppy and left holes in places.

Bathroom window:
- The window was not installed level! Installer tried to pass it off like the frame of the house wasn't level, but that's nonsense.
- The interior seal wasn't caulked. Even after it was pointed out, the installer still only caulked the sides and the top - I had to caulk the bottom seal myself.

Entry door:
- The threshold is warped and bent.
- The paint around the door knob and deadbolt started chipping the moment the installers left.
- The deadbolt wouldn't fit snugly into the opening, so the opening had to be ground out. It now looks like it's been gnawed at by beavers.

Responsiveness and communication was awful. I repeatedly had to wait for over a week to hear back from anybody, and often had to call and call again to get a response. Sometimes it felt like nobody knew what was going on with my project. At one point, I was supposed to get a whole new sash & lock for the patio door, then I was supposed to get a sash repurposed from another project, and in the end I got no new sash or lock, but rather another lame attempt at a fix.

This project cost me nearly $10,000 and the refund they offered me was $150. For this kind of money, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a higher level of quality, especially from such a high-profile, local company. I'm disappointed in their work and their customer service. I would not recommend Champion to anybody.

The solution was NOT agreeable. I only agreed to it because it's clear you won't provide me with a solution that I actually find agreeable, and I'm tired of dealing with you and your so-called customer service. Understand that I'm not satisfied with the installation work, I'm not satisfied with the customer service, and I'm not satisfied with the resolution. I'm simply done with you guys. Thanks.
