APC Overnight

Great place but you are overworked for little pay. Especially for agencies

I mean it's a night shift job, it's not too bad except that agency workers are treated quite badly having in mind that the place is (meant to be) fully tolerant with agency workers same as the staff of the company, but then we haven't even got individual lockers so we just have to chuck our bags or whatever onto the lockers with all of our valuables inside of them. Some managers and supervisors can be too strict and the job isn't always fair depending on what your current role is and there's more to explain about it but I cba lol. On the other hand people are helpful and as there's a flow of new people comming in and some leaving the company you may meet new people etc.

The place where you work and which management fights with your fists as "We work saifty" but unfortunately it is not so and the 2 the problem is a company that flat very bad. I'm sorry but that's the pure truth.

Can't knock on a door to save their lives. Better hope your parcel isn't important.

Worst place to unload, is 2h to unload, not done on a first come first served basis, but whether they go with your face or not! To carry is only by divine mercy, only left behind, wherever you look at employees with arms crossed talking, inefficiency! Bad company, disorganized!

Very bad and dangerous place with a lot of risk to have accident

I am working for Apc till Christmas it is an amazing place they have trucks from over the UK they unload them all and sort everything and then reload all the truck,the staff are brilliant so nice and friendly great place to work.

I work for apc and I was under the impression that a network would be a team and we would help each other no not here a cutthroat attitude you seem to get if your 5 mind late

Don't work here, little money considering the graft and little concern for safety.

Had a couple of trial shifts lined up at APC the frist night l started they send to me there would a transport mini bus what will take you to and from the warehouse in earily hours of the morning. There was NO! Transport bus at the end of the night me and free others had to get a taxi into Cannock. Instead when l frist got there security guard at the main entry was very rude because l was a couple of minutes earily. send l had to stand offsite in the freezing cold and rain before l was allowed on the site when the shift started. I got home at 5 in the morning cold and wet and send to my parents lm not going back. It was just a really dull experience and l had a the flu 3 days after never again.

Its a great place to work. Everyone is super friendly

Horrible one way system so if in a van avoid 2 mins to unload but half hour to get out

I have been unfortunate enough to use APC Overnight three times, none of these times was by personal choice but because online retailers chose to use them as a courier. Parcels do not arrive on time, if at all. Do not believe that they will deliver your parcel 'overnight'. Parcels are not treated well - they arrived battered and goods ruined. Their customer service is AWFUL. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone and if you do manage to speak to someone they are downright rude. Companies should NOT use this courier as it gives them a bad reputation.

When for 4 hour induction!! Was told have call next day with start day. Never had anythink. So 4 hours for nothink with no pay!!!

Could be better organised and give more room for turning lorries

Worked here temporarily for about 3 days. The employees I've spoken to seem to love this job as much as I did. Good for working out (lifting heavy parcels) and not a stressful job at all. People are encouraged to help each other out and it's much better than stocktaking let me tell you that. The supervisors are really friendly as well. It was a good experience working with them.

If your working late shifts there aint no buses running to get back in the morning you'll be stranded im cannock from 4 am till 6.30 am

Avoid these charlatans at all costs. 3 breakages in a week and no explanation. Account suspended when I asked what was going on. No explanation. Didn t even give us this week to find an alternative. Had a chat with our local driver. Apparently the manager at the local depot is a loose cannon. I kind of gathered that from her tone the last few weeks but after last weeks breakages I expected at least a little understanding. To strike us off with no explanation after I requested some information about why we were suddenly having so many breakages probably says all you need to know about APC s ethos. She just kept saying I can t give you any more information . When I asked who can she said no one will speak to you. Cool, goodbye then.

Redditch APC depot is hands down the most disrespectful and lying delivery service ever. The driver accuses the sender that it arrived destroyed. He then proceeds To come and deliver a second box with no mask or gloves or any regard for my safety. It is clear the driver whilst loading it in the morning destroyed the box. I had previously complained but was laughed at and told I was wrong and they were right. The proof is in the pictures. He enters the doorway and past my door thresh hold with out permission or protection. APC claims to focus on the customer but they have told the sender and myself that they will speak to the driver lmao. How would you feel if the box was clearly damaged by the delivery company who has a personal grudge cause you decide to stand up for yourself. APC does not follow Covid 19 safe policy even though they claim to.

It's ok for now updating yes office staff friendly and most of all people work there But is 1 self important dhd middle age and 2bit securty guard acting like a traffic manager rude

APC it is a place to work but the agency site managers are not fairly treating us. Before going to the cannock we must first have to call the agency and verify the shift time, but when we arrived at the site they sent us home claiming that there is no work at APC, where we notice that there are some employees who went to the site without verifying their shift time and they were allowed to work instead of us. It is very bad indeed.

Decided to not deliver (next day delivery) perishable goods on a Friday and kept them in a non refrigerated warehouse over the weekend and deliver on a Monday. These, now out of date, items are now sat in my porch as no one is home to accept the delivery. The parcel was required for Mother's Day (a Sunday as you all know) so delivering on a Monday was of absolutely no use... even more so as the food is now out of date Avoid at all costs

Normally nice to walk around the fields and pond but some selfish a-holes on horses have made a terrible mess knowing the condition after the rain and snow.

I always book x2 parcells and always one is missing. Friendly drivers... USE DPD they are the best

Nice company to work for nice people there and managers treated me nicely too
