Good food but not worth the price. Amazing view. Horrible service, and due to that I definitely wouldn't return. Server spilled a wine bottle on my parents' table and replaced the AMOUNT spilled, when we finally got the manager over, she didn't even seem the slightest bit apologetic! All resto's I've been to in the past (casual dining or fine dining) have always put the whole bottle on the house. This one def needs MAJOR work on how to handle their resto as a classy fine dining restaurant.

I am happy to have done it once but it s not as spectacular as it may seem. Apart from the view which is of course amazing, the food is not worth the price. We ordered the steak which came with a few sides that were not really memorable. Their dirty martini was not the greatest but the old fashioned was good. One time experience is enough.

Exceptional view. Only positive point we can give this restaurant. The service is mediocre. The dishes are garbled on the table. We are bumped by the waiters and boss boy too hurry. The food is really foul. Dishes without tastes, fruit input me sea that only taste the acidity. Main dish of tasteless chicken, mashed potato with motons and just taste the butter. Vegetable is overcooked or not enough. What about the $ 220 bill for 2 person. Restaurant avoided without a doubt.

04.27.2019 3-course menu - starter, main and dessert: CAD $ 74.00 + taxes + tip + drink The menu changes frequently It pays to book to stay near the window and have the view just for you and to go straight to the CN Tower. And the food is very good! Dessert: Big size! Very Good! WARM MAPLE CHOMEUR TART Cranberry sorbet, crushed ginger snaps, Best Baa sheep's milk yoghurt

A high-speed elevator takes you in about one minute. Beautiful views open from the tower, the observation deck is equipped with large, clean windows, so you can have a bite to eat and continue to enjoy panoramic views. At an altitude of 351 meters there is a restaurant-cafe.

Probably a once in a lifetime treat for us, as it is not a budget-friendly experience for a family of 6. However, if possible, everyone should do this at least once. The food was absolutely great, and we loved their focus on local fare. Service couldn't be better, and we were made to feel very welcome, relaxed, and "at home". And it goes without saying that the view is unbeatable, especially as we enjoyed the sunset during our meal.

Overall good experience but I found myself surprisingly offended when one bald male waiter served us cold hard bread with butter. I Don t think restaurants of this caliber just unawarely do that..

The host at the front desk was very unwelcoming and rude. The waiter (Babu) had no idea about wine collection or food and when asked, he said look at the menu and left. He didn t bring my side dish either. When asked he chose not to reply. Wowww!! Thanks for ruining my birthday dinner.

So disappointed with the place. The price fix menu has nothing really good to eat and you order a la cart it's too expensive, the thing is. DOES WORTH! There's nothing fancy about this place. The place smell fish, the bread they serve is cheap bread and the service was okay, the guy was nice but took too long to come to us, I had to call him. In general the op ion I wanna bring is: there's no quality to pay this price!

If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to do it. I thought this was going to be a typical tourist trap, but I was actually really pleased with my experience here. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday one year. The view...I think is pretty self-explanatory. It's beautiful. And of course, the fact that it spins around (slowly) is every better. I went for lunch, but I would love to come again for dinner as the sun is setting. We both got the fixed price menu and had an appetizer, main and dessert. I was surprised at how big the portions were. I find sometimes more expensive places - especially when you get the fixed menu - tend to have smaller portions. These were definitely not small portions. By the time I got to the dessert - which was absolutely delicious - I was so stuffed I couldn't finish it. A lot of flavour in the dishes, and cooked excellently. The service was fantastic. Friendly, attentive and let's you enjoy the experience. Everything you would want.

Good food Very expensive But you get a free visit around top of the tower Which you normally pay for So not bad price when you take that into account

Ordered the nachos and added the smoked chicken. Extremely tasty, however there wasn't much chicken in that I was able to see or taste. The view from this restaurant is incredible and definitely worth enjoying again!

The food was nice. The view was also perfect, but I felt dizzy. They prepared the dessert for my birthday. It was on the house! However, most of the servers were not that kind and food s price was too high. I d recommend to visit this restaurant if it s your birthday or something special day!

Stunning 360 views. Horrendous food. Ordered steak, lamb shoulder, chicken, mushroom brioche, appetizers, fries, salad and dessert. Only edible items were the salad and the dessert. Everything else was absolutely GOD AWFUL. From the stale bread, dirty dishes to the raw tasteless $80 steak. A blind folded rabid monkey could have easily cooked a better meal than what was presented. But the views are great.

Despite a pea-soup fog shrouding the view, we very much enjoyed our meal and the service. George and the rest of the staff were very attentive, yet gave us enough room to enjoy ourselves. Any questions we had were helpfully answered and all the dishes were explained simply and eloquently. While the fog never let up, the atmosphere was very intimate and our dishes thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend the experience. We look forward to our next visit.

What s better than having lunch in the clouds with your loved one? Fabulous atmosphere, fantastic food, and of course the best view of the best city! Definitely will return. Super impressed with the friendly staff from enterence all the way up to the sky. If your planning to go up the tower, make reservations and grab a bite too. Babies, young ones... all ages were up having lunch. I also noticed there is no dress code in effect. From pumps to sneakers. Haven t been impressed with a meal like that in years.

The food was amazing. My server was kind and sociable without being overbearing. The dessert I had was somewhat disappointing on taste but the presentation of it was epic. The views were stunning. It is a little pricey but it was worth every dollar.

The lunch menue highly priced, limited selection for a two course meal. Ceaser salad was a 9 out of 10, The chicken dish ordered by all the adults was an under cooked, mixture of fatty chicken parts with a hint of a few warmed vegetables. Some of the servers did their best to make the lunch at the tower memorable while others were overly pushy in clearing the table. We enjoyed the view from the CN Tower The restaurant was a disappointment. .

I've been at 360 many times, on a romatic date or family dinner or some friends night out in toronto. Never once we had any problem ordering either appetizers or main or just desserts. Last vist on Saturday May 11 was just a horrible experience, apparently they will force you to order 1 main per person even if some people in your group only wants an appetizer. Terrible waiter we had, very argumentative and loud, he try to make a scene when i ask if we can have everything out all at once.last time i check im paying the bill so i believe i can request how i want my food to be brought out. I stopped talkign to him as he's being very lour and I requested for a different waiter, the manager Arianne came by, she also have an attitude, not even a smile. When I explained to her what happened and gave her our order, she said that each person HAVE to order a main, its their policy but she said she will let it go this time, a $300 bill I paid that night and for that amount of money, Customer service was very poor and they made me feel like they let me stay out of pity and yet my total bill is $300. I dont consider myself cheap taking to consideration that I paid for everyone. Arianne also brag about the view and the lookout floor which is free if you dine at 360 but she even confirmed that at that night there was no view as its a cloudy, rainy day. I've been to 360 many times and I looked over their site just now to see if there's anything there that sayd each guest have to order a main or else they will refuse you to give you service or to let you stay. I even asked her that and she said its their policy so i just said wow so you will refuse customers if they dont order a main, as far as I know that against some law, you just cant refuse customers no matter what they order off the menu, as long as they're dressed right and dont misbehave. Overall experience was terrible, we didn't have a good time at all, terrible people here at 360. The night after we went to Niagara Copacobana, all the waitress, staff are very attentive, every 15min or so they check up on us and fill our water and give us new plates. I will never recommed 360 ever again but niagara copacobana is amazing, what a huge difference on service and the experience we had, great service is definitely a must!

Though it was on the pricy side the food was actually excellent and not typical tourist trap food. It has an elegant atmosphere, incredible service and not to mention a one of a kind view.

This restaurant is on the expensive side but is worth it for the views alone. We went in the evening and watched the sun set and the lights come on over Toronto. We tried 4 main courses, 2 salmon, pasta and a vegetable platter all of which were very nice. A glass of wine and 3 soft drinks brought the bill to $210 (including tip) but this included prioritised free access to the viewing decks which would have cost us $120 anyway. Definitely recommended.

Amazing food. Amazing views. One of the best (and most expensive) dining experiences I've ever had. Very friendly and attentive staff. Amazing menu with a great selection. Would recommend

The view was outstanding! We ordered the 3 course option for the meals and signature drinks from the bar. It was decent on both accounts. Although, we seen in the drink menu that you would get glasses to take home from the signature drinks. We didn't get offered those and by the time we realized it we took the elevator down already. We would go back if visiting Toronto again just for the view!

TAKE a CLOSE LOOK at your BILL before paying it. Our bill already included 18% tips. BUT, my waiter "proactively" selected 18% tips (around $100) on the POS machine BEFORE handing it over to us. When we asked him whether tips already included in the bottom line of the bill, he said he was not sure. Nice try, waiter. Food is just okay.

The food is good, but nothing special in the menu. Hard or even impossible to get used to rotation for some people. If you are planning to go there, make sure that the restaurant is not hidden in the clouds, otherwise you will miss great view and feel sick because of rotation even stronger.

Had a good birthday celebration there. Food is a little pricy for what they are offering on the menu however our server Mohammed was very cordial and even though we didn't tell him that it was my birthday he overheard my daughter talking and brought out their signature birthday dessert offering, that was a very nice touch. The overall experience was great!

This star is only for the view. The food worth nothing. The salmon and the pork are no fresh. And 16oz stack is even smaller than others 8oz. Even though views is great, you may think all the money is to pay for the view, over 100/person. Even worse, the bill give the price more than menu. That's the worst experience I could get in a restaurant.
