Not refunding people is horrible and greedy. Avoid this company

A business driven solely by profit and little concern for anyone involved

Just got back from a stay in Chalet Panoramique, we were really impressed. Lovely spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and excellent value. We would definitely stay with Chardons again.

Disgraced to read in the BBC that the company cannot offer refunds for families who were not even permitted to travel there. Unethical.

Tempted to say how bad it was so plenty of availablity for me . B U T .....
....... Chalet Chardons, to the rear of Intersport and opposite The Boot Room bar, is simply terrific value for money, in clean, well maintained rooms with amazing staff too many to mention ( and not possible to single out especially ) with brilliant food ( except scrambled egg ) and sooooo much off it. Curry night is maybe not what you'd expect in a ski resort, and the cauliflower curry is a ' must try ' , but it was definitely a winner.

We'll definitely be back, and hopefully be bringing more with us next time. Thanks 1 & all

Ideal rental for a stay with family or couples. Location of the chalets at the top for access to the slopes. Very welcoming staff. Innovative concept and quality services.

What a fantastic way to access the Tignes Val d'Isere ski circuit whilst on a reasonable budget. Chardon's is a wonderfully friendly chalet staff led by Tracey. Food is always exceptional with a fine breakfast choice and massive evening meal, not forgetting the afternoon tea and cakes.
Staff were helpful in arranging ski hire and ski pass so I was ready to go as soon as I arrived. The chalet caters for saisonaires and single clients who have to be prepared to share a room. Rooms are basic with bunk beds ensuite shower facilities in most rooms, but they do the job.
The clients are also incredibly friendly with many returning year after year, as I have also done recently. The company also run other chalets such as the Hattiers at a slightly higher price and neater accommodation but the same high quality food.
There are always some areas for improvement but the these are massively outweighed by the pluses.

The guy who attended us there was very very nice. About the place is beautiful but little far away from the sky station. Additionally, no private parking.

Beautiful location, comfortable accomodation, good food and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Great place for beginners and experienced alike.
The naff reviews for Chalet Chardon are fake, probably made by people that have never been any where near the place.

Great personal atmosphere at the top with excellent value for money Price

Had an excellent week with Chardons, all the staff were really friendly and attentive and were happy to help with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend them and will be coming back to stay again.

Can t believe they won t even move dates for people affected by COVID-19.

Hotel very surprising ... .... very surprised when arriving you are asked if you speak English because the establishment is held by English. We had booked on the internet what was not indicated on the site ... otherwise people very friendly who make an effort to speak french ... ps a bottle of wine is offered small flat provide the corkscrew in the bag ... the channels on the TV are also in English ... but by no means disappointed .. .

Don't expect 5 star accommodation, but it's clean with fantastic food and friendly staff. Great value and handy for the slopes, probably the best in the world. Everyone here is very happy with it.

We stayed in the Lo Soli Chalet and had a wonderful week! The Chalet is very cosy and located near the skiing lift. Although it is quiet expensive, it is worth every cent! The staff is super nice and helpful, the food came in massive amounts and was delicious, you could even say sublime ;) on the first day they stayed extra late and waited with the dinner preparation because we were stuck in traffic and they organised our skiing passes so we wouldn't have to go to the station! All in all, I would recommend this place if you are willing to pay for an excellent and carefree stay!

Good luck trying to get your money back . They refuse to give refunds for booked holidays during COVID-19 period and tried every possible way to lie and scam you so they can keep the money .

Great location near to Les Brevieres lift. Rooms are like a hostel and the whole place has a bit of a hostel vibe which a range of age groups and families. Food was excellent and much better than I had expected with the low price.

This is a cozy chalet where staff are really friendly and happy to help arrange things at short notice. Especially Tracey and Justine who shared their local knowledge with us and helped us plan great days and nights out. And Chris who helped us book everything from our accommodation to transfers and ski hire at short notice - he was a lifesaver!
The location of the chalet is good and you can get to Tignes Le Lac in 40 mins via the brevieres chairlift and free resort bus.
I especially like the social side to Chalet Chardons. The wifi area was by the bar, so it draws everyone down to drink, surf and chat. The long dining tables (which can convert into ping pong tables later) were pretty good too as they also encouraged guests to mix over breakfast and dinner. I would certainly recommend it for both small and large groups of all ages.
The chalet is above a bar called the Moose which has live music as their apres ski most nights and reasonably priced drinks. Being just below Chalet Chardons, you might think it would be a nightmare at night but I barely heard a thing from my room and my room looked out over the bar's exit.
If I could change one thing it would be...to have
a lamp for the bunks so you could read a book without disturbing others in the room.
Traveller tips
Bring an extension lead so you can charge multiple items at a time in your room. Our room had only one power socket!

After 3 years of economical friendly accommodation this year it went wrong. We won't go back.
