Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek is hands down the fastest, stress-free, professional dealership I've ever come in contact with! My husband and I were very appreciative of the care and attention we received while purchasing our vehicle. I had a leased vehicle that needed to be returned to another dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek took care of it for me so I wouldn't have to! All I can say is ask for Jose Castro to assist you and you will be in very great and capable hands! I would give them 10 stars if I could! LOL

I drive my 2011, 300c less than 2000 miles annually. Service advisor Mike Sevey of Walnut Creek MB dealership is sincere and honest explaining needed car repairs. The thermostat was recently replaced and so far the car is running fine.. The home pickup and return service is great.

He spent many hours explaining in detail all of the different vehicles that I was interested in, and even drove back with me to Sacramento to get my other leased Mercedes. Hanny in finance also had a great approach to educating us in the benefits of adding a service contract for my car. Thomas the GSM made things straight forward so that I was able to drive my car home that night. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help! Our family now has two Cars from MB of Walnut Creek and I must say don't waste your time at other dealerships because there's no comparison.

Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek was great! My salesperson Garrett was amazing and continued to keep in contact with me during the process of buying a used car. Other dealerships contacted me but he was the only one to follow up and he made sure I was in the car I wanted. He didn't try to make me buy a car I wasn't interested in. It took a few days for me to finally decide and when I decided on the car he got busy and made it happen. I don't have the best credit and somehow they were able to get me financed. The entire car buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek was Amazing and they have gained a lifetime customer. I will for sure refer my friends and family to them as well.

I purchased my car at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek with the impression that I would get a quality vehicle as well as quality service. I must say that this is what I got (at least for the 12 out of 13 times I have serviced/brought my vehicle here). I had ONE hiccup in service that I am still slightly uneasy about but I do want to give a shout out to service advisor Joel Hernandez for being so kind and reassuring through the process. Despite my concern being out of his hands, he answered all my questions about my services, is nice to talk to, and kept me up to date. I definitely recommend Joel Hernandez an advisor.

5 star goes to John C. who helped me in getting a 2021 GLA 250. Due to covid, I was mainly talking to him through phone and John had all the paper works done and ready when I went to the dealership. The car was waiting for me in front with my name on it. This is my first mercedes and he explained all the features of the car to me. He even helped me set up my mercedes me/connect account. I purchased the used 2013 Madza5 on my credit car. I had to let you guys make credit applications but my FICO is strong enough to take the hits. I let you guy have $100 on the invoice for your vehicle tracking, but I get the $100 back as a credit card rebate. I took no exception to the squealing during the test drive, my research suggest not brake problem but suspension. I refused your warranty offers as I will self insure. If the car blows up, I hope it takes my life as you will have lost a potential customer for a new Mercedes Benz. I enjoyed the first class treatment by your employees. The only way you could better if you followed up with me to see how I was doing But again, I am sure you were just happy to get the used 2013 Madza5 off your lot. (I was impressed to find the last owner's documents.)

Overall, great experience. Keith was the salesman I was contacted by. From start to finish, he was exceptional. He listens well and has superb follow up. I purchased a vehicle 2000 miles away and he made the process effortless.
Mike is the sales manager, and like Keith was attentive and very helpful. It's tough to work with large dealerships and groups sometimes, but these two set the standard.
If I were to gripe about anything, I'd say the shipping is the only thing that has made me weary about purchasing from a big group. I won't receive the car for another week or so, but will stay positive that it arrives issue free.

1. Their website is easy to navigate and beautifully designed. I found it extremely easy to search for what I was looking for. Pictures were abundant along with the information. I didn t feel like I had to give out my personal information for MORE information.

2. I called the dealership and talked to Ixia - she was extremely accommodating and professional. I had missed a good window to have my car appraised by a hair, and she went out of the way to talk to her manager to make sure I could be seen. I felt guilty, so we rescheduled.

3. This is when I received a call from John. Yet another accommodating and professional employee. He called me a second time after we initially spoke because he wanted to make sure I wasn t driving too far from where I was at (I m a local!). When we met up he was extremely personable and funny. As someone who drove her Mini Cooper Countryman into a sea of Mercedes Benz vehicles I really felt like I was in another world and needed some familiarity. John was able to provide that.

4. The process of getting this car left me feeling anxious (I feel like this may be a universal experience), but after continuing to crunch numbers and come to an agreement, it dawned on me that John really went the extra mile - probably completed his daily goal of 10,000 steps for the day walking back and forth from finance and used up every ounce of patience he may have had that day. But in the end he was determined to make it work; he made sure that I was signing papers and had the keys in my hand when I walked out of the building.

5. While pulling up the GLA 250 that I still couldn t believe was mine, he offered us some coffee and a few minutes to unwind (but deep down inside I knew we all needed a cocktail). I know this portion of the review is small, but again - John didn t have that get in, get out mentality. He stayed himself and beside me until the very end.

6. Honestly...this whole car-buying experience from the Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz dealership went MUCH smoother and better than I had originally imagined. I definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. Ask for John!

Great customer service! I received help from a guy named Joaquin. He was really nice and genuine and willing to answer all questions I had about the car I was looking into. I was looking into an electrical vehicle because of the California Vehicle Assistance Program, which is amazing that they are a part of that Program! Joaquin was able to answer all questions I had. Due to Covid, he was not able to ride along with me but I still enjoyed driving the car. He was also very conversational and willing to help me understand my contract and help make changes when I asked him to. His manager was also very helpful and generous. I can't say enough about my experience at the MB dealership in Walnut Creek. Eduardo, Mike and Ash are the dream team! Their tireless efforts to help us get the right car at the right price sold us. We felt valued and important and at the end of the day, they found the perfect car for our family. They listened and overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We live in a completely different county but dealing with these guys was worth it. They went above and beyond every step of the way and I honestly feel like we have made new friends. We decided to make an appointment to look at a car we saw online with Mercedes Walnut Creek to check it out. Immediately Asim greeted us and was so friendly. After looking at the car we initially wanted to see we realized it wasn't a good fit for our family and Asim was so helpful in helping us narrow down a car that we really liked. He found us the car of our dreams a Mercedes GLS. Asim has so much knowledge about Mercedes and he answered all of our questions. Not only does he have knowledge but he is very passionate about Mercedes as a brand so he really made the whole experience of buying a car at Mercedes Walnut Creek very positive and exciting for us! Asim and his manager Mr Laurent worked together very hard to ensure we had the best deal and it was so good that it was impossible to walk away without the car. We were blown away by the customer service and positive experience we had from every person that helped us. The receptionist in the front, to the sales associates, managers, and finance associate as well! Mercedes Walnut Creek really cares about their clients and works hard to make sure they are taken care of and they go the extra mile. Asim went the extra mile for us and even when we stopped by the dealership after we purchased the car to drop something off he took the time to drive around with us and teach us about some of the technology in the car and made sure we left with a car wash! He was committed to providing great customer service and this was demonstrated from the moment I pulled into the service department until the moment I drove away. I was advised by Nicholas Matheson-Finance Manager and Matt Bolt-Service adviser that a defective paddle shifter (part of steering wheel) is covered by CPO. I was advised to get an appointment to fixed the the problem. However, last Dec 14th Matt was off duty . Thus, a new service adviser Vitia assisted me. Service Advisor did not return calls or tell me when my car was ready for the following morning, after leaving multiple messages I called the front desk and was told (lied) he was at lunch. Eventually I was driven in to find out what was going on, and was told it was his day off and he had not bothered to inform me the day before or make sure someone did. Meanwhile I was without my car for a day and wasted hours and lost work. To cap it off there is minor damage to the interior of the drivers side door of my SL that was not there when I dropped the car off. Probably the worst service experience of my life and totally unworthy of the Mercedes brand. It appears that many of your service staff are teenagers or in their early twenties and have no sense of customer service or responsibility, especially for your more premium cars. I was planning on purchasing a w223 S-Class when it is released through your dealership but have no inclination to do so after this experience.

Let me tell you something. I am a 22-year-old I went in there with a dream of turning in my 2017 Mercedes and coming out with a brand new 2021E class Mercedes I spoke to OU. He thought I was a broke no credit type of guy. He did nothing to help me out , finally I meet the sales guy Named George Nijmeh , wow incredible service he treat me with respect and made my deal happen I recommend him 1000 times I would definitely be coming back to him whenever I need more cars and whenever I buy my G wagon within a year. Dealership was decent, not too flashy, and not too large but I was passed to a different sales reps every time I passed through to look at vehicles. I understand when dealing with someone in their early 20 s, there can be a certain level of skepticism and uncertainty on whether or not the young person is serious and can afford what you are selling.. BUT it does not mean you can just pass someone off to a rude and snarky sales rep; this was not the only dealership to do so. However, once you flash money suddenly everyone decides to cater to you. It s ridiculous. I honestly expected more out of Mercedes in Walnut Creek and Mercedes in general, as the Walnut Creek dealership is in a high volume area, but you just cannot expect so much out of people these days. That being said, I was taken care of in the end and purchased a vehicle from them. This review will not necessarily fix anything with the seasoned sales rep assisting me, but I do have to thank him for the sale and helping me out with an offer.

My service advisor, Miguel, was great, but the paint work performed on my car was poor. I initially brought it in because the paint chips that were fixed looked awful - like they put black paint (the wrong color black) on their thumb and smudged it on the hood - the key had not been replaced as it should have been, and the center console buttons were not fixed as they should have been before I purchased the car. My car was at the dealership for 2 1/2 weeks the first time, partly because the center console part had to come from Germany (understandable as the car was only made for a single model year) and because the hood was fully repainted. When I picked it up, I only looked in the place that was supposed to be fixed, which looked much better. However, when I arrived home to wipe off what Miguel and I both thought was wax around the edges of the hood, it was not. There was raw metal exposed all around the edges and they had taped around the emblem on the hood instead of removing it. I called Miguel and we took a look at it the following week. This re-repaint took a week and a half and looks better (no exposed metal or major inconsistencies), but not perfect. I am okay with the way it looks now, despite it not being perfect.

I would like to reiterate that MIGUEL WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, it was just the poor work of the body shop that I was thoroughly dissatisfied with and disappointed in. This is Mercedes-Benz after all - The best or nothing .

Probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Our sales manager, Bao, was incredibly easy to work with and was super transparent throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I left with the RIGHT car for us and the only way he was able to do that was by taking the time to get to know us and our lifestyles. Once we decided on a vehicle he did everything he could to get us the down payment and monthly installment we desired. Once we made it to finance, instead of being up sold to high heaven, our finance manager explained in great detail what the agreement entails and found a few places to save us EVEN MORE money before we signed. Outstanding experience all the way around. Not to mention friends of ours purchased from them 48 hours prior and got an identical experience with Bao and his team. I d have a hard time buying anywhere else in the future. Well done!

I have been to multiple car dealerships throughout my life, and this walnut creek branch by far exceeds all of them in design, quantity, and MOST especially customer service. They treat you like family here. It was mainly my advisor Vitia who provided such good and excellent customer service that I wanted to give back, so that's why I'm writing this review.
She went out of her way to take into consideration the concerns I had about my car parts and it's repairment, and she investigated and consulted many people in the dealership to help me get my car serviced by the most cost-saving method. This was just one example of my experience with her there. She is very friendly, polite, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and has a very welcoming aura. If you visit this dealership, ask for Vitia so that you can get the most out of your visit there. She should also have a second job where she should teach other people how to take care of customers, because she's a pro at it. I had been looking for this particular model (E350 Coupe) for a while and found the perfect match at MBZ Walnut Creek. The price was excellent and Angelique was gracious and professional. She helped me finalize the deal and had the car cleaned and ready to go when I picked it up. I had a problem getting the Bluetooth to pair with my phone, so Angelique had her colleague, Terrance, help me understand how to pair and it works great. Terrance also showed me how to use the "command" navigation tool - so many great things to say about these guys - definitely recommend buying a car from MBZ Walnut Creek.

I spent 5 hundred to do body beauty and did not take off the hard water spots on my car. I wasn't expecting to drive off with a new vehicle but I did and I couldn't be more happier! I've had my eye on the GLA for a few years and the folks at Walnut Creek made everything really easy. I set up an appointment online, arrived and met with a salesman who showed me exactly what I wanted, without trying to sell me anything else and a few hours later I was signing my contract. It has been two months since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. And I purposely waited this long to write this review in hope some one there would have the courtesy to call me and hear about my experience with them. Two days after I drove away in my new car, I was asked to go back to their sales office and sign a document which apparently they had missed the day of my purchase. I tried to speak to someone about questions I had regarding the navigation system but no one seemed willing nor interested in helping me. When I finally spoke to my sales rep, he simply said my car did not have a navigation system. He then suggested for me to use the apple car play feature which directly connects to my iPhone and use google maps. My concern was that the cooling off period for my contract was about to expire and I would end up with a car I wasn't totally happy with. So I made several calls to Mercedes Benz U.S.A. with whom I filed a formal complaint and was told I would hear directly from some one at the dealership, but this never happened. Why a brand name with so much distinction and prestige as Mercedes Benz would provide this type of customer experience, it is beyond my comprehension. The augmented reality navigation system is one of the best features Mercedes Benz has to offer in this line of vehicles and to my misfortune I do not have it. Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek is a convenient location for me so I will have to use them for my vehicle's regular maintenance. But I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor refer any one I know to them.

He also answered all my questions and informed me about the amount of time it would take for the car to be inspected. When he returned the car to me, it was clean, inside and out.

I bought my car from MB Walnut Creek in 2018 and everytime I go to get my car serviced I get the pleasure of getting to work with the best employee there which is Mike Sevey. He always makes sure that I understand what I going to be done with my car and the total costs to the work being done prior to the work being started so that I m not surprised at the end. Mike is so incredibly communicative as far as updates and making sure all my questions and concerns are answered.
