Stay away from this recruitment agency.They do not bother about you or where they place you.All they think about is making money off you.

I worked for this company for 2 years at one place called whitleys, who are a fantastic company and offered me a contract after the 12 week period. However as I was a student I choose to stay on at tower and work part time, every week, at whitleys. I never heard anything from any of the staff at tower except maybe a text every now and again for a time sheet... when it came to the covid-19 even after lining their pockets for the past 2 years they decided I wasnt worth the time and effort and didnt deserve furlough even though the goverment guidelines couldnt be clearer. Only told me to sign on universal credit and then didnt make any contact again after that.... always seemed really bitter about the fact I was a student and didnt work full time. Staff are extremely unprofessional. Only after leaving this review they have contacted me. Claiming to have supported me though long term sickness and sent loads of work my way and that I've somehow misstated what's happened. Clearly not true. Horrible company horrible staff avoid at all costs. Every other agency in blackpool in ten timer better

I'm extremely disappointed with the inaccuracies of your reply, one again. I worked 3 days a week every week I could and every day during term breaks and the summer. Except from time out for sickness. So to hear you lie about that so candidly is disappointing. I worked at the same place for 2 years putting money in your pocket, for you to say I just picked and choose when to work is just an outright lie. And the government guidelines clearly covered that.

Furthermore, with referencing your uncaring nature and other agencys being better, I belive this to be true. Your claim to have contacted me with "lots of work" and "support me through long term sickness" is just another lie. Unless you count 1 job as "lots of work" and "support through long term sickness" as a text every now and again asking for a time sheet. And saying I never would have got the job at with Whitleys without you is just another lie again, how disappointing. I have experience driving class 2 before your agency as I had worked driving refuse vehicles and many large vehicles during my time in the military. I even have my class 1 license and I know your aware of this so please just stop lying. My review is accurate and honest.

Its been months now and I still haven't received my P45. I will be contacting HMRC to make sure u haven't been claiming for me without telling me and ill be reporting you to Employment Agency Standards inspector and ombudsman services soon.

And FYI whitleys have contacted me asking me to come back but because you wouldn't furlough me I had to sign on then find other employment and won't be returning there. So furloughing me wouldve meant that id be returned to whitleys which is exactly what the sheme is for.

I never just didnt show I always called in sick except once when I was in hospital. So lie again.
The sheme specifically mentioned temporary staff and agency work so what relevance is it bringing it up.
Like I said I have experience driving other class 2 wagons not just refuse, and hold my class 1 licence so just stop chatting rubbish.. i had been offered jobs by other agencys before you. How u claim to speak on behalf of the whole industry once again just shows your how unprofessional your company is. I had been offered othe jobs befor you. Stop lying.
I fail to understand what you hope to gain by arguing with me i stand by my review it is all accurate while you are not.

And I havent moved or changed my email address. So how you try to put any of the responsibility of not receiving my P45 when I have continuously asked for one is beyond me.

I have been on the books with tower for a while now, I have always been provided with continuous employment. Always paid correctly and on time. The team were always courteous and helpful towards me. Best agency I have worked for.

Informal environment. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I left feeling more confident than when I arrived.

Couldn t recommend Tower Employment Enough what an absolute brilliant agency. From passing my HGV test in December, Tower was the only Agency to give me a chance, I had regular contact with Peter every week who constantly had full time work and hours for me, he is a really kind and fair fella who is always a message away I will definitely be keeping in contact. Thanks for all your help tower!

Adam (HGV Driving) has kept me in work constantly over the months. Wages have been correct every week, thanks to Emma. Staff have been professional and friendly. Recommended.

Very rude staff. Sent me for an interview at the wrong time and then tried to lay the blame on me. When I decided to give them a second chance they claimed I had failed to attend a second interview so didn't want to know. Thing is, I never arranged a second interview. Awful experience all round. use at your own peril.
